Cheat Cultivator's Ascension-Chapter 416: Absurdity of the Time Transcending Blade

Playfully swinging the sword created by the technique, the immortal-like young man couldn't help but notice the trembling of the air as the edge of the [Time Transcending Blade] passed through, the low-pitched ringing almost as if telling him that the space the weapon is treading is threatening to tear apart and collapse.

Realizing this, Su Xiaotian couldn't help but feel surprised, as despite the fact that he is wielding in his hand what could possibly be one of the most fundamental rules in existence, he is quite sure that he is just using his current cultivation to use the [Time Transcending Blade], not even his actual strength, and the fact alone that there is a Nascent Source Realm cultivator is capable of achieving such thing is something that is just unheard of, even with his memories of the previous timeline.

Knowing that he can only wield it for a single attack due to his current strength as well as the mastery of the technique, the immortal-like young man thought that it is only normal, not knowing that should anyone else were to know of this fact, they won't treat it as something normal at all.

In fact, they might just treat him as something so abnormal that they will just collapse on the ground from either of the two: complete confusion or utter terror.

Taking a deep breath with his eyes closed, the young man then stays still for a while, letting the air along with the ambient spirit qi from it to circulate across his entire system, his soul power covering his entire body and detecting every minute detail happening within it, each and every fiber of his being completely under his own control, his powerful muscles gradually contracting as it appears that he will launch a strike now.

Opening his eyes, a sharp, terrifying glow comes out from them, a glow that doesn't appear to be that murderous, yet something about it will just make something primal in anyone scream to run as absolute danger is coming, an instinct that will be proven true as the immortal-like young man finally moves from his mountain-like, unmoving state.

Raising the blade on top of his head, Su Xiaotian's upper body expands even further, his muscles flexing as he inhales and takes in more air, giving him that little bit more of a push in order to exert his attack.

Taking a single step forward, the young man then uses the momentum of his movement to bring down the blade over his head, his body almost like a well-oiled, perfectly synchronized mechanism as his he swung down his arms forward, moving in a completely vertical motion with the tip of the blade stopping just before it hits the ground, his motion creating a beautiful, glowing arc that appears to truly tear apart the space that it passes through, ripping a void of utter darkness and cold from the space he is currently in, this tear in space then moving as if it is a living being.

Despite not being completely sure what the effects of this tear in space will be, Su Xiaotian is confident that this is the effect of the [Time Transcending Blade] as he watches the [True Armament] in his hand gradually returns to its original form, all while he can still feel some sort of faint connection with the travelling tear in space.

Observing this, he notices that the effects left in the wake of his attack is something that is gradually accelerating, with the way it is moving is as if it is in a completely different time than his attack, making him wonder in the profundities of the Temporal Rules itself.

Wondering what the faint connection between the spatial tear and him can do, he just ordered the tear to move faster in a whim, surprising him quite a bit as the spatial tear's acceleration improves even more, the attack now traveling at an incredulous speed that makes even Su Xiaotian, who has his knowledge all the way to the peak of the mortal level, quite baffled, as never had he witnessed a kind of sword wave that can be controlled telepathically.

'This is just absurd…' he thought to himself, yet the smile on his face suggests that he is more of happily surprised than anything else, his mind focused on the spatial tear as he tests out the limits of what sorts of things he can do with it.

Playing around with it for a while, he managed to test out a lot of things: the range where he can control this, what will happen if it goes out of his range of control, how powerful this attack is, and how long it actually lasts. In the short time that this attack still existed, he managed to find out more than enough for him to incorporate this technique into his combat style completely.

"It sure is just one attack but who would've guessed that I can control that attack?" shaking his head with a wry smile in his face as he just managed to find out about this despite having the technique for some time already, the immortal-like young man said as something of wonder begins to pop into his mind, making him ask himself why is it that he doesn't feel that sort of control when he launched his previous Half-step Celestial Realm level of attack.

Saving himself from the trouble of finding the reason why, the semi-transparent floating golden screen appears right in front of him, revealing the reason for him not being able to control his previous attack, this making a bit more sense but there are still some questions in his mind, question that he decided to solve for himself as he thought it would be beneficial for one, and the other reason is that the intelligence of the Universal Shop System no longer answers his queries.

Thinking that it is already more than enough training for the day, Su Xiaotian decided to go back to their residence now as he is still going to cook for the ladies, the sun just came out from the east as he decided to head back, giving him enough time to make something for all of them to eat.

Noticing her voluptuous body suddenly warming up and her heart racing for a bit, the black-haired, goddess-like motherly beauty then immediately starts having her gaze roaming around in hopes of seeing someone she never wants to lose in her sight, her expressions changing from the previous entertained smile she has as she talks with her sworn sisters and her daughters-in-law to a smile beaming with youthful, passionate love, her sexy body rushing to stand up as she saw the tall figure who just entered the door.
