Chapter 1869 Saul Decision

The Fortuna Guild's Guild Leader immediately called for an emergency meeting, and the representatives from the three factions were surprised to see The Fortuna Guild's Guild Leader.

Saul Vicente Herrero was supposed to lead the Fortuna Guild's force in the Hell & Heaven Dimensional Tower. The man was not supposed to be here, and Fabian was supposed to be the leading figure in this tower. If a Guild Leader was involved, and the Fortuna Guild called an emergency meeting, this was not a small matter.

The grumpy representatives straightened their postures and had a solemn look on their faces as they reached their respective seats. They all looked at Guild Leader Saul. Fabian and Andrea flanked Saul from both sides.

"I hope this is something urgent, Guild Leader Paevell," The Paevell Kingdom's representative, Blai Bastida commented with an unfriendly tone. It was known that The Paevell Kingdom hated the guilds, and they hated The Fortuna Guild more than The Highland Guild.

"You will be thanking me for calling this meeting," Saul chuckled as he was not bothered by the tone, "But before that, I want you to pay me 250 million GC for the information. I paid Tranquil Valley one billion for this information, and I want all of you to contribute equally before we proceed with the meeting. Trust me, you will not regret it."

Bastida clicked his tongue, and sneered at Saul, "What if I don't want to pay?"

"Then you can leave the room because I will not share anything with the freeloader. We are allies, we are friends, so there's no reason for me to trick you guys," Saul shrugged and forwarded Tranquil Valley's message that asked him for one billion GC. That was the proof as he included the time stamp for the message.

The Highland Guild's representative, Kaleva stood up and approached Saul, offering his hand for the transaction. They were allies, and Kaleva trusted The Fortuna Guild, especially Saul himself. Then The Tislaris Kingdom's representatives followed as well, offering 250 million GC.

Bastida gritted his teeth, not willing to pay 250 million GC. It might work if The Tislaris Kingdom did not pay up, but he had to pay The Fortuna Guild. He could pay the Tranquil Valley for the same information just to spit on Saul's face, but he knew that he would be reprimanded heavily and might get demoted. He gestured to his attendant to pay up despite his unwillingness.

"Now we can continue with meeting," Saul smiled at Bastida, "It's about The Tang Empire, or to be more exact, The Emperor," He raised his hand to stop Bastida from interrupting him, squinting his eyes at the man, "It's not too late to speak after I finish speaking. I thought you were quite educated to know it's rude to interrupt people midway. Let me finish it first, and it's not too late to complain later, Bastida. And you better watch your behavior, you are speaking to the Fortuna Guild's Guild Leader."

Bastida took a deep breath as he realized that he might overstep the line. He flinched, but he kept his eyes locked on Saul, not willing to look weak, but he did not try to cut Saul's words anymore.

"The Emperor has another identity which is an Administrator!"

Saul was satisfied to see the surprised expression on the three representatives' expressions. He knew how they felt. Being strong was not enough to be an Administrator. You need a connection so you can be picked as an Admin Helper before getting promoted to Junior Administrator. And before that, they had to pass the trial as well, not an easy trial for sure. They naturally were surprised that someone from a new world could get an Administrator Class.

"I am not done yet, he is not just a Junior Administrator or Senior Administrator. He is the newly appointed Executive Administrator. Apparently, the ten Executive Administrators promoted him to Executive Administrator a few days ago."

Saul was aware that these people would shoot a barrage of questions at him, so he forwarded the message from the Tranquil Valley, Tang Shaoyang Classified Information. He then carefully watched the three representatives' expressions, and he watched them with delight at how funny they were.

He gave them some time to proceed with the information while enjoying their terrified expression. Bastida's face was drained of all color, and his eyes shook in fear. To ensure he did not read it wrong, he reread it again from the top.

His heart was thumping wildly, his chest heaved up and down, and his hands were trembling as he recalled what he did not before coming to the meeting. He was having a discussion with his own people, planning which of the Tang Empire's resources they should take first. That was why he was a bit grumpy when Saul called them for an emergency meeting as it would delay his plan.

Now Bastida was glad that Saul called the meeting. He almost put his kingdom into a doom. He was well aware of how scary the Executive Administrator was, and so was his kingdom. They could go anywhere, any world, any side of the God Realm, and it meant they could not hide from the Executive Administrator even if they wanted to. The only way to hide from the Executive Administrator was the Void Realm, and no one ever returned from the Void Realm except for the members of the Void Cult.

