Capítulo 1304: Chapter 1304: Breaking Their Bones

Hapis rely on their wings for flight, and their bodies have undergone considerable adaptations to suit flying.

The first and foremost change is their body weight, which is significantly lighter compared to other races of the same size.

Hapis cannot always and everywhere invoke magic to lighten their weight; their reduced weight comes from their hollow bones.

Previously, when teaching Zhimu, Luo Luosi once received a tooth from Zhimu.

Under the sunlight, that tooth was crystal clear, and even the teeth of the Hapi Clan are hollow.

Hollow bones provide the Hapi Clan with an advantage in flight, but can also make their bones prone to breaking during fierce attacks.

Although the broken bones of Hapis can quickly heal and regenerate like feathers under the influence of magic, it consumes a lot of time and stamina.

The best way to deal with the Hapi Clan is to break their bones.

It sounds simple, but it is quite difficult to accomplish.

With their large claws, powerful kicks, and various magical abilities, trying to forcibly break their bones might lead to being beaten mercilessly.

Luo Luosi is confident in breaking their bones.

In seeking suitable training methods for Zhimu, Luo Luosi investigated many things, learning where Hapi Clan bones tend to break, understanding their customs, and knowing which bones they frequently break.

When unable to hit her and others, the Hapis would vent their frustration on warships, dismantling them, and expending considerable stamina.

Through the shells just thrown, Luo Luosi knew clearly the position and attributes of each Hapi.

Thanks to He Meng and others eliminating many Hapis, Luo Luosi now had enough confidence to capture several key-positioned Hapis in one swoop.

The airborne shells flipped as they fell from Sky Fall, spewing water columns from gaps, spinning continuously, becoming flying hammers that mercilessly struck the central positions of Hapi calves, arms, and more, instantly shattering their somewhat fragile bones.

Even those whose bones weren’t shattered, the flying Hapis faintly heard the sounds of bones cracking.

Luo Luosi’s unexpected attack instantly crippled most of the Hapi’s battle capabilities.

Jiao Xi, Luo Hasta, and other Slimes seized this golden opportunity, executed an attack, and in the blink of an eye, struck several Hapis into the ocean, splashing water.

Hapis tried to fly out of the sea, flapping desperately, but due to damaged bones, found it difficult to rise from the water.

Zhimu kicked away the advancing Kula Doreen, realizing Luo Luosi abandoned the ship, wholeheartedly engaging in combat, influencing her troops significantly.

But she didn’t believe that Luo Luosi could change the situation so quickly. 𝘧𝑟𝑒𝑒𝘸𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑒𝓁.𝘤𝘰𝓂

After repelling Kula Doreen, Qiuye attacked, Zhimu fluttered her wings, releasing Poison Fog, while emitting black electrical currents to repel Qiuye.

Long-time consecutive use of Black Magic made Zhimu feel her muscles constantly screaming, resisting this power.

Zhimu underwent several transformations; her body was not particularly compatible with the Black Magic ability granted by Count Blood, and side effects occurred more quickly than imagined.

But Zhimu didn’t plan to retreat like this; past scenes appeared before her eyes.

Due to having a tuft of white feathers on her wings, Zhimu was deemed not a purebred member of the Wind Winged Hapi Clan; she continually tried to prove herself but kept failing.

In her moment of Despair, it was Count Blood who found her, giving her more strength, allowing her prior efforts to bloom, leading step by step to this point.

As she said, because Count Blood changed her, what harm in risking her life for him?

In battle, as Zhimu glimpsed Luo Luosi’s attacks, she had a fleeting thought: “Why is she so familiar with the weaknesses of the Hapi Clan?” Then remembered she had imparted some Hapi weaknesses to her.

“I never imagined that someone so helpful and kind-hearted who built broad networks would become so despicable. Time indeed changes people greatly.”

Like now, if it were her former self, she certainly couldn’t have acted against Luo Luosi, who had helped her before, but now it was different.

Wings flapping, Zhimu’s flying feathers trimmed by Kula Doreen and her father had completely healed.

Vigorously flapping her wings, Zhimu soared into the sky, aiming for He Meng climbing the mast with the scroll.

Though unaware of Luo Luosi’s intentions, intuition told Zhimu that if that Slime left, it would definitely impede that person’s plans.

The mast gradually tilted, He Meng’s body had already sprouted small wings on either side, vigorously flapping, feeling the direction of the wind, preparing to transform into a bird, flying towards Aslit.

Zhimu extended her claws, rapidly flying towards He Meng!

He Meng remained unperturbed, between the fluttering of two small wings sprouted a tiny hand, extracting the shell-enveloped scroll from her body, as directed by Luo Luosi, and hurled it at Zhimu.

Originally the size of a baby’s fist, the shell suddenly expanded to the size of a cooking pot, opening wide toward Zhimu.

Zhimu flapped her wings to evade, but was too close to He Meng, Luo Luosi was nearby, able to manipulate the shell to some extent, the enlarged shell bit onto her right shoulder, dragging her downwards.

He Meng leaped off the mast, the originally fluttering small wings expanded several times in an instant, her form transformed into a sleek swift, riding the wind, she soared skyward.

Watching He Meng fly into the sky, Zhimu frantically vibrated her left wing, trying to ascend again, but unexpectedly, Luo Luosi, directing the flying shells in the air, sent them flying from all directions toward Zhimu, gripping her feathers.

Zhimu discharged black currents intending to escape these bothersome shells, shells formed by magic turned into white powder under the surging black currents, reverting into magic, dispersed.

Unfortunately, the pace at which Zhimu dissolved these shells was far behind the speed of shell reinforcements.

The shells breaking Hapi bones didn’t fall into the sea with the Hapis; suspended in mid-air under Luo Luosi’s control, they awaited the opportune moment.

“Broken Wind Style. Furious Wind!”

Kula Doreen drew his blade, swiping forward, a slender pale yellow Wind Blade sliced through the Dark Night, once again precisely severing Zhimu’s flying feathers.

“Qiuye. Do not hesitate, give it your all!”

Upon hearing her father’s voice, a unique Ghost Shadow appeared behind Qiuye, swiftly merging into her body.

Stepping on the fallen mast, Qiuye climbed upward, leaping high, a Hurricane swirled on the sword blade, stabbing into Zhimu’s chest, pressing her downwards, crashing into the deck, creating a hole, continuing through the cabin, only stopping at the bottom of the ship.
