DESTINY GAMES-Chapter 333: Different Times.
Kelvin hid in the core of the world like a turtle. He had been conned, but that didn't mean that he had given up.
He had learned that the Justice League was looking for certain people. The offense of these people was unknown, but the features that were used to identify them were consistent with what he knew of what the ringer bearers should have.
For example, the bearer of the ring of paragon should have an omega ability, and parts of their bodies should be golden. For example, these golden parts could be their hair or their nails or a tattoo or eyes.
The bearer of the ring of the mind should have infinite focus and perfect memory. They should be someone who doesn't sleep and should be highly intelligent. Last but not least, a part of their bodies should be golden too.
The bearer of the ring of the body should have infinite stamina, a high healing factor, and possess a body that does not age. Such a person should also have an alluring aura that tempts people to attack them, and they should have golden features on their body.
The bearer of the ring of knowledge should be highly knowledgeable. They should be someone who is highly updated with current affairs and events all over the world even though they don't read or watch the news. They should have golden hair or something else that is golden.
The bearer of the ring of energy will have infinite stamina and focus. They too will have a part of their body that is golden.
The search couldn't be kept a secret. Kelvin found out about it and laughed. He was happy because he wasn't the only one who was being hunted anymore.
He laughed and said, "Let everyone suffer now. I will pick off the first one to jump up."
He knows that even this search by the Justice League might be a scheme to make him appear, but he plans to take the bait anyway. He plans to use the Justice League to find the ring bearers and then take the ring bearers from them.
It is a good plan, but he knows that if he is to succeed, he will need great strength. He plans to acquire that great strength on the foreign battlefield. So he has great expectations for the expedition into the Umbra World.
His preparation time of one and a half months passed with him waiting in anticipation. Then the day to leave for the foreign battlefield came.
Unlike last time, he was full of anticipation for the foreign. It is because he will be able to grow stronger and also because he will regain the freedom to let loose.
On the foreign battlefield, he has the full backing of the Yggdrasil Civilization. He doesn't have to hide his identity and hide what he is capable of. In fact, the army encourages him to do his best.
It is not that there is no danger to showing off on the foreign battlefield. But whatever danger there will be, it won't come from other humans. It can only come from his enemies, and he is completely fine with that.
When it was almost time for his expedition, a timer appeared in the corner of his vision. It appeared when it was a day until the time for his expedition.
This timer was the same timer that he would see in the Tower of Destiny. But it appeared in the world, and he could see it even when he wasn't in the mental space of the Tower of Destiny.
He was waiting expectantly for his expedition. It was unlike the last time when he was waiting for the expedition. He wasn't nervous at all. He was full of anticipation and excitement.
Another major difference was that Wrath wasn't with him. That didn't dampen his mood at all.
He grinned and said, "A lot of people didn't survive that expedition. Wrath, you won't be missed."
When the timer reached zero, he was yanked from Earth-11. His body twisted through currents of time and space. Then he popped back up somewhere very far away.
The whole journey was unpleasant to him. It was more than unpleasant.
He had felt his existence stretched and pulled in natural ways. But he was stronger than when he first experienced this unpleasant process.
Back then, he was at the D rank. His mind almost blanked out due to the stomach-churning force that erupted from within him. It felt like someone had punched him directly in his guts with a blade or a hook. Then they had twisted it around for good measure.
But now he is at the A rank. He is 1,000 times stronger than he was back then. So he didn't feel as bad as he did.
He still felt queasy, but he recovered very quickly. When he did, he looked around and found himself among a group of people.
He cheered and said, "Yes, let's do this."
Wrath isn't around anymore to cheer him up. So he has to cheer himself up. It is something easy for him to do since he doesn't need much cheering up.
Some of the people around him glanced at him, but most of them ignored him. He didn't mind.
Their reaction is at least better than the last time. That time, he had Wrath to talk to. But they couldn't see Wrath, so they thought he was crazy and avoided him for it.
There were a lot of people around him this time around, and they were of different races and colors too. This was just like last time he was here, but there were also differences in the assortment of people around him.
The major difference was that there were very few people with black complexion. The largest proportion of the people were shit humans. But these humans were also vaguely different from the white humans he knew because they all had blue eyes and hair of various strange colors.
