Dawnless Sovereign-Chapter 116 (3): Wedding Night
Ye Meng could only stare at him in a blank daze, temporarily losing the ability to speak.
Fang Che heaved a resigned sigh.
It seemed that he would just have to personally do the honors.
He slowly removed Ye Meng's hairpin, and her luscious locks instantly spilled down around her, covering half of her gorgeous face.
He then removed her red wedding gown to reveal her pristine white undergarments.
Ye Meng closed her eyes, her chest heaving rapidly with her short and shallow breaths, and her entire body was trembling as she laid silently in Fang Che's arms.
Fang Che's hands began moving faster and faster, and a passionate, invasive gleam appeared in her eyes as he removed one item of clothing after another.
Feeling herself laid completely bare before Fang Che, she couldn't help but let loose a moan of apprehension.
"Young Master, I'm scared..."
"There's nothing to be afraid of when I'm with you."
The canopy in front of the bed was drawn, and it soon began to ripple in a rhythmic fashion.
Ye Meng clasped her hand over her mouth, but she was unable to suppress her moans of pain and pleasure, and her eyes were swimming with tears.
The entire room was filled with a fragrant, floral aroma, and it was certainly going to be a long night ahead.

After an entire night of joyful toil, Fang Che only fell asleep briefly close to the arrival of first light.
Upon awakening, he turned to look at Ye Meng's sleeping face.
Her brows were slightly furrowed, and there were still lingering tear streaks on her face as she slept soundly like a resting flower.
A hint of guilt flashed through Fang Che's eyes as he heaved a faint sigh.
Now that you've married me, your life is going to be full of hardship. Are you ready? Then again, neither you nor I have a choice in the matter. All we can do is continue to forge ahead. As for what the future holds...
He didn't dare to think about the future.
He gently got up to get dressed, taking care not to wake Ye Meng, but she was still roused from her slumber anyway.
As soon as she caught sight of Fang Che, she immediately closed her eyes and pulled the covers over her head.
"Why're you only getting embarrassed now after we've already done the deed?" Fang Che chuckled. "I'm going to get up and train, you can sleep a little longer."
"I have to get up as well. I have to cook breakfast."
"Alright, let's get up together then."
"You go first..."
"Fine."
Fang Che sat up and got dressed, and Ye Meng's fragrance in the air immediately drew a reaction out of his lower half.
It was only through immense willpower that he was able to deny his primal urges, and he said, "Don't take too long. We have to offer up tea to Master and the others when they get back."
A muffled affirmative response rang out from under the covers.
Fang Che made his way out into the courtyard to practice his saber, sword, spear, and halberd forms, and it was only then that he noticed that he had made a breakthrough to the fifth-rank Warlord tier.
He tossed his spear back to the weapons rack from over a hundred feet away, and it landed back on its original spot with unerring accuracy.

Inside, Ye Meng hurriedly got up as soon as Fang Che left, but as she did so, she couldn't help but grimace with pain.
She blushed deeply at sight of the spots of blood on the bedsheets, then quickly folded them up and put them away.
After that, she cleaned up the entire room, only to blush deeply once again as her gaze returned to the bed..
A look of amusement then broke through her embarrassed expression as she thought back to how Fang Che had shat his bed that day.
After combing and dressing herself, she stuck her head out the door to discover that Fang Che was still training outside, and she immediately ducked back into the room again.
Her heart was pounding in her chest, and she didn't dare to face her husband.
She sat down in front of the mirror, and as time passed, she slowly regained her composure.
If only the demonic churches didn't exist in this world...

