“It is me!” Yi Tianyun said with a smile on his face as he walked to Xiao Murong’s side. At the same time, he killed all cultivators that tried to attack Xiao Murong earlier, clearing the area from all other cultivators. “I didn’t expect you would have a hard time here!” Yi Tianyun said teasingly. “Thank you.” Xiao Murong said weakly. She was definitely embarrassed to say some gratitude to Yi Tianyun.

“What? I can’t hear you!” Yi Tianyun said teasingly. He could hear it just fine, but teasing Xiao Murong seemed like some entertainment right now. 

“I said thank you!” Xiao Murong shouted at Yi Tianyun with a frown on her face.

“Of course! Although your attitude is a little bit questionable, a little gratitude is accepted nonetheless. I will help you detoxify that poison. Come on, unless you don’t mind being unable to move for a while!” Yi Tianyun said with a shrug. 

“They used Jade River Divine Poison, do you have the antidote for it?” Xiao Murong asked curiously.

“I have something similar. Of course, with your Divine Wood Body, you could’ve done it yourself, but it would take a long time.” Yi Tianyun said as he pulled out the needle on Xiao Murong’s neck, the tools that the previous unknown cultivator used to poison Xiao Murong. As the needle fell to the ground, the toxin spread and darkened the ground. It proved how potent the poison was.

“This poison is something else! Had you been an average cultivator who couldn’t resist the effect of the poison, you would’ve died instantly!” Yi Tianyun said as he shook his head. But still, he already expected that the God Domain would be full of dangerous stuff.

“Yay, lucky me! All hail Divine Wood Body!” Xiao Murong said sarcastically. Yi Tianyun was a little bit confused by her reaction as Divine Wood Body was indeed a very powerful innate ability! So, Yi Tianyun couldn’t understand her sarcastic reaction. But for now, Yi Tianyun ought to detoxify her quickly. Thus he pulled out his Devouring Netherworld Serenity Fire and slowly put the fire on Xiao Murong’s body.

But as she realised it was Devouring Netherworld Serenity Fire, she sighed in relief. Still, she didn’t expect Yi Tianyun to have such a powerful Demon Fire.

Yi Tianyun continued to help her remove the toxin from her body. It wasn’t a quick process, but still, it was a fast process for a toxin as strong as Jade River Divine Poison! Nevertheless, Xiao Murong wouldn’t be disqualified for not reaching the finish line in time. With her Divine Wood Body, Yi Tianyun expected her to be completely healed by the end of the day. Her resistance to poison was pretty high, but it was unfortunate for her as the enemy had something stronger. 

Xiao Murong just watched as Yi Tianyun detoxified her. She looked at Yi Tianyun with sparks in her eyes. But Yi Tianyun never really looked at her the entire time he was detoxifying her. He just healed her casually by equipping the Longevity Set. As soon as Yi Tianyun equipped the Longevity Set, Xiao Murong could feel the strong vitality energy coming from Yi Tianyun.

“What abundant vitality energy! What treasure did you use just now?” Xiao Murong asked curiously. She had never seen such a strong vitality treasure before. 

“It’s a family treasure!” Yi Tianyun said casually.

Xiao Murong just rolled her eyes as she thought that Yi TIanyun just didn’t want to reveal what treasure he had. 

“Shoot, I didn’t expect to find a pair of dogs in the heat here!” a voice was heard from the forest. Yi Tianyun looked at the forest and saw several cultivators come out from the forest. “Now, either give your tokens up or die here like a pair of dogs!” a cultivator shouted coldly. 

Yi Tianyun ignored them and kept healing Xiao Murong. Meanwhile, Xiao Murong was about to shout to warn Yi Tianyun that there were enemies behind him. However, before she could even say anything, several demon beasts appeared from the ground and rushed toward the enemies! 

“Hey, demon beasts just show up out of nowhere!” Xiao Murong shouted as she was worried about the huge hedgehog-like creature that stood behind Yi Tianyun. However, Yi Tianyun ignored the demon beast and kept healing Xiao Murong.

“Relax!” Yi Tianyun said annoyedly.

“But, there are demon beasts and enemies behind you!” Xiao Murong said anxiously. But suddenly, the demon beast went back to the ground, and the hole in the ground from which the demon emerged was closed back as if there was no hole there in the first place. “What is happening?” Xiao Murong worriedly asked as she didn’t understand what was happening.

Yi Tianyun didn’t say anything as it was such a hassle to explain the situation. He wanted to focus on healing Xiao Murong so that he could get out of this area soon. So, he used all the demon beasts he had tamed earlier to deal with the enemy. 

Xiao Murong was gradually getting better! She could move her limbs again as she felt the toxin leave her body. Although the Jade River Divine Poison still lingered in her body, she could already defend herself.

“It should be fine now! You can expel the poison yourself now as I already expelled most of it!” Yi Tianyun said as he stood up and pulled Xiao Murong back to her feet.

“Thanks again!” Xiao Murong said sincerely. Her complexion turned rosy as she was embarrassed by her previous rude attitude towards Yi Tianyun.

“Now, that is a good attitude right there! I will get going now, I believe you can handle yourself.” Yi Tianyun said with a smile on his face as he started to walk away from Xiao Murong.

“Wait!” Xiao Murong shouted.

“Do you need anything else?” Yi Tianyun said as he turned around to look at Xiao Murong.

“Can we team up? I promise I won’t take any of the tokens.” Xiao Murong said honestly. Yi Tianyun was a little bit surprised that Xiao Murong wanted to team up, and thus assessed her closely.

“Alright, you can come! Furthermore, if you kill any cultivators along the way, you can keep their tokens. I am not a dictator.” Yi Tianyun said with a sigh. 

“Great!” Xiao Murong said as she was happy to hear Yi Tianyun’s decision. 

Yi Tianyun followed the token’s direction, and soon, he reached War God Thunder Drum! Yi Tianyun looked around and saw that the area was completely empty with nothing except for the huge thunder drum in the middle, standing like a mountain.
