Courting Death System-Chapter 91: Dream Come True

Lightning crackled and rumbled outside the Matter Bubble. The bubble then popped, revealing the dark clouds looming overhead. From the different coloured lightning and thunderbolts, a figure condensed starting with the veins, then an arm, a leg, the torso, another leg, another arm and finally the head. Then clothes condensed and covered the person’s godly body. In front of this being, everyone was as small as house ants while this godly being was the size of an elephant.

He only had eyes, no nose, mouth or ears and his hair was made from thunder bolts. Beside the Thunder God, a portal equal to his size appeared and released heat waves that could burn the fabric of space itself. Then a full heavy armoured person came out from the portal, only his lava-like hair wasn’t hidden beneath his helmet.

A thin white line was drawn in the dark space and a sharpness unlike anything in existence permeated through the white line before line split open and an old man wearing white cultivation robes came out. He had a head full of white hair and also a white beard, ten swords levitated calmly behind him, his gaze seemed to penetrate through reality itself and land on Lucius.

Portals appeared and opened up one after the other, and godly beings came out of these portals and all of these guys were Earthling because of how their appearances and the Systems inside them that he could visually see.

More than a hundred God Kings, each having the ’Lvl 999’ above their heads but not just their levels but also their glowing Titles.

Zeus, Sword Sage, Shiva, Vishnu, Chronos, Jehovah, Yama, Susanoo, Loki, Thor, Firelord, Merlin, Hades, Thanatos, Bark, Allah, Odin, Lucifer, Satan, Artemis, Ra, Anubis, Sun Wukong, Poseidon, Tathagata, Buddha, Draco, Quake, Aries and many more. He even saw his father’s title on one of the Gods, Overlord Titus.

Basically, all Earth’s Gods both in mythology and religion were here, some even shared the same titles and some went by different names like Bark, Draco, Quake and Overlord Titus.

Just looking at this line-up, Lucius’s blood boiled to no end. He’d always wanted to play a game where ALL Earth’s Gods were present and finally, his dream had just become a reality. He disappears from where he stood and appeared in outer space, a speck of dust compared to the other gods but he didn’t care.

|HAHAHA! FINALLY! FINALLY! DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG I’VE DREAMED OF THIS DAY! YEARS! I’VE DREAMT OF IT FOR YEARS! HAHAHA! FINALLY! FINALLY!| said Lucius in an excited voice as his body both transitioned and grew larger at the same time. He could have done this instantly but found it too boring and not grand at all.

His lower body transformed into that of a crimson mosquito and his upper body transformed into that of a crimson praying mantis. After his transformation, he reeked of blood and death. A stench stronger than that of all the Death Gods present. He didn’t grow larger than the other gods and didn’t exude strength greater than theirs.

|I take it you’re not gonna surrender peacefully.| said Zeus in a thunderous and powerful voice.

|Hahaha, of course not. We’re going to fight. Even though you’re the original gods, you still carry their titles as your own. Those who refuse to fight, I’ll kill them and trust me, you don’t want to be killed by me.| said Lucius and waved his sickle like forearms and the scenery changed.

Lucius had just created a World that he and gods could let loose in without holding back anything. The gods of course didn’t know that as their Systems would alert them of even miniscule changes in Laws. Lucius had also silenced these Systems from alerting his opponents. He didn’t want them to give up before the fight even began.

Blue skies, yellow/white sun, the brown earth, green trees and blue ocean. Lucius had recreated planet Earth as homage to the gods.

|Begin!| said Lucius as he randomly chose an opponent and attacked. This opponent turned out to be Hades. As the sickle forearms came for him, a skeletal hand rose from the ground and blocked the attack.

|Di... Mmm|

|No you don’t!|

Hades wanted to kill Lucius with a word but two hands grew from his shoulders and orcefully closed it.

CRACKLE! CRACKLE! CRACKLE!

Zeus threw numerous lightning bolts at Lucius, making sure that he wouldn’t be able to dodge. Lucius’s sickles turned into arms and slapped the ground, creating a massive Earth Wall that blocked the attacks.

SWOOSH!

