Bizarre Realm-Chapter 304 - 3: We Are All Monsters! Exiles_3
The Barbarian in front of him twitched at the words, sizing Shawn up carefully and asked cautiously, "Are you human, Sir?"
Shawn smiled faintly and replied, "I suppose I am. At least I appear to be."
This was a joke.
Quinn-Tor thought for a moment, then said gravely, "I don’t want to do it anymore. Can I leave at any time?"
Shawn nodded, "Anytime you wish."
"But in the Bizarre Realm, there aren’t many places you can go. If you don’t want to wander the wilderness as a wildling, you have to get used to dealing with the unusual."
At this point, he hinted, speaking faintly, "There aren’t many normal people outside."
Without a Teleportation Spell, he’d be dead tired just running on two legs, running to death across the Bizarre Realm, which only has a few cities, with the nearest Abyss City being several hundred kilometers away in a straight line, and Purgatory City even further on the other side of the continent.
The Realm of Reality is the place for normal people, while the Bizarre Realm is where monsters kill each other.
"Alright then!"
Quinn-Tor picked up the Purgatory Fire Wine and drank it all in one go, his eyes briefly aflame, tangible embers of the digested Fire Element flickered, and his thick beard and hair slightly reddened as if sparks flashed, speaking in a low voice, "Then Shawn, you are my boss now."
He emerged from the Realm of Reality as a Transcendent, with a mindset close to modern people, the Del Region is relatively developed.
Shawn smiled, extending his hand, "Welcome aboard."
Quinn-Tor shook it with his greasy palm, cheerfully asking, "So, does our caravan have a name?"
Shawn thought briefly and said, "Divine Terra Caravan?"
Divine Terra?
The name made the Barbarian in front of him pause, furrowing his brows, speaking seriously, "What is Divine Terra?"
Why does it feel a bit off?
Could it be I’ve boarded a pirate ship?
Shawn calmly replied, "Divine Terra is a Church."
Church?
Cultist?!
Quinn-Tor instinctively stepped back half a step, scrutinizing Shawn carefully, hesitating, "You wouldn’t happen to be a cultist, would you?"
Shawn assured him, "Of course not."
"By the way."
"You are a Barbarian on the Path of Nature, so you should feel something."
After speaking, a unique Badge appeared on Shawn’s palm, embossed with a blue planet. Transcendents on the Path of Nature are naturally his allies, hence his intention to recruit.
If one day Shawn becomes strong enough, he will consider recruiting the Great Druids of Dele.
He slightly raised his head, indicating, "Feel it."
"Your current mental state requires the soothing of Divine Terra."
Could it be I’ve really encountered a cultist?
In this wilderness, what’s a cultist doing in such a ghostly place? Preaching to those mutated Ravens? Also possible! Aren’t cultists fond of big cities?
Quinn-Tor skeptically opened up his Perception, touching Shawn’s Badge.
As one would expect of a Transcendent on the Path of Nature, in an instant, this Barbarian froze, and he sensed a massive Pan-Consciousness Collective, the embodiment of the planet’s consciousness.
"It’s really Divine Terra!?!" Quinn-Tor murmured.
What’s happening?
Divine Terra’s consciousness was born yet didn’t choose the Great Druids of the Path of Nature, instead choosing what appears to be a cultist Wizard? 𝐟𝕣𝕖𝐞𝐰𝕖𝚋𝐧𝗼𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝗰𝐨𝐦
Shawn smiled enigmatically, speaking calmly, "Don’t you want redemption?"
"Why not consider joining us and save the world together?"
Since leaving the Realm of Reality with Aemon, Shawn has learned to see the unusual equally.
Shawn doesn’t care how many people the uncontrolled Barbarian killed initially, if he’s useful to him, then use him; in the desperate, mad Bizarre Realm, even a piece of tissue is valuable, allowing no waste.
If really unavoidable, he’d kill him.
Shawn is merciless toward those he can’t save.
Indeed.
He’s now Aemon, he’s also a monster.
