Courting Death System-Chapter 77: Sandworm Void Creature

Holding in his palm was a tiny dragon with golden scales, it was very beautiful and majestic, especially with its numerous horns around its head, vertical pupils, sharp teeth, two long wings, sharp claws and a powerful tail. In this normal size, its wings would be large enough to overshadow a few galaxies, it presence enough to cause almost all creatures to kneel before it.

Unfortunately, it had made an enemy out of Lucius and it was time to suffer the consequences.

|After your ancestor’s remains were stolen by a Lich, you got so furious that you destroyed a few universes. At that time, me and pet frog were still weak and died miserably deaths, do you remember that day?| said Lucius while replaying the scene of the sudden destruction of the world that led to Rainbow’s death.

Rainbow had chosen the skin and bones of the dragon while Danger chose the Blood Essence and organs of the dragon, leaving only the meat.

The bones changed from a reptilian structure to an amphibian structure and so did the skin. The Blood Essence was weakened while the organs were changed to canine organs. The skin and bones then fused with Rainbow while the Blood Essence and organs fused with Danger.

The fusing didn’t encounter any problems and was complete in mere seconds without pain and suffering. Rainbow was now covered in golden scales skin and its body had grown wider, its hind legs exuding great power. It’s new appearance made it look noble and regal like a frog of royalty, the scales on its back had pointed bumps and at the tip of these bumps was a mixture of colours. It didn’t grow wings though.

Danger’s transformation was much more exaggerated than that of Rainbow who still retained its frog appearance. His neck had stretched wider and longer, a massive head with numerous horns and sharp teeth, the legs, lower neck and belly covered in golden scales while the upper body and was covered in golden metallic fur, the tail was also covered in fur but tail had spikes around it.

His claws were sharp enough to tear through even the toughest metals with a grip strength not allowing prey to easily escape from its grip. Last but not least were the pair of massive wings on his back.

|You guys look awesome!| said Lucius in excitement. He truly felt like he was in the game and had just evolved his summons.

|I’ve already created separate spaces for you inside my body, test your strength and abilities there.|the two pets then disappeared. Lucius moved away from the Void Space then assimilated with his cloak and fell asleep.

It’s been five days since the Human Army had arrived at the Foggy Mountains and the rain hadn’t stopped. During this period of time, many scouts were sent out to gather information about the target but they returned empty handed every time to the point of even doubting if there really was a great threat here.

And the rain was hindering their investigations so the Commanders aloud them to rest and continue gathering information after it stopped raining.

One of the Silver knights then disappeared into the woods to pee. He quickly spotted a tree and peed there, he was even whistling while doing so.

As he was peeing, something in the shrubs moved, startling the knight.

[Who’s there?!] at this moment, he truly wished he was a dog so he could just stop peeing right then and there but he wasn’t. The shrubs kept shaking until a small creature jumped out and the knight breathed a sigh of relief.

[Wait a minute...]

Before the knight could speak further, something pierced the back of his head and came out through the mouth. The knight was instantly incapacitated but his mind was still on the little creature that had jumped out from the shrubs and approaches him.

It looked like a rat but without fur or flesh, a weird head and segmented blade tail. He’d never seen something so ugly and terrifying in his life before.

BANG!

Before he could do anything, something hit his face and he instantly lost consciousness. And the creature that had attacked disappeared into the forest with him. The rain muted all the other sounds so Kenny was oblivious to his partner’s situation.

He was still inspecting everything with vigilance when he felt something approaching him at fast speed from above. Acting quickly, he pulled out his sword.

CLAAAAANG!

Puchi!

The sound of two metals rubbing against each other rang out and Kenny felt something sharp pierce his chest. A monstrous creature was standing in front of him and smiling, its segmented blade tail was coiled around his sword with the tail tip piercing his chest while the tip of his sword was only a few inches from stabbing its elongated head.

[You missed.] said the monster in a human voice.

[What are you?] asked Kenny.

[Not important.] said the monster before knocking him out and running away with him. After that, many wolf structured monsters came running and entered the tents.

[Enemy attack! Enemy attack! Prepare for battle!]

While asleep, a disturbance in the surrounding woke him up and when he looked ahead, something was flying towards the something was flying towards the Void Space. It was a creature of a billowing and humongous smoke cloud, in a light absorbing black colour that made it invisible in the Infinite Space but in Lucius’s eyes, nothing could be hidden. 𝒻𝑟𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝑛𝘰𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝘤𝘰𝘮

|A Void Creature?| he thought to himself. He watched it approach the Void Space and its appearance changed from a cloud to that of a sandworm. A sandworm with rows of razor sharp teeth and a mane of tentacles around its neck. It was the largest entity Lucius had seen and also the highest level creature.

Lucius changed back to his original appearance, half praying mantis and half mosquito. Then gently, he grabbed the Void Creature with his sickle-like forelegs, his actions were so quick that the sandworm Void Creature hadn’t even realised that it was caught.

It was surprised to see the Void Space far away from it when initially it had reached it. It tried to fly away but discovered that something strong was holding it, something’s very strong. Then, the most shocking thing it had ever seen in its life unfolded in front of it.

The surrounding stars, planets, galaxies moved like clothes, a cloak to be exact. Then, two holding eyes appeared within the dark space around the universal cloak. It had seen all kinds of experts, some using universes as bait, some hiding within Red Giants, Blackholes or even darkness but it had never seen a cloak made from so many Small Worlds and most importantly, these experts were within Worlds, not outside them.

The Void Sandworm also knew how massive its size was, no creature it had come across could even compare to it but in front of these two crimson eyes, it was small, very small.

|Why did you approach my Void Space without permission?|

|Your Void Space?!|

The Void Sandworm was just minding its business and flying around in space when it senses tingled, telling it about a massive food source. It was led to this place by its instincts and thought it was extremely lucky to find such a massive food source. The Void Space it found was the largest it had ever seen, so large that its mind wandered off and ended up being caught.
