A Mate For The Last Lycan-Chapter 220: THE CEREMONY FOR THE NEW KING AND QUEEN

Khaos didn’t know what caused Zuri to be clingy like this, but he enjoyed the distraction.

"You know that this is not appropriate to barge into my meeting and tell my people to leave, right?" Khaos kissed her collarbone, as he laid her down on the table. Her legs wrapped around his waist and she looked so beautiful whenever she smirked wickedly, knowing what she had done.

"Are you complaining?" She raised her brows, challenging him when he lifted his head to look at her in the eyes.

"Not really. I like this distraction," he admitted. "This is my favorite distraction." Khaos kissed her hard, but Zuri bit his lip even harder, until both of them could taste blood and this became her favorite.

Zuri liked it whenever pleasure met with pain, she got off with the pain most of the time and Khaos noticed that.

She looked fiercer, as if something had shifted inside of her. As if the worst part of her became so dominant.

King Amidas agreed with the peace treaty. Wolfdale kingdom would join the new dynasty of lycan, as long as Rose became the queen and her mate would be the king.

With that, Wolfdale kingdom could avoid bloodshed in a war that they didn’t want. After all, there was nothing changed, more importantly, king Amidas got more benefit to work with Khaos.

However, Khaos demanded the people, who involved in the massacre of the lycan three decades ago to be executed. This problem was still up for discussion, since king Amidas himself was part of it.

Their problem now was Great Lunar kingdom. All this time, the kingdom had been staying away from the conflict, they didn’t even have strong response to the fact that Khaos was the last lycan.

The reason for that was because they had internal problem. They were still trying to curb the problem with the spreading of opium in their kingdom that princess Lyra’s mate had brought to their continent.

The situation in the Three Deadly Ways became very hard too, the tension was so hard to ignore.

Skirmish happened here and there, more often than the last few years. It was only a matter of time before the real battle happened there.

"He refused to complete the beauty blood," Ezra said to the mysterious person, whose face was covered under his hoodie. He couldn’t tell who this man was, his scent changed every time they met, to the point, Ezra thought it was different person, every time they he came to visit him.

But, once they were in conversation, he knew it was the same person. He couldn’t tell whether this mysterious person was a magic user or a shifter.

"I know it will happen this way. I have warned you about that woman and the alpha’s attachment toward her, right?"

"Yes," Ezra said grimly. "What should I do? We can’t even separate them because that woman will always insist to be around Khaos."

Right now, Ezra was on the way to the capital city, along with the other three warrior leaders, they would attend the ceremony for the new king and queen of Celeste kingdom, Logan and Rose. King Amidas would come for this crowning ceremony as well.

It had been two weeks and the transition ran smoothly there, people didn’t object their new king and queen, since the queen was gifted to charm other people to like her.

"We are going to have our ceremony in the great palace," Khaos said, he hugged her from behind and kissed her neck, as they watched how the ceremony went. They didn’t get involved or be part of it, unless it was necessary.

Khaos would only make one appearance, where he would bless the new king and queen, solidified the new empire of lycan and also as a symbol that the lycan dynasty was still alive. Celeste kingdom and Wolfdale kingdom were under his regime, like the old days.

All the traitor from three decades ago had been executed, which caused a little bit commotion, but it was already dealt with within a day.

"And you will be my queen," Khaos whispered to her ear. His hand went down to her stomach. "And you will bear our children."

Zuri leaned back, she tilted her head to give Khaos more access to her neck, she hummed in delight. She had never thought of herself as a mother. She didn’t think she would be a good one.

More so, she had a miscarriage a year ago.

However, the thought that she would have a little version of Khaos made her excited.

"How many children do you want?" Zuri closed her eyes, as she combed her fingers on Khaos’s hair, she pressed her back to feel how hard he was.

"As many as you want." Khaos squeezed her breast, as his other hand caressed her stomach. "Twelve will be nice."

Zuri couldn’t help, but laughed, so did Khaos. "Do you think I am a cat?"

"No, I think you are a wolf."

Zuri was not happy with the interruption. "I really wanted to kick him for that."

"Hm, you can do that later." Khaos turned her body around and kissed her lips. "I will be back."

Zuri came to the door with Khaos and Bryden greeted her, but Khaos had another order for Bryden and left alone to the throne room.

Yet, Bryden didn’t immediately leave, he stayed for a while, until Khaos’s figure disappeared and then stopped Zuri from closing the door.

"What do you want?" Zuri asked, she narrowed her eyes dangerously. "This is inappropriate."

"Khaos is stalling and you know that too." Bryden knew he didn’t have time for small talk, since both of them were not really fond of that. "He needs the power from beauty blood now we have to take down Great Lunar kingdom."

"Did Khaos know that you overstepped the line again?"
