Dark Magus Returns-Chapter 1188: Convincing The Demonic Faction (Part 1)

The Neverfall Clan, along with Raze's allies were doing a good job of rounding up the members of the Demonic Clan that had been hurt. They were using the temporary base to treat them.

What amazed them the most were the amazing healing powers of Safa, as she could heal the worst of wounds and even internal injuries that others didn't know about.

When people asked about who she was an answer was starting to go around, that she was the Dark Magus's sister.

"It's no wonder the Dark Magus was able to take over the Dark Faction. It's not just him but he also has a large support around him."

"You're right, these healing capabilities, it's no wonder he was able to best the Behemoth Clan."

"But I heard that it was the Crimson Crane that had played a big part in that, and from what I saw today, they are certainly powerful."

"Didn't you hear why they were powerful though?" Another warrior added. "They were an infamous Clan to begin with but their power was never enough to match up to the other clans. Apparently they carry items with the marking of DM."

The marking of DM has become extremely popular over the entire continent, all due to the special pills that were being made.

Yet they had almost forgotten, that DM was the same person as the Dark Magus. A skilled fighter, who used strange powers, and was a skilled Alchemist, but to also hear that he was a master craftsman as well. It was starting to feel like a godly figure had descended and along with him they had brought one of their angels.

Which was why, the nickname The Angel was being spread around the encampment.

"It's the Angel…she's come to heal us, she truly is like someone who has dropped down from the heavens!" The men whispered and shouted.

From across the room, Liam was quick to give them a stare down. In the middle of it all, messengers from the Lost clan were appearing in each of the rooms as they had an announcement to make.

"Everyone gather just outside your building. The Neverfall Clan has a message to deliver to everyone."

All of the clan's knew it was coming, and it had been some time since they were attacked. They were looking for answers as to what had happened and what was going to occur next.

Seeing how the Lost Clan was the one that had delivered the message as well, was giving them some confidence that they knew what was going on with the current matter.

Everyone had gathered, and it was then that the realization had hit them, that they had lost a lot more people then they thought. Most of the Clan leaders were still intact, but many had lost their right hand men.

They had brought along with them, some of the best in the Clan just in case anything was to happen, and so they couldn't be messed around with by others and that had somewhat bit them in the back.

Eventually, Rayna had come walking out, along with Fing by her side. Dame who was with the others went up to the front, and then Rayna had decided to call Lince from the crowd as well.

Finally, she had also decided to call Alba, and Amir up. It was a good representation of all of those that were involved deeply in this.

"Everyone!" Rayna shouted and stabbed her spear into the ground. She let out a wave of Qi, to vibrate across the floor making everyone aware that she was present and immediately everyone went into silence.

"I want to start by respecting all of those who lost their lives today. Everyone here had experienced a level of loss due to the attack that was placed on us.

"We who had gathered as a unit of the Demonic Faction to mourn the leader of the Neverfall Clan. It was quite clear, that it was a planned and orchestrated attack, and I'm sure a lot of you have questions on your mind, and I'm here to answer them."

Everyone was listening intently to the next words to come out of her mouth.

"The ones who attacked today, are the Light Faction." Rayna declared. "They have been worried about the growth of the Dark Magus within in the Dark Faction, and further his influence and connection to our family and the Neverfall Clan.

"I'm sure you all have heard of the mysterious group known as Alter. In a desperate attempt to try and match up our power, and try to hurt the Demonic faction before we could grow, they had teamed up with them.

"The two groups are working hand in hand, to take the demonic Faction and each of you down!"

Listening to the words, Alba and the others there believed Rayna had done a smart thing. Rather than tell them the enemy was Alter, who the clan's knew nothing about. They could direct their anger to a group where there was already a level of hatred and distrust towards.

In the end it didn't matter who was coaxing who into what. It was easier to say this was the Light Faction's doing then Alter to get them to their side.

"The Dark Magus, knew about this, and has been doing whatever he can to stop the Light Faction. Everyone here, that is currently standing by my side, has agreed to be an ally of the Dark Magus.

"Amir, the head of the Dark Faction currently and the academy, has rounded up all of the clans to be by our side. Lince from the Lost Clan, is aware of the Light Faction's movements and involvements and knows their power well.

"Us…the Neverfall Clan, who has been hurt, and those that have stayed by the Dark Magus's side for a long time now, the Crimson Crane, it's a powerful force, but the Dark Magus still needs your help, because now, the Light faction has grown even further…because they have gotten the Empire on their side, and involved in this fight."
