Daddy is too Strong-Chapter 56
Chapter 56
[You have entered Stage 2 of the Tutorial Zone.]
[The recommended Magic Resistance is 1. Your Magic Resistance is exceedingly high. All your stats are greatly enhanced by the Blessing of the Deep Realm.]
As Do-Jun descended along the passageway, he saw an open square unfold before him.
In the center of the plaza, just like in Stage 1, a massive monster was sealed within a barrier. It was a monster resembling an ogre, thrashing wildly upon seeing Do-Jun.
[Cyclops]
Category: Monster
Description: The boss monster of Stage 2 of the tutorial. It can use the Skill Armorize, so be careful. It’s usually sealed within a barrier, but the seal breaks after 24 hours. I was able to defeat Laika at the second station and, with some luck, obtain the Book of Armorization with 0.5% mastery, which was just enough to kill Cyclops.
Danger Level: ★★★
After filling in the page on Ataraxia and confirming the information, Do-Jun focused on the term Armorize mentioned in the first line.
Tusitala, who was peeking at Ataraxia alongside Do-Jun, said, “This is where you learn Armorize, one of the three most important skills to survive in the Core. In simple terms, Armorize is similar to physical enhancement. I know you’re strong, but if you want to stand against the strongest in the Core, you’ll need to master this skill.”
Bang!
The Cyclops punched the barrier.
According to Ataraxia’s information, the barrier would break in twenty-four hours, and the monster would charge.
Do-Jun inspected the Cyclops’ fist using his qi sense and was impressed. It was extremely solid, and its power was incomparable to anything he’d seen before. It was likely that the Cyclops had Armorized its fist.
“The higher your mastery, the stronger you become. You can obtain the Book of Armorization at a place recorded in Ataraxia called the Subway,” Tusitala muttered, looking at an entrance to the pathway in the corner of the square that led to the Subway.
Suddenly, she wondered if her information was also recorded in Ataraxia.
“By the way, does it say anything about me in there?”
“Yeah. But you probably wouldn’t want to know what it says. It might hurt your feelings.”
“That just makes me want to know more.”
Do-Jun showed the Ataraxia entry on her.
The moment she saw the words “dickhead” and “absolute dickhead,” she snapped the book shut and handed it back to Do-Jun.
Karsiel chuckled quietly beside her, but when their eyes met, she quickly looked away and said, “Let’s just head to the Subway... shall we?”

Descending through the entrance at the corner of the plaza, they arrived at what looked like a familiar subway platform in Korea. In the distance, a train stood still on the tracks with its doors open.
[Train]
Category: Structure
Description: The place where you can learn Armorize, the main focus of the second stage of the Tutorial Zone. The train leaves the moment you board and stops at a station every minute. At each station, a monster awaits. Defeating the monsters grants you a Book of Armorization. The further you go, the stronger the monsters become, but the mastery of the books also increases. I’d recommend disembarking before the second station. Defeating a monster will return you to the original platform.
Do-Jun took photos of the subway interior with his SpacePad.
Watching him, Tusitala asked, “What are you doing?”
“Gathering information. I’m the recon; there’s a separate team for the actual raid.”
“Wait... Are there more people as strong as you on Earth?” Tusitala was in disbelief.
Do-Jun’s strength was so formidable that she suspected him to rank within the top hundred in the entire Core. The thought of there being others like him on Earth left her astounded.
“Maybe?” Do-Jun replied as he shrugged with a smirk.
He and Karsiel then boarded the train.
[Only one person may board.]
At that moment, Tusitala spoke up. “You can’t go together. Only one person is allowed on the train. If that child needs to learn Armorize as well, you’ll have to repeat the process on the next run. In other words, you must complete the entire Tutorial Zone and then use another entry token to return to this place.”
Hearing this, Karsiel stepped off the train. “I’ll wait here, Master. You go ahead.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yes.”
“By the way, Tusitala, how many stations are there in total?” Do-Jun asked her.
Tusitala shook her head and answered, “That, I don’t know. Does it not say anything in Ataraxia?”
“Not to such a detailed extent. It might be like an encyclopedia, but since it’s based on Epicurus’ personal experiences, anything he didn’t encounter isn’t recorded.”
“You can’t go back to a station once you pass it. Keep that in mind. And also...”
“Hmm?”
“After the fourth station, the monsters will be using Armorize, so be careful.”