CLANG! CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!

|CAGE!|

A cage manifested around Lucius who was clashing swords with Jehovah who have angel wings on his back.

|EXPLOSION!|

|VOLCANIC ERUPTION!|

|DI...MMM|

Said Lucius after releasing a burst of flames that destroyed the cage but at the same time was attacked by a volcano from above.

|REPENT IN THE NAME OF GOD, JUDGEMENTS DAY!| Jehovah stabbed his cross shaped sword and summoned countless souls that then turned into an angel army. He then threw the sword to his leading angel.

|MICHAEL, SMITE THY ENEMY AND VANQUISH THE EVIL!| Jehovah commanded.

|GATES OF HELL, OPEN!|

|NETHERWORLD GATES, OPEN!|

|UNDERWORLD GATES, OPEN!|

All Death Gods released their domains and demons and other horrendous creatures poured out from them. Lucius though focussed on Jehovah and aimed to severe his head.

|WALLS OF JERICHO!|

|PRAISE BUDDHA!|

An enormous palm descended from the sky and Lucius tried to escape but vines were holding firmly on his legs so he chopped off the legs and retreated back, bad move!

|SUN...SHINE!|

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Dozens of suns appeared from all directions and exploded, engulfing Lucius within.

|SWORD ART: SWORD RAIN!|

|WHITE...HOLE!| said Lucius and a massive White Hole manifested and tried to push away all the attacks but ultimately failed but it had given Lucius ample time to think of w strategy.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

|PRAYING MANTIS: PRAYING FOR DEATH!|

Lucius flew out of the explosion with burns and cuts but he didn’t care and unleashed a powerful skill from his side. Massive sickles came for every god present then he tried to escape from the encirclement but importantly, his body froze mid air.

|OOH OOHH AHH AHH, WHERE ARE YOU GOING? HIII, HAAA, HOOO!| a monkey like voice sounded in Lucius’s ears before a massive staff brutalized him yet he remained frozen. Then a shield from Artemis slammed into him, crushing his thin legs that had grown back.

|ELEPHANT STOMP!|

|BARK’S RAMPAGE!|

|TIME STEAL!|

|OCEAN’S DEPTH!|

Countless were coming for Lucius from all directions, leaving him no room for escape. Seeing this, Lucius became even more excited and was about to retaliate with a stronger skill.

|BLOOD DOMAI...|

"What are you all doing playing around? Other Worlds might invade anytime yet here you are play fighting! Bunch of children!"a powerful voice sounded in all the gods heads as a figure made from diamond entered the World Lucius had created. The gods wanted to refuse Lumen’s claims but the notifications they were receiving from their Systems left them speechless.

|Ding! Host has lost control over Laws, no different from ordinary person!|

|Ding! Host in front of an INVINCIBLE enemy, recommending that the host runs away!|

|Ding! Host’s mind is being manipulated, unable to do anything, System giving up!|

|Ding! System being suppressed and silenced, System giving up resistance!|

|Ding! Host, the INVINCIBLE person can’t be injured by your measly attacks, he’s just playing with you. In real life, he could kill you with just a thought.|

All gods received similar system notifications, basically telling them to simply run away, if that was even possible or just beg for forgiveness. Some systems even took it to the next level and made fun of their Hosts, telling them how pathetic they were in battle and how distinct their actions were.

|Lumen, why do you always ruin things for me? Did I do something to you in the past, be honest!| said Lucius in annoyance and waved his hand and the world he’d created disappeared and so did his injuries.

"You’re not allowed in my World, leave!"

|Can I at least take my family with me, I won’t come here ever again, I promise.|

"Fine, but you better keep your promise otherwise you and I will have an irreconcilable fued."said Lumen.

Titus, Mbali, Dineo and Tshepo appeared on his palm. Tshepo was covered in muscles and wore a beast skin, Dineo on the other hand was a skeleton wearing a black dress, seeing her, the family laughed at her except Lucius, who already knew what she looked like when he summoned her here.

|Do you guys want to stay here or leave with me?|

|What?! Why not?| asked Lucius.

"You’re crazy! All gamers are crazy!" ×4

"You go for days or even weeks without bathing!"

|Okay, okay, I get it. See you never.| said Lucius and sent them back to wherever he found him and left Titus with his mother.

|Ungrateful bastards, just you wait. I’m gonna make you regret your decisions. What are y’all looking at, get out of here!| said Lucius and all the gods were also teleported back to wherever they came from without the slightest ability to resist.
