A Journey That Changed The World.-Chapter 1408: I Look Forward To It, Wyldheart
Olivia’s twisted with worry, but Archer vanished outside, his wings unfurling in a flash. With a single thought, he hurled the 1st Fleet to the Domain so swiftly it left him reeling. Then, the enemy emerged.
What he saw froze his blood, a human yet utterly alien somehow, radiating a malevolence that whispered of his doom. ’A Dark God!’
When seeing this being, Rage ignited within him, drowning out the dread. With a primal roar, Archer launched himself at the foe, his fury shaking the heavens as the being locked down the area so he could teleport.
Seconds later, the Dark God seized Archer’s claw with ease, but Archer recoiled and slammed his head into the deity’s, catching it off guard. Seizing the moment, he unleashed a torrent of mana-infused dragon flames.
The enemy bellowed in fury, then surged forward with a sinister grin, clamping a hand around Archer’s neck. A voice dripping with malice hissed. ’’Attacking your girls drew you out. Now, you’re mine.’’
In a heartbeat, the Dark God lunged, unleashing a devastating barrage that shattered his scales like glass. Reeling, he summoned a Cosmic Shield, but it barely deflected the god’s relentless flurry of blows.
The shield crumbled under the onslaught, forcing him to Blink behind the deity. With a surge of fury, he drove a mana-charged fist into the god’s back. The impact rang out like a thunderclap, hurling both through the air in a cataclysmic collision.
He crashed to the ground with a sickening thud and came to a stop in a crater his body created. As he lay there, the Dark God appeared above him with a wicked grin. ’’For a Pseudo God, you’re strong. I would have been worried if you were a Dragon God like that bitch Tiamat.’’
Enraged, Archer Blinked in front of the Dark God, unleashing a furious barrage of strikes. But his blows only fueled the deity’s wrath. With a bone-shattering punch, the god snapped his jaw, the crack echoing like a war drum.
The god surged forward, hammering him with earth-shaking blows, each strike reverberating through the battlefield with merciless power. Archer tried to throw a mana-infused punch, but the enemy’s laughter was a blade of ice.
It caught his arm mid-strike, twisting with unnatural strength. A sickening crunch echoed as his arm was torn free, blood spraying like a crimson storm. He staggered, pain searing his soul, yet his eyes burned with unyielding defiance.
The Dark God pressed its assault, claws of shadow raking across his body. Each slash carved deep, jagged wounds, his flesh torn asunder, blood pooling beneath him. His Cosmic Shield flared briefly, only to shatter under a barrage of blows that shook the heavens.
Moments later, the god’s voice boomed, dripping with malice. ’’You are but dust before me.’’
Archer’s knees buckled, his body a mangled ruin, slashes crisscrossing his form, one arm gone, his breath ragged. Yet, even as a bloody mess, he raised his gaze and spat defiance, and a smirk appeared.
’’I’ll kill you once I get strong enough,’’ he muttered as his body was weakening. frёewebnoѵel.ƈo๓
The Dark God chuckled, grabbing him by the collar and starting to fly as they headed toward Verdantia, as the enemy revealed. ’’You won’t be doing that where you’re going, dragon, you earned that title at least, most would have died under my attacks.’’
Archer spat at the being, only amusing the being, who slapped a collar around his neck with a smirk. ’’Don’t want you calling those pesky women of yours or that dragon bitch. Now stay quiet and don’t move’’
Thanks to the slave collar, he was forced to listen as they crossed over the wild sea, and hours later, Verdantia appeared in the distance. Sometime later, the Dark God descended toward a palace where a large group of people were waiting.
Once they landed, Archer was thrown to the ground by a tall man with grey hair, dressed in imperial clothes, causing him to think. ’Anatoly Volkovitch, the Emperor of Novgorod, damn thay’ve captured me.’
He was slightly worried, but when three people approached the god, they quickly knelt in front of the Dark God, causing the being to wave his hand. ’’I’ve brought you the White Devil, just as my master commanded. Now make sure you recover the Life Gem from the Draconian horde, we need to do so, our lord can rise again.’’
