Apocalypse: I Have A Multiplier System-Chapter 526: Psycho Reborn Girl
Chapter 526: Chapter 526: Psycho Reborn Girl
Qin Feng and Xi Ping quietly followed the glowing footprints through the trees until they stopped at an abandoned area.
Qin Feng narrowed his eyes. "The trail ends here?" freewebnøvel.coɱ
He looked around in confusion, trying to find more clues.
"Maybe the person flew away," Xi Ping said, frowning. "Or... used some sky technique."
Qin Feng’s expression turned serious. After thinking for a moment, he nodded.
"Yeah... That could be it. But..." He stepped closer to a nearby tree, scanning the bark and the leaves.
His eyes locked onto something. "Look."
Xi Ping followed his gaze and gasped. There were tiny footprints on the tree’s surface—light but fast-moving.
"They ran through the trees..." Qin Feng said darkly. "With my Jiyai in a cage."
He clenched his fists, and his eyes flashed with cold anger.
"She’s mine. My little wife. How dare they take her away?!"
Without another word, he darted ahead, following the faint trail of broken branches and leaf marks left behind.
Xi Ping followed close behind.
After a few minutes, they reached a quiet little house in the woods. Lights flickered inside.
Qin Feng pulled Xi Ping behind a wall, and both of them peeked into a window.
Inside the House
Su Jiyai finally got a good look at the person who had kidnapped her.
She was a young girl with long, fiery red hair and big amber eyes. The girl was crouched in front of the cage, staring at it like it held pure gold.
Without saying anything, the girl unlocked the cage and reached in.
Su Jiyai blinked.
"Wait, she’s opening it?!"
Before she could react, she was gently lifted out of the cage and placed on the floor.
For a moment, both of them just stared at each other.
Su Jiyai blinked once.
The red-haired girl blinked twice.
Then...
Su Jiyai suddenly flailed her paws in the air like she was waving her hands.
"Put me back! Put me back! You’ve got the wrong wolf!!"
The red-haired girl looked confused. She tilted her head and squinted at Su Jiyai.
"This... doesn’t feel right," she muttered.
"From what I remember... the princess got super powerful after she contracted the silver wolf."
She sat back, rubbing her chin. "So... how come I have a blue one?"
Su Jiyai’s ears twitched nervously.
"She’s finally realizing it. Please, PLEASE just let me go..."
But then, the red-haired girl narrowed her eyes.
"Wait. What if... someone dyed you? To hide your true identity?"
Su Jiyai’s eyes turned completely black.
"Are you kidding me?!"
She shook her head wildly. But it was too late.
The girl gasped and jumped up. "You need a bath! Right now!"
"No no no no...!!" Su Jiyai tried to back away, but it was hopeless.
The girl grabbed her by the scruff and rushed to the bathroom. The tap turned on.
Cold water blasted everywhere.
Su Jiyai yelped.
"It’s COLD!! I’m going to FREEZE!"
She was soaked in seconds, her fur dripping wet and clinging to her small body.
But when the girl leaned in to scrub her, something inside Su Jiyai snapped.
Her eyes glowed bright blue.
The next second... POOF!
She transformed into her full-grown wolf form. Tall, proud, sharp-fanged—and very angry.
The red-haired girl stepped back, shocked.
"What the...?!"
Before she could defend herself, Su Jiyai growled and pounced forward.
The girl barely reacted in time. She raised her hand and released a burst of psychic energy.
Su Jiyai skidded to a stop in midair.
But instead of being pushed back, she released her own psychic wave.
BOOM!
The two forces clashed, and the girl was flung against the bathroom wall.
She groaned, trying to recover.
Before she could move, Su Jiyai began to hum.
A soft, magical melody filled the room.
The girl’s eyelids grew heavy.
Within seconds, she slumped to the ground, fast asleep.
Su Jiyai snorted and padded over to the faucet.
"Take that."
She turned off the tap, then looked at the sleeping girl.
"Sleep under the shower for ten minutes," she ordered firmly.
The water sprayed down on the sleeping girl, soaking her clothes and hair.
Satisfied, Su Jiyai transformed into her human form.
Her long, wet blue hair fell down her back, and her small blue dress clung to her figure.
She crossed her arms and pouted.
"That was the worst bath I’ve ever had."
She stomped out of the bathroom, but paused when she heard movement outside.
"Right. I’m in a stranger’s house..."
She didn’t want to open the front door and risk getting caught again.
So, she ran to the window.
Without hesitation, she transformed into her small wolf cub form and jumped outside.
Outside the House
The moment Su Jiyai landed on the ground, a pair of strong arms scooped her up.
"WHAT NOW?!" she shouted in her mind, struggling like crazy.
But then...
"Jiyai, it’s me," a soft, warm voice said.
Su Jiyai froze.
She looked up and saw Qin Feng’s face.
He was holding her close, safe and warm.
Her eyes widened.
"Qin Feng..." she whispered.
She immediately hugged him, pressing her little head to his chest.
"You really made me wait forever!" she grumbled. "One more hour and I might’ve been turned into a wolf shampoo model!"
Qin Feng frowned deeply. "If anyone even thinks about doing that to you, I’ll kill their whole family."
Su Jiyai giggled. "Relax. It wasn’t that bad. Just... wet. And insane."
She glanced back at the house and rolled her eyes.
"She was a reborn psycho. Probably thought she was summoning a unicorn or something."
Qin Feng wrapped his coat around her tiny body. "You’re safe now."
.......
With that, they turned and vanished into the trees.
Back Inside the House
Water still poured in the bathroom.
The red-haired girl lay on the floor.
But slowly, her eyes opened.
She wasn’t dazed at all.
In fact, she was smiling.
"So... you were a real psychic beast."
Her eyes gleamed.
"I don’t care if you’re not silver. Blue or not... I’m going to make you mine."