Clunk, clunk.
[We will shortly be arriving at the ninety-ninth station.]
Screech.
[We have arrived at the 99th station.]
[You may challenge the Demon King or proceed to the next station.]
[Caution! The difficulty level far exceeds the tutorial.]
The train doors opened, and Do-Jun gazed at the monster beyond the door.
It was a sloppy-looking creature with dozens of slimy tentacles, looking almost mockingly at Do-Jun with the singular focusless eye on its body.
Do-Jun tried to use Interpreter – Ataraxia just to be sure, but he wasn’t surprised at the result.
[Target cannot be identified.]
Do-Jun clicked his tongue in irritation. Though it was said that Ataraxia recorded nearly everything about the Core, anything its author hadn’t encountered remained a mystery.
Turning his gaze forward, Do-Jun looked ahead.
[Would you like to proceed to the next station?]
[Proceeding to the final station.]
[You have discovered a Hidden Piece.]
[Your Magic Resistance has permanently increased by 10.]
Do-Jun ignored the holographic messages flickering past his eyes and focused his senses on the approaching powerful aura.
Screech.
[We have arrived at the final station.]
[You will now face the Clone of Armorization.]
[Caution! The difficulty level far exceeds the tutorial.]
As Do-Jun disembarked without hesitation, the train, having fulfilled its role, disappeared.
Before him sat an old man, cross-legged on the ground. The completely bald elderly man, dressed in a long robe, stood up.
“What gives you the confidence to come here, challenger?” he asked.
Do-Jun pulled out Ataraxia again, only for it to tell him that the target could not be identified. He took a photo with his SpacePad as a backup.
The old man, who was mostly just skin and bones, looked quite frail. But Do-Jun knew otherwise.
He’s strong.
He had seen countless monsters as he passed each station, but they were nothing compared to this old man before him.
But that was about it.

“What confidence, you ask...”
Do-Jun unbuttoned his cuffs and rolled up his sleeves with a smirk.
The old man was undoubtedly powerful. Even Izaas, the Dragon Lord, wouldn’t stand much of a chance against him.
But again, that was about it.
“You don’t have a weapon, so I won’t use any either,” Do-Jun told the monster.
“Hehe. Foolish child, even if you came at me with everything you got, you won’t even last a single move.”
The old man’s entire skin turned black.
Do-Jun realized that this was the Armorize skill. The old man’s mastery of it was likely astounding.
Do-Jun drew up the internal energy from his dantian. And the two fists clashed in mid-air.
Boom!
A shockwave rippled out from the impact.

Two hours had already passed. Karsiel and Tusitala were staring endlessly at the tracks. He should have returned a while ago.
“Could he have... died?” Tusitala muttered in despair, thinking that Do-Jun might have been too confident in his strength and passed the tenth station, only to lose to one of the powerful beings there.
“Th-there’s no way our master would die!” Karsiel yelled, glaring at Tusitala.
“I admit, he’s strong. But how can you be so sure he’s not dead?”
At that question, Karsiel lowered her head. “Our master is...”
Suddenly, a light approached from a distance. A train was coming down the tracks toward them.
Karsiel had been sitting on a bench at the station. She jumped to her feet.
When train doors opened to reveal Do-Jun, Karsiel dashed over and embraced him.
“Master!”
“Sorry for keeping you waiting.” Do-Jun patted Karsiel’s head.
“Just how many stations did you pass through? I thought you were dead!” Tusitala said angrily.
“I went all the way to the end.”
“What...?” Do-Jun’s answer left Tusitala stunned.
“They gave me a Book of Armorization, just like you said.”
Tusitala swallowed dryly. The further one traveled past the stations on the train, the higher the starting mastery level when acquiring the Book of Armorization.
What could Do-Jun’s mastery level possibly be now?
“Shall we head up?” Do-Jun said.
***
Boom!
Tusitala watched the Cyclops’ body explode in a single punch in disbelief.
“What the hell...”
What shocked her wasn’t the fact that the Cyclops died in one blow. For a moment, Do-Jun’s fist was enveloped in Armorize, but there was a problem with its color.
It was black.
The color of the body reinforced with Armorize changed based on its mastery level. It had seven colors. These were red, orange, yellow, green, blue, navy, purple—in ascending order.
The higher the mastery, the closer it would be to purple, but most people could only reach green or blue, even at the peak of their skills.
Of course, rumors claimed that purple was the standard near the Deep Realm or inside it.
“I’ve never heard or seen such a color...” Tusitala murmured.
[You may enter the third stage of the Tutorial Zone after 168 hours.]

Description: Teleports the user to the cleared point of Stage 2 in the Tutorial Zone (single use). Upon obtaining this item, the user will be forcibly ejected from the Core.
Rumble.
The ground where the Cyclops once stood split open and once again revealed a passage leading downward.
“What on earth is your mastery percentage?!” Tusitala flew toward Do-Jun, shouting into his ear.
Do-Jun frowned, covered his ears, and answered, “0%. Oh, now it’s 0.1%.”
“Liar... If that’s true, the color should be red. And if you went to the last station, it’s impossible for your mastery to be at 0%. Even receiving the reward at the second station would start you at 0.5%.”
“Maybe I’m just in a different class.”
“In a different class...?”
“Different class of skill.”
Do-Jun opened his status window and checked the newly updated information in his Skill tab.
[Armorize – True]

Mastery: 0.14%
