America 1982-Chapter 650 - 150: The Best Birthday Gift_4
Seeing some puzzled looks, Charles explained, "Edward Phelps, who had joined the SSD Chapter at the University of Wyoming, nicknamed ’Fuzzball,’ was expelled for staging a performance outside the main entrance of the black fraternity and sorority’s venue during Hell Week that depicted a white slave auction of black men and women. The SSD Chapter at the University of Wyoming didn’t offer any defense on his behalf to the university authorities. Later, he was admitted to Yale and joined the KSig fraternity, which is slightly more extreme than SSD—yes, the Order of the Star and Crescent. He is a fraternity brother of Mr. Cheney, my future father-in-law, although SSD did not revoke his membership. We dismissed the then head of the SSD Chapter at the University of Wyoming, so he holds dual membership in both SSD and KSig."
Hearing about KSig fraternity, those who had just looked puzzled relaxed their expressions. If SSD was quietly reminiscing about the Ku Klux Klan era, the KSig Order of the Star and Crescent was loudly proclaiming its ideology. 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝔀𝓮𝒃𝙣𝓸𝒗𝒆𝒍.𝙘𝒐𝒎
Especially the KSig Chapters in the southern universities—every year, they had two fixed performances too risqué for the campuses to allow, forcing them to rent off-campus venues to proceed. One act depicted white cowboys conquering America, with half of the members playing imposing cowboys and the other half playing the hunted and scalped Native Americans. Another act showed whites trafficking black slaves, telling the story of how these slaves, fortunate to have escaped poverty in Africa, led happy lives on American farms without the threat of Native Americans.
The most spectacular and unbeatable performance recognized within KSig came from a Mississippi university in 1969. At that time, local black and other colored people were seeking racial equality through protests and marches. In response and to ensure the show’s impact, KSig members got a hold of real Native American scalps to wear during their performance while a multitude of "black ghosts" and colored protestors marched, showing how whites scalped them and cursed the black ghosts for not understanding the love whites had for them.
It was a pity that the marching blacks, following the instructions of their organizers, managed to hold back their anger and not beat up those bigots.
Otherwise, KSig had actually had some lawyers with membership lurking nearby as witnesses, along with some white cops and white "concerned citizens" who just happened to be passing by, all waiting for the blacks to dare touch the performers. These concerned citizens and cops would have legally stepped in, guns in hand, to rescue the poor whites attacked by the black mob.
This infamous fraternity never produced a President of the United States, but it did give rise to twenty-one Governors, eight Senators, five State Supreme Court Chief Justices, and over thirty white politicians who had served as state attorneys general, nearly all hailing from the southern states.
Simply put, SSD could still assimilate pure white people who converted from Judaism to Catholicism or Christianity, whereas KSig wouldn’t even accept white Jews, never mind blacks or colored people. When locals saw youths wearing KSig vests, they’d instinctively give them a wide berth. If an incident in the southern states involved a cop shooting a black person, eight out of ten times that cop would be someone who had joined KSig in college.
Charles’s father-in-law, Dick Cheney, is arguably the highest political figure from this fraternity still alive.
"We’re allies, just like America and England in WWII; the black bastards are damn Nazis," Ted said with a smile.
"So after the Korean killed the little black bastard, what’s happening now?" another voice asked.
"My neighborhood assistance organization donated a sum of money to the California Judicial Fund as instructed by the boss, and we’re also preparing to collect evidence and testify in court, trying to achieve a not guilty verdict for the Korean," George spoke up from behind Tommy, smiling naively. "The trial should have taken place within six months, but the boss thought it wasn’t friendly to the black bastards. He wants to give them the chance to participate in the trial, hoping to see a jury mostly composed of black people suggest sentencing the Korean to life in prison, only for the judge to overturn the jury’s decision and release the Korean on the spot. If we push for a racial change in the jury, it might take a bit longer."
"Just imagine—those black bastards, constantly fed news by BT Network, must think they’ve got the trial in the bag with a mostly black jury. But then the white judge, at the last minute, tells them, ’Screw the jury. I reserve the right to reject the jury’s recommendation. I usually respect the jury’s decision, but today I just feel like switching it up. I hereby announce this poor little black bastard committed suicide, and the defendant is acquitted,’" said Edward, removing his cigar and starting to laugh heartily.
"Discussing this now, aren’t we being a bit... I mean, for Jenny’s sake, we’re not really any sort of respectable uncles; we didn’t even bother to pick out proper gifts. We’re just here discussing how to deal with black bastards," Gore was the first to comment with a smile. "Tommy?"
Tommy stood up straight and walked to the window, looking down from above at his daughter Genesis Hawk, hugged by Odelia in the backyard: "Genesis, Genesis Hawk, my daughter’s name. Taken from the Hebrew language, it means ’beginning.’ How did I ever think to give my little angel such a name? Because I believe, creating a better world for her, a new world where black bastards know their place, is the best birth gift a father can give."
