An Extra's POV: My Three Fiancees Hate Me-Chapter 67: Fang Dagger
Chapter 67: Fang Dagger
The book flipped open in front of him, a new page, a new skill. Riven read the contents of the skill immediately.
[Flame Spirit Ignis: Summon the great spirit of fire from the fiery bosoms of hell to aid you. Summon will remain until Mana runs out.]
The skill immediately registered to the system, meaning Riven could use it. And as he saw this skill, he also remembered that he wasn’t out of options even before the new skill. The golem was still with him, and now with the flame spirit, he was winning this.
A smirk formed on his face as he lay on the ground, and with just a thought, a flaming portal appeared behind him, and out of it came a ten feet tall flame spirit, its eyes filled with rage and fire. It looked down at the wolf and sent shivers down its spine.
But that wasn’t the end, as beside Riven, a stone golem formed, its rocky form smooth and fine. The flame spirit and the golem both looked at the wolf, ready to end its pathetic life.
The wolf immediately retreated a few steps to find its bearing. Riven cracked a wide smile and got to his feet. His eyes locked with the wolf. He pointed his sword at the wolf and spoke, "You had your time to play around, now it’s mine. Get him, boys," he said casually, and immediately the stone golem moved, its feet slamming into the ground as it ran.
The wolf growled and fired a huge breath of lightning, but the stone golem blocked the lightning, crossing its arms.
Ignis moved after the stone golem took the attention of the wolf. He raised his hands and a massive ball of flames formed over his head, tossing the ball of flames at the wolf.
BOOOOOM.
The wolf couldn’t block the attack. The flames covered its entire body and scorched the wolf, but it managed to use mana to extinguish the flames.
Its eyes were filled with rage for Riven, but Riven couldn’t care less about that. After all, this wolf was about to die.
"Let’s go kill that fucking dog," he yelled and charged in, Ignis and the golem both at his side. The golem leaped into the air and came forward with a power punch. The wolf moved out of the way and the punch hit the ground, but the explosive force slammed into the wolf’s body and threw it to the ground.
Ignis immediately conjured dozens of flame blades in the stormy air, rained down attacks on the grounded wolf, the blades penetrating all over its body.
Riven charged in last. He jumped into the air and came down with Twilight ready to stab, and through the eyes of the wolf, he stabbed into the brain, killing the wolf.
Immediately he killed the wolf, his mana exhausted, Ignis and the golem vanished. He collapsed to the ground, breathing like a horse that had not seen a break or water for days.
His entire body felt run over, the only thing keeping him from fainting being his own perseverance.

Notifications came in after he hit the ground, and he smiled as he read them. His fight had not been for nothing, and he had won some good things after it all. frёewebnoѵēl.com
He slowly took out a healing potion from storage and drank it all, allowing most of his wounds to heal to the level that he could move again, and then he grabbed some bread from the storage. While lying down, he scoffed it down in a few seconds.
After that, he could finally push himself up. He got into a sitting position and looked at his side to see the crystal that the wolf had dropped, and there it was, the size of a fist.
But that was not all that was there. He noticed a dagger lying beside it, its blade made of a beautiful, pure blue metal, and its handle was black.
"A drop item? I really got a drop?" he asked as he looked at the dagger, his eyes shining with eagerness as he picked up the dagger.
[Fang of the Horned Wolf King (Upgradeable): Mid-grade magical weapon. Possesses Sharpness, Quick Slashes, Lightning Stun.]
He read the contents of the blade, and his eyes shined even more. A mid-grade magical dagger like this would sell for hundreds to thousands of gold, and this one also had some special attributes.
"This must be the best luck possible, to get such a drop," Riven said. He looked at the dagger a bit more, then he kept it aside and picked up the crystal.
The notification to absorb it also came up, and he had the temptation to do that, but he had to pass the exams. Sure, seeing the vision behind the wolf was good, but he had to secure a win first.
If he managed to gather enough points, then he could pull it out and absorb it. There was also the possibility that the academy would let them keep the crystals.
He put the crystal inside the strip, and immediately he gained [1000] points from it, pushing him over 4000.
He felt a little sad that all he got was a thousand after such a struggle to get the crystal, but rules were rules, so he couldn’t complain more.
He looked about the room for a way out. There was nothing aside from the darkness at the other side, so he lit up his sword with flames for light and headed that way after packing up everything.
He walked through the darkness and made it to the other side where a metal door was. He pushed it open; it led to a hallway that had torches lined up on the walls, so he figured the academy had passed here.
He walked into the hallway, allowing the door to shut as he left. After walking down that way for a few minutes, he finally found the stairs that led to the third floor.