Archer’s eyes widened when he realized what they were speaking about, and he had that gem in his Item Box, but he couldn’t access it thanks to the collar. That was the least of his problems as the god chanted something.
He felt the collar change to the emperor’s ownership, which annoyed him, but it was better than staying with the evil deity and its master. When Anatoly heard this, a big smile appeared on his face as he approached.
The older man kicked him straight in the face. This sudden attack sent him crashing across the garden, only to crash into a hedge. Archer groaned as more damage was added to his body, as the other injuries weren’t healing.
’Damn, if they continue like this I won’t be able to do anything,’ he thought while hearing footsteps approaching.
’’My master wants the dragon alive,’’ the Dark God revealed. ’’You can hurt him, just don’t kill the boy.’’
Anatoly nodded, looking at a blonde woman standing nearby. ’’Anastasia. Heal the fiend and throw him in the cells, the Pope will be here after hearing about his capture and that old man isn’t having him.’’
Archer observed the empress nod as the group retreated to the palace. The Dark God halted her approach with a chilling glance, then fixed his gaze on Archer, a sinister smile curling his lips.
’’I eagerly await your enslavement, dragon. The Volkovitches are a peculiar clan, and I’m curious to see how they’ll break you,’’ he said.
When Archer heard this, he started laughing even though it hurt, and a manic glint in his eye appeared as he replied. ’’They won’t break me, but once I’m out of here and strong enough. I will feast on your heart before eating you bit by bit. I heard eating a god gives you so many benefits.’’
The Dark God was surprised, standing up and responding. ’’I look forward to it, Wyldheart.’’
Following that, the being vanished, leaving him alone with the blonde woman who was staring at him like a piece of meat. She had fluffy hair, big blue eyes, and a face that would make any woman on Earth jealous.
She was wearing a tight dress that clung to her curves and barely held in her massive chest. Moments later, in a thick Russian accent, she spoke. ’’I’m going to have so much fun with you, I’ve never had a dragon slave.’’
He growled at her, but this made her laugh as she cast a healing spell that dealt with his injuries as his missing arm grew back, as the woman crouched down with an evil smirk, whispering. ’’So the rumors are true, you’re extremely handsome, maybe the best-looking young man I’ve ever seen. No wonder my mother-in-law is obsessed with you.’’
Archer internally smirked. ’Wait until your curiosity can’t handle it anymore, you’ll be mine.’
Moments later, she stood up, causing certain parts to jiggle as she introduced herself. ’’I’m Anastasia Volkovitch, Empress of the Novgorod Empire. Despite these circumstances, it’s a pleasure to meet you, handsome.’’
He didn’t reply as she started walking toward the palace, ordering. ’’Follow me and don’t fall behind. I wouldn’t want to punish you.’’
Archer followed behind while taking in the garden, which was well maintained, but he quickly noticed the staff staring at him with a mix of shock, awe, and horror. While walking, the older woman spoke. ’’I will have my husband give you to me, that way I can keep you unharmed and that handsome face of yours free of those horrible injuries.’’
’Is she simping for me?’ he thought, finally speaking. ’’I’ll remember that when I take Verdantia and the Novgorod Empire. After getting enslaved, the Alliance stands no chance once I’m free.’’
The older woman giggled before speaking with a seductive smile. ’’A feisty one, aren’t you? Maybe I should punish you? Not yet, you need to be mine. Now let’s find my husband so he can transfer ownership.’’
Archer smirked as he bowed his head. ’’Yes, mistress,’’ he pressed the empress’s buttons, knowing how she would react.
When Anastasia heard this, her body trembled as her blue eyes gleamed. A big smile appeared. ’’Oh that was better then I expected. Having such a powerful man call me that drives me mad,’’ she replied in her Russian accent.
She shook her head with a smile. ’’Come on, let’s go.’’
Following that, they continued walking through the palace until reaching an office where the older woman entered. Archer followed behind as the emperor’s voice sounded. ’’Haven’t you taken the slave to the cell, wife? Why not?’’
’’I want you to transfer ownership to me,’’ she replied with a pleading expression. ’’You said I could have a slave when the right one came along, and he’s the one I want.’’
