Deities Are All Just My Food-Chapter 70 Regarding the plot from these two days some of my thoughts_1
70: Regarding the plot from these two days, some of my thoughts_1
70: Regarding the plot from these two days, some of my thoughts_1
My initial conception for the book was a dual storyline, one in the ruins of God and one in daily life,
Otherwise, if I kept writing about the divine ruins, purifying rule pollution, eating God’s bones, I worried that you all might get sick of it.
We can’t feast on delicacies every day, right?
{Actually, you might not easily get tired of it.
I designed quite a few divine ruins, each containing several different games involving taboo things, with no repetitions; but I can’t guarantee that, I can only say I’ll try my best to write them.}
For the daily life storyline, my idea was to transition from normalcy to collapse, and to depict this gradual change.
Otherwise, if I wrote about how the world became what it became later on, you might find it too sudden,
Another point, I feel that giving the protagonist an everyday life will increase the realness and engagement in a book; the worldview will become more three-dimensional.
However, some readers may think I’m padding it out.
I’ll take note of this and control my use of words more carefully in the future,
In fact, the characters I write, who seem useless, are all groundwork; they will all be used later on.
For example, some readers have guessed that this school will eventually… fгeewebnovёl.com
well…
I can’t spoil it for you, otherwise, it would ruin the fun when it happens.
As for the college opening sequence that is currently unfolding,
I can’t condense it any further because I am currently writing about The Second Ruins of God.
The plot that has been released is backlogged material.
If changed, everything that follows would need to be altered, and that workload is honestly a bit too much.
Plus, my mind is entirely occupied with the protagonist and their struggle for survival in The Second Divine Ruins.
I’m writing with such a thrill, I don’t want to break this momentum!
Additionally, I write these daily life segments to establish the characters, build the world, and flesh out the protagonist’s interpersonal relationships.
If book friends aren’t familiar with these characters, what difference does it make whether they enter the main storyline or die?
It wouldn’t be exciting, right?
Showboating and face-slapping, I’ve tried it before but found it not to my taste, and it felt pointless.
So with this book, I want to construct a worldview, which seems to be working well so far.
At least during the new book competition, I snagged all the recommendations, even scored a major promotion and got the little trumpets.
[Here, I would like to thank the editors Biscuit Giant and Midnight Giant for their great support.]
How does a book attract people?
I think it boils down to two words:
Interesting.
That’s why I spent so much effort on the conception of God’s ruins and the taboo things, hoping to bring forth new ideas,
This way of writing really taxes the brain,
Are you calling my writing filler because I’m not quickly progressing towards the ruins of God?
Right,
I haven’t misjudged, have I?
You were drawn to this book because you found these rule pollutions interesting, weren’t you?
Or maybe it was to see the girls?
Let me know what you’d like to read about; it would give me some directions.
Otherwise, I can only write according to my own thoughts,
I’ve been suffering from insomnia again these past few days, even though I just had surgery in May.
The doctor told me to maintain good rest, but now my schedule is all over the place,
I consulted the editor, who said that my readership hasn’t dropped and is quite stable, which reassured me a great deal,
The story of our protagonist, Lin Baici, has just begun.
Please give him your patience and look forward to it; I’ll do my best to craft a captivating tale.
We will enter The Second Ruins of God before the book is shelved.
For this, I haven’t dared to go live with over 210,000 words already written.
At least for now, these daily life pieces are in the public domain and won’t be charged.
Last but not least, thanks for your support.
Without you, this book wouldn’t have come this far,
Nowadays, on starting point, recommendations are decided by follow-readership.
With no readers following, a PK failure means even top authors cannot get recommended,
Thank you all.
I will stockpile more chapters, then unleash a torrent of updates after going live!
Love you guys, Dou Niang!
