[: 3rd POV :]

The enraged monster, having witnessed its previous attacks thwarted by my skills, roared with a deafening intensity.

The force of its rage unleashed a powerful gust of wind, drawing in the surrounding monsters like leaves caught in a tempest.

Seven million creatures were swept into the maelstrom, their essence absorbed by the colossal water entity.

As the absorbed power surged through the monster, its aura intensified, stars flickering with a brilliant light.

"Now you will not defy me, human!"

The monster's declaration echoed with newfound strength.

Unfazed by its boast, I met its challenge with a confident smirk.

"Bring it on."

"You will regret this!"

The monster's red eyes blazed with an ominous glow.

In response, a spike of high-pressure water surged upward from the riverbed, aiming to impale me.

With a swift dodge, I evaded the deadly assault, my movements a dance against the wrath of the water giant.

Undeterred, the monster summoned a torrent of crimson fire from its monstrous maw, directed straight at me.

Reacting quickly, I raised a barrier of intense heat around myself, evaporating the incoming flames.

The spectacle created an otherworldly clash of elements.

It was like a dance between fire and water in the heart of the corrupted river.

A weird yet mesmerising sight.

As the heat dispersed, the monster retaliated by casting a spell.

All of the sudden, an Magic Circle materialized in the sky, created with ancient runes.

Thousands of water cannons materialized and chased towards me.

It was an overwhelming movement to drown me.

Unbothered by its attacm, I summoned Ragnarok, a scythe that I had just created, and with a single, powerful swing, shattered the incoming cannons.

At the same time, the slash crashed against the spell and it broke it.

Its magic dissipating like mist in the morning sun.

"You're indeed a powerful human, and I'll give you that"

"But that's just all there is to it, and you can't escape from this!"

Scylla's acknowledgment of my strength resonated through our fight.

At the same time, a colossal concentration of Mana gathered in the monster's palm, causing the very ground and river to tremble.

Despite the impending danger, my composure remained calm, ready to face this formidable attack head-on.

"Take this!"

The monster roared, and a colossal water beam surged forth, threatening to obliterate everything in its path.

The sheer force hinted that if it struck a continent, devastation would follow.

Yet, from my perspective, it was no more than a gentle shower.

I swung Ragnarok in a swift arc, leaping high into the air to meet the impending deluge.

The monster, perceptive to my actions, adjusted the trajectory of the water beam towards me.

With a confident smile, I spun my scythe at a speed akin to light, intercepting the seemingly unstoppable force.

"Impossible! How are you able to defend it?"

The monster, gripped by shock and disbelief, struggled to comprehend the turn of events.

Closing the distance, I approached the water giant, the tip of my scythe merely an inch away.

"It's time to end this,"

I declared, my voice echoing with resolution.

In one swift motion, I swung Ragnarok, a single decisive strike that cleaved through the monster's form.

"T-This is impossible..."

"I didn't wanted this..."

All of the sudden, the monster cried and it greatly baffled as to why it was crying.

"I was just a maid...and because of Nereid...that I became like this..."

Its voice was full of sorrows.

But before I could question any further,

its form turned into essence that dissipated into the water, leaving behind a momentary shimmer before fading away.

It was weird, but I choose to ignore it.

[: You have defeated Scylla, a monster has been hiding on a River for a long time :]

At the same time, the spirits that had been ensnared by the monster's malevolent influence expressed their gratitude.

Katie and Liviana, now freed from the oppressive battle, stared at me with thankful smiles.

"You did it!" exclaimed by Katie.

Katie, still in awe, voiced her admiration,

"Daniel, that was incredible! I've never seen someone handle such an ominous monster easily"

Liviana, who had been silently watching, added with a smile.

"It looks like it was a one sided battle"

As the spirits dissipated into the air, leaving behind a sense of peace, I nodded with humility.

"It was what I needed to do" I shrugged my shoulders.

The atmosphere lightened, and the trio, Katie, Liviana, and I, shared a moment of relief and accomplishment before I started to purify the lake.

Once I had purified the river, the river sparkled with renewed vitality.

It was unlike its previous appeared where it was plagued with the malevolent force.

Yet now, it was crystal clear and it could reflected our faces"

"Looks like the river is cleansed now,"

I observed, glancing at the revitalized water.

Katie nodded, "Indeed, and thanks to you, the spirits can rest peacefully once more."

Liviana's eyes gleamed with admiration as she spoke.

"I never thought that a human and a player like you could accomplish such a fear all alone"

"If every player is like you, I would be out of my wits" Liviana hug her shoulders and trembled while teasing me.

"Don't worry, there won't be anymore like me" I declared with a chuckle.

Afterwards, we returned to the West Holy Templar whereupon arriving, Seraphina was waiting for us.

Seraphina's eyes widened with amazement as we returned to the West Holy Templar.

She looked at me with a mix of surprise and disbelief.

"I can't believe you managed to complete the quest so swiftly"

"The purification of the rivers is no small feat," she exclaimed.

I nodded modestly, "Well,, there were some slight bother, but eventually, we managed to solve it"

Seraphina's gaze shifted to the two Saintesses who accompanied me.

"Indeed, it seems you have done so and I'm impressed."

She then led us to a room where a magnificent treasure chest awaited.

"As a token of gratitude and acknowledgment of your accomplishments, Daniel," Seraphina announced, "I present you with this reward. May it aid you on your continued journey."

As the treasure chest creaked open, an otherworldly glow spilled forth, revealing an intriguing, multicolored fruit.

It was exactly what I sought, and a sense of satisfaction washed over me.

Seraphina observed with keen interest, noting, "I see you had your eyes set on this, considering the other two Saints have joined and followed you."

"If you don't mind, would you like to listen to a ancient story?" She requested.

"Well, I don't mind" I said.

"Once upon a time, there was a happy married couple that one of them was a ruler"

"However, one of their Siblings was jealous of the ruler and plotted to kill him and in the end, the Wife was thrown into a lonely world"

"With her husband dead and sealed, she wept was lonely for who knows how long"

"And one day, a strange being came knocking and wrecking the land that she lives in"

"She asked for his name and he replied his name was Elos"

"Ever since she was saved by Elos, she had fallen in love with him and after she managed to overthrew the man who had stolen her husband's position, she had made her decision"

"She had made the decision to follow the man"

"However, never would she imagine that he would rebell and he was now banish into this fruit, forever sealed without any chances of getting out"

Seraphina storied emotionally and her body shook as though she was trying to connect to the stories.

"I think you would understand who am I referring to and the Goddess would love for you to eat this fruit" She said.

Even though I knew what would happen after I will eat the fruit, I sighed in defeat.

"Then don't mind me" I said.

The moment I consumee the Forbidden King Fruitz my consciousness was transported me into an otherworldly expanse.

I looked around me not knowing where I was, however, the surroundings mirrored an ancient prison.

Amidst this odd landscape, a voice, both ancient and resonant, reverberated.

"Welcome, seeker of power. You stand at the path of a lost memory."

"Who are you? Where am I?" I questioned.

The voice, steeped in the wisdom of ages, responded.

"I am who you have eaten, the essence of Elos, the one sealed within the Forbidden King Fruit"

I looked to where the voice came from and in another cell, I saw a dark shadowy figure being cuffed by shackles.

"If you want to know where are we, then, we're in a place where I had met Isis" It answered.

"Isis? The Goddess of Magic? That Egypt Goddess?"

I questioned, wanting to know whether are we talking in the same page.

"Yes, that's the goddess and for someone who's outside our realm, you seem to know about her Identity" It chuckled.

"But this will make it easier for me to explain" It declared.
