The young man was taken aback, shared a look with Cool Frog.

Though nothing was said, they understood each other’s meaning through their eyes.

The young man took the crystal and solemnly handed it to Qiao Sang, saying:

"You saved Cool Frog. I have nothing else worth offering, so please accept this as my token of gratitude."

Qiao Sang sipped her soup and smiled as she politely declined:

"It’s unnecessary. Saving Cool Frog was just a convenient act."

"This is an Ice Dissolving Crystal," the young man said.

Qiao Sang was stunned and looked over.

Mikaela, who had been elegantly eating, also looked over.

"Is this an Ice Dissolving Crystal?" Qiao Sang glanced at the crystal in the young man’s hand and hesitated: "Why does it feel different from other Ice Dissolving Crystals?"