While he or his kingdom never saw an Executive Administrator in a battle, they had heard a lot about them. The rumor might sound like an exaggeration, but he was not foolish enough to find out whether it was an exaggeration or not.

Even if the rumor of how strong they were might be an exaggeration, there was another thing that they feared. There was a chance that the whole administrator turned against them, and that would be the worst nightmare. It was highly possible when the one they faced was an Executive Administrator.

"I have heard what happened in the last alliance meeting, about our interaction with The Emperor which is not good, but still amendable, and fortunately, it was the Valuer Empire who provoked him, and not us. The Tang Empire attacked the Valuer Empire's fifteen resource points, taking captive five thousand Demi-God Ranks and one of their God Ranks, Romane."

The three representatives were surprised to hear that the Valuer Empire was easily taken down by the Tang Empire. That just proved further how scary the person they faced was.

"I hope we haven't done anything irreversible yet," Saul scanned the people in the room, and he was glad that none of them panicked.

"How did you know?" The Tislaris Kingdom's representative, Casanell, asked in a surprised tone. He asked how the Fortuna Guild knew the Tang Empire had taken the Valuer Empire's resources.

Saul pointed his thumb at Fabian, "You should thank him for his stupid sharp intuition and paranoid mind saved us. He sent our elite scouts to check on The Valuer Empire's resource points, and sent our people to watch the Earth's area. That's how we find out the Tang Empire has attacked the Valuer Empire, and The Valuer Empire choose to negotiate instead of fighting back."

"I hope you haven't done anything stupid yet, Bastida," The Guild Leader turned toward Bastida, focusing on the question for the man. If anyone did something, it was the overly ambitious Paevell Kingdom.

"No," Bastida was annoyed, but he still answered. He had not done anything because everything was still in the planning phase.

"That's good then. Now we need to discuss how we are going to mend our relationship with the Tang Empire. If we have the chance, I would propose to form a formal alliance with the Tang Empire," Saul had a plan in his mind.

The Tang Empire must have entered the God Realm recently, and he hoped to form a close relationship with the Tang Empire which was led by an Executive Administrator. He could offer some advice and help for the Tang Empire gain a stable footing in the God Realm.

"I agree to clear the misunderstanding with the Tang Empire and start over everything, but I disagree to form a formal alliance. His main class is problematic. The Nirvana Alliance will not stop just because he is an Executive Administrator, and I don't want our alliance to become the Nirvana Alliance's target. And not just the Nirvana Alliance, the God Order is not less scary than the Nirvana Alliance."

Casanell immediately voiced his disagreement about forming a formal alliance with the Tang Empire. He pointed out the main problem of forming an alliance with The Tang Empire which immediately gained support from The Paevell Kingdom.

"I have to agree with Casanell, Sir Saul," Even Kaleva of the Highland Guild had to agree with Casanell.

"The risk is indeed too big…" Saul muttered in agreement, but this was the only chance for someone like them to form an alliance with Tang Shaoyang. He valued The Emperor as the Executive Administrator. The moment his name was spread and gained influence over the God Realm, it would be hard for someone like him to form an alliance with Tang Shaoyang.

They continued the discussion and agreed to compensate the Tang Empire with three resource points. However, Bastida was still trying to scheme and proposed to give the compensation to the Earth Alliance instead of the Tang Empire which was immediately shut down by the three sides.

Even the Tislaris Kingdom did not want to take a big gamble against an Executive Administrator. Losing three resource points was nothing compared to getting hunted by an Executive Administrator inside the tower. They reached the conclusion that they agreed to give five resources if they could gain a temporary alliance inside the dimensional tower.

The meeting was over, and the three representatives left the room, having trusted Saul to talk with the Tang Empire on behalf of the Etherna Alliance.

"You still want to form an alliance with the Tang Empire, do you?" Fabian asked his Guild Leader. He had known his Guild Leader for years, and he was aware that his Guild Leader wanted to get closer to the Executive Administrator. It was not that he did not understand the value of a connection with an Executive Administrator, but he had to agree with the three representatives that the risk was too great.

"If they found out that you tried to form an alliance with the Tang Empire, even the Highland Guild might turn against us, even get rid of us to avoid getting targeted by the Nirvana Alliance and The God Order," Andrea voiced her concern as well.

"The Nirvana Alliance might ignore us, but the lunatics from the God Order will not ignore us. They will eradicate us as if we are heretics," Fabian added.