Fang Che and Ye Meng waited the entire morning, and only once it was close to noon did Yin Shengong and the three elders finally return, at which point they ordered a lavish feast for themselves.
"Where did you go, Master?" Fang Che complained. "We were waiting to serve you tea this morning, as is tradition, but we couldn't find you anywhere!"
Yin Shengong slapped a hand to his forehead as he exclaimed, "Shoot! I completely forgot about that!"
Fang Che didn't know what to say.
"It's all Old Man Mu's fault," Yin Shengong grumbled. "He kept telling me to stay out longer so you two would have more time to yourselves!"
"It's fine, we still have time," Mu Linyuan said with a nonchalant smile. "As long as it's still not past noon yet, it's not too late. Actually, now that I look at it, we need to hurry up! The sun's about to reach the apex soon!"
The four old men instantly rushed into the main hall and sat down with serious expressions, as if they were preparing for some important occasion.
Yin Shengong even drew upon his spirit qi to cleanse himself of the stench of wine clinging to his clothes. The three elders were about to do the same, but Yin Shengong scoffed, "Don't worry about it. The three of you aren't that important here anyway."
The three elders were furious, but they didn't dare to rebuke Yin Shengong, so they could only accept this arrangement with indignation on their faces and the stench of wine in their clothes.
Fang Che hurriedly called for Ye Meng to come out, and the two of them knelt down and offered tea to the four old men to complete the traditional rite.
Yin Shengong was very pleased, and he gifted Ye Meng a jewel bracelet that gave off a faint purple glow.
"This is a Celestial Heart Jade bracelet. When worn during cultivation, it can ward off your inner demons and allow you to quickly enter an immersive state. At the same time, it can slowly expel the impurities lingering in your body from excessive pill consumption. This bracelet has been passed down in my clan for generations, and I'm not giving it to you to pass down to your child."
The three elders were astonished. They knew that this really was a precious treasure that had been passed down for generations in the Yin Clan.
The bracelet had been in Yin Shengong's possession for half his life, and it was a very precious gift.
"Thank you, Master."
"Look after my disciple well."
From there, the three elders also presented Ye Meng with precious gifts of their own..
"Where are my presents, Master?" Fang Che asked..
"Today has nothing to do with you!" Yin Shengong snapped. "I've done my homework, so don't try to fool me! Today is the day that the bride is supposed to receive her bridal gifts! Besides, you already got a bunch of stuff yesterday!"
"I thought there was more..." Fang Che said in a sheepish manner.
"Piss off!"
Upon Yin Shengong's insistence, the six of them shared a meal together for lunch.
After that, the four old men took up residence in the Virtue Manor, and they were constantly asking about the Unmatched Escort Agency.
Fang Che answered all of their questions without hiding anything, and they were all extremely pleased.
Whenever Fang Che was at work, the four old men would stay at home to sunbathe.
Whenever they grew tired of sunbathing, they would go out to admire Chief Administrator Fang as he patrolled the streets.
Occasionally, they would visit the Unmatched Escort Agency in secret to see the branch helm in operation.
The more they saw, the more content they became.
In the eyes of everyone in the branch helm, Starlight was like a living deity, and it truly amused the four old men to see them wrapped so firmly around his finger.
With those four looking after the branch helm, Starlight was able to slack off for a few days.
After work, he would drink some wine before entering his bridal chamber, and he was thoroughly enjoying the newly married life.
He had shed all of the pressure on his shoulders to fully enjoy himself, and even the four old men were beginning to look a little adorable in his eyes.

At the Guardian headquarters, a pleased smile appeared on Dongfang Sansan's face as he read through Moon Shadow's report.
I proposed the same thing last time, but you turned me down, and now, Yin Shengong gets all the credit for playing matchmaker! This is a complete travesty!
He wanted to present Fang Che and Ye Meng with some wedding gifts, but he didn't know how.
Getting someone from the southeast to deliver the gifts was too risky. As for sending someone from the headquarters, Xue Fuxiao was currently the only one outside of himself aware of Fang Che's identity.
Xue Fuxiao was the second-ranked warrior on the Cloud Weapon Archive, surely he couldn't just keep sending him to run errands like this.
Unfortunately, it seemed that he was left with no other option than to call upon Xue Fuxiao..
The only question now was what gifts he should send.
