These two agents had been sent here after they received a report of a woman who suddenly gained super strength.

Of course calling it super would not be accurate but for a woman who had never trained in her life to be this strong was unnatural.

Apparently this woman went out the night beating up crooks, she became a vigilante the moment she gained strength.

From being a prostitute to being an agent of justice, it was highly suspicious and the organisation suspected she was an Espara.

Nancy, the agent with glasses scrutinized the woman lying on her feet. " No Esper, her body doesn’t have any esper."

Bruce, her partner scratched his head with confusion, " What does that mean?" He asked.

Nancy crouched down and touched the woman’s face, when she crouched her short tight skirt rose revealing her skin.

Bruce gulped, she heard him but she didn’t mind, Nancy liked the attention, her behaviour would make somebody assume she loved sex.

The truth was that she was a virgin, she has a kissed a lot of men including Bruce but she has never slept with any of them.

Making them lust over her is what gave her the thrill. She took of her glasses and her eyes turned gold.

Through them she saw the woman’s inside like an ex-ray but even better. Sge could tell the woman’s blood was special.

That was where her strength came from and it didn’t seem to be stopping, if left alone this woman would grow even stronger.

Perhaps even strong enough to match an orc in terms of physical strength which for a normal human would be abnormal.

" Lets take her back to the lap, I can run tests on her or let my big brother do it, he’s more suited for this anyways."

Nancy stood up and put back her glasses then lowered her dress which made Bruce disappointed.

" Bring her " She told him and went out, Bruce took the woman and followed after Nancy.

They drove back to the organisation, after reporting to the director, they took the unconscious woman to the lab.

The lab was underground, this was where the organisation did their research on Gadras and the Fayera.

Some of the things happening here definitely did not meet the ethical codes but Nancy understood they were necessary.

Her clan, the Sapienta clan were the leading scientists of most of the projects of the organisation.

The Sapienta are one of the oldest clans in the world, they are members of the round table formed during the era of king Arthur.

Their ability was called analyse, it could manifest in two ways. Like in her brother’s case.

It allowed him to analyse the properties and nature of things making him a great scientist plus enhanced intelligence.

In her case, while it enhances her intelligence, it’s not as much and instead of analysing the properties of objects or energy, she can see their weaknesses.

It was mostly battle related, she can calculate and predict her opponents moves just by watching them attack a few times.

She can see their weaknesses and also their abilities even before they used them. It’s the reason she was able to tell it was the girl’s blood that was special.

Nancy left the girl with her brother, with his intelligence it won’t take long for him to tell what makes the girl’s blood so special.

As expected, five hours later he came to th director’s office where Nancy was busy trying to seduce the director.

" Ahem." She heard her brother cough behind her and she fixed her dress, she was freaky but not that freaky.

The director sighed, he was really uncomfortable being around this demon girl. He wasn’t sexually attracted to her, she was just too weird for his liking.

" So what’d you find?" The director asked and her brother gave him a stack of papers.

" As my sister had said, what makes the girl is her blood but also not. Her blood is normal human blood.

But it had mixed with something else changing it’s properties."

" Do you know what is mixed with it?" Nancy asked and her brother shook his head.

" I know it’s blood but who or what the blood belongs to, I can’t say but it’s changing her, while it can’t turn her into an Espara.

It will probably make her the strongest and healthiest human alive."

The director sat quietly for a few seconds, contemplating. " If even you don’t know what the blood belongs to, that could only mean one thing."

" It’s not in our records." Nancy continued with a frown, she didn’t like not knowing, this was true for every member of her family.

They were obsessed with knowledge, it’s to the point they own the largest and oldest library in the world right now.

The director took out a file and threw it Infront of them. Nancy reached out and took it before her brother could.

She read the file then frowned and passed it to her brother, his face changed just like hers.

" Are they certain of this?" He asked the director and he nodded.

" Yes, according to the report they fought the boy but he escaped, they suspect he came here but he’s protected by a witch." The director told them.

" The witch probably cast a cloak spell on him, finding him now will be hard." Nancy sighed with frustration. 𝓯𝓻𝒆𝙚𝒘𝓮𝙗𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝒍.𝙘𝓸𝙢

" Not necessarily." The director said drawing her attention.

" The cloaking spell has it own limitations, while we can’t track the boy through magic or any esper ability.

The old way can still work, and it might not be as hard." He took out another file and gave it to them.

After reading it Nancy couldn’t help but shake her head. " There’s no way this is not a trap, how could somebody in hiding behind be so dumb?

He’s leaving tracks everywhere, it’s like his doing it on purpose, he wants to be found.

But still, this is work looking into, even if the boy isn’t the one who changed that woman, him being an unidentified species makes him interesting."

She licked her lips seductive then took the file with her. " That brute and I will look into this."

Meggie drove off, this was the countryside and the roads were clear so she drove really fast.

They reached the outskirts of the city before long, this was close to the residential area but not like the one they lived in.

Only the rich lived in this neighborhood. Adrian suddenly caught a whiff and a growl escaped his lips.

" Turn here." He told Meggie who looked at him with confusion.

" Please." Seeing the seriousness in his eyes, she turned and entered the residential area.

The streets were empty, there were no animals in the streets of roaming outside, it was very creepy.

They stopped across an old house and saw a new family moving in. " Do people not watch horror movies? This is a standard haunted house."

He complained making Meggie laugh, " People don’t believe in ghosts Adrian, besides, this house isn’t haunted."

Her face changed and grew serious, Adrian nodded. Haunted houses were those occupied by spirits.

What dwelled in this one, was a demon.
