Apocalypse Landlord: My Tenants Are All Beautiful Heroines.-Chapter 6: A Spark of Desire
In his days as a demon lord, Aiden had seen a lot of women. Some had entertained him, wanting to bear him an heir, some were heroines who thought of him as a pervert and wanted to kill him, using that to their advantage.
Aiden had never shied away from them. He had left them thoroughly satisfied to the point that most heroines betrayed their world to be by his side.
Over the two centuries I had spent my life as a demon lord, I must have slept with hundreds of women, human and monsters alike.
By the time his end came, he had given up on those pleasures, and also because his body rotted away, leaving only his bones behind. How was he supposed to indulge women then?
I couldn’t just toss them a bony finger to fuck themselves, could I?
He assumed he was over the need for mortal pleasures behind. However, after seeing the woman in front of him, he wasn’t so sure about it anymore.
Alisha’s age was unknown to him, but if he had to guess, she was in her early thirties. For Aiden, who preferred mature partners, she was the perfect candidate.
With her only wearing a towel, he couldn’t help but let his eyes wander a bit. Alisha wasn’t slim, but full or as Aiden would’ve said in the Otherworld.
Thick where it mattered and soft where it counted.
The towel clung to her, but it couldn’t cover her entire body, especially her ample cleavage.
The heroines in the otherworld weren’t built like this.
It was because most heroes and heroines sent to battle him were young adults. Unlike Earth, a person wasn’t considered fully mature until they reached 25 years. Naturally, he hadn’t experienced the mature human beauties there.
While the demonesses had hot bodies, their weird skin color and features sometimes turned him off.
That’s why seeing the water drops trace her body made him want to lick everything off her until only his saliva remained on her. His eyes were so busy devouring her that he didn’t notice she was standing right in front of him.
"Aiden, are you alright?" she asked, leaning in to touch his forehead, forgetting what she was wearing.
Instead of replying, Aiden was more enamored by her cleavage, which she had graciously thrown right for him to devour.
[Tenant: Alisha Irwin’s affection rose to 91%]
"...Oh my! I d-didn’t mean for this!" Alisha scrambled backwards, her face flushed.
"No, it’s my fault—" Aiden was about to apologize for staring at her, only to stop when he noticed her gaze.
She wasn’t looking at his face, but at his crotch, which was slightly bulging as a result of Aiden’s wild thoughts.
Fuck this urge.
Aiden cursed under his breath before grabbing a cushion to cover himself up. It wasn’t until then did Alisha’s eyes slowly found his. The silence only lasted for a moment before Alisha averted her gaze, her cheeks still red.
"Y-You don’t have to apologize," she mumbled, trying to act like a responsible adult. "T-These things are normal for a healthy young man such as you... Besides, being cooped up in an apartment would let anyone’s mind go wild."
"Even yours?"
Aiden regretted as soon as those words left his mouth. Alisha’s smile froze as she stared at Aiden. Just when he thought he would lose his first tenant, she chuckled.
[Tenant: Alisha Irwin’s affection rose to 93%]
"O-Of course I did..." she said, waving at her face while trying to make light of the situation. "Whoa, it’s suddenly got hot in here."
"No, mommy, it isn’t hot," Lily replied in all her innocence while playing her game.
Just like that, the two adults burst out laughing, forgetting all about their uncomfortable encounter.

After Alisha and Lily, Aiden went to shower as he didn’t know when was the last time the previous owner had done it. When he came out, it was Alisha’s turn to gawk at him.
[Tenant: Alisha Irwin’s affection rose to 98%]
Already? Woman, you’re married! Show some restraint. Then again, I don’t think such societal norms matter much in these times.
Aiden also found it strange that Alisha hadn’t asked once about James. If he were in her place, he would be worried if his wife vanished into thin air and wasn’t heard from again.
Maybe it’s because of her high affection or loyalty?
Alisha’s behavior reminded Aiden of his subordinates in the otherworld. They were fiercely loyal to him to the point that they trusted him blindly.
While Alisha wasn’t at that level of fanaticism, Aiden suspected it had a role to play given her silence around James. However, he hadn’t forgotten about James.
Can I give quests to drifters in the building?
[Yes. Since Drifters are technically living under the Host’s mercy, they can be given a mission without making them tenants.]
[Unlike tenants, they have little to no rights and can’t refuse unless they want to be evicted.]
It had been a few hours, and Aiden had begun understanding his system more.
Unlike tenants who were the official residents, drifters were people who still lived in the building without contracts or status.
Unlike the tenants, they didn’t get any benefits other than having a communal roof over their heads. Also, given that Aiden could still evict them, it made them the perfect test subjects to learn the system’s limits.
In other words, they would have to work for Aiden as long as they lived in the building. Whether they’d get any rewards for it was optional.
With time, Aiden knew he would get more drifters to join. Hence, it was better to be clear about their standing while there weren’t many people there.
As for why Aiden only had James as a drifter, it was because he hadn’t met the others in the building. The system confirmed that it was the case. As long as he was aware of the drifter’s identities, he could treat them as he pleased.
How convenient.
Now that Aiden had slots to register items, he wanted to send Alisha to get some proper weapons. He would register them in the shop and ’mass produce’ them for the next tenants he contracted.
However, that mission would now go to James.
"He has seen what I have to offer, and now that he has had some time to calm down, he should be begging to get under my good graces."
A forgotten evil smile appeared on Aiden’s lips before he composed himself.
