Observing the presence of solar panels and lamp posts throughout the construction site, Amy raised an inquiry to Theo, "Theo, are they working here at night as well? I see the lamp posts and generators."

"Yes, they are, boss. However, please rest assured that the workers are not being overworked. In fact, we have implemented a system of three shifts to ensure round-the-clock coverage. The workers also have the option to work extra hours or shifts if they desire to earn more for their families," Theo explained, addressing Amy’s concern.

"Please forgive me, but I must address you as boss while we’re on-site. It’s crucial for the men here to recognize that they are working for a strong woman. Besides, your husband, Henry, wouldn’t hesitate to remove anyone who fails to acknowledge that fact," Theo explained, emphasizing the importance of respecting Amy’s role and authority in the project.

Amy nodded in understanding as she looked at Henry, who responded with a wink. Her mind began to wander, contemplating what might have been if her parents or brother had not passed away.
