As the attack struck Alex’s palm, it felt like the world was placed on that hand, threatening to shatter it all under its weight.

A fierce wind exploded from nowhere, surging like a hurricane with Alex at the center of it all, struggling with the sword light.

Shockwaves erupted across the battlefield as two figures stood with indifference in their eyes. The cosmic spirit of the sun and Belial remained silent as they watched the wind current calm down and Alex remained standing with his hand extended. He had a bloody wound on his palm and that was all the damage he suffered.

“He can hurt me,” Alex said with a deep frown as he gazed at his bloody palm. He could feel the sword aura dancing within his open wound preventing it from healing.

What was more terrifying was that the black armor of the black flames was one when the attack hit.

This man can kill him...

While he was still distracted by this issue, the mind of Belial was in turmoil. This was his ultimate move meant to be able to destroy the world yet this man caught it with his palm.

He is meant to be strong enough to stand against that man!

Damon’s domineering figure remained in the mind of the god of sword. That man is the reason he has been gathering this strength and training himself.

“If the God of death was here, even he will struggle against this man,” The Cosmic spirit of the sun said calmly and Belial’s eyes widened in realization.

Yes, this man was not any normal being. He was a deity living outside their realm who dared to invade alone and even forcefully push his original body into the mortal realm.

If one thing is certain, even if Damon has immense potential, this man had the power.

Belial’s eyes widened with shock as he felt death looming behind him but it couldn’t reach him. When he turned he saw the cosmic spirit of sun holding on to Alex’s palm which was meant to impale Belial from behind.

“You have sun power and space power. You do not come from our world yet you have what belongs to us” The Cosmic spirit of sun said coldly.

“I have consumed so many things and people I understood something. Whatever is yours is only yours as long as you can keep it. If not someone else can always come and take it” Alex said with cold eyes but the Cosmic spirit of sun who was close to seven feet tall and towering over Alex was unfazed by Alex’s threatening words even though he was standing right in front of the man who may even be able to kill the Beyond.

As one of the five cosmic spirits, he represented one of the six powers of the Beyond. He had his strengths as the power of the sun and he was willing to use it to his advantage.

“Are you saying you will take my power as well?” The cosmic spirit of sun said with a cold sneer which made the smile on Alex’s face widen even more as he let go of Alex’s hand and took a step closer where Alex could feel his breath.

“Of course, I will, if you fail to defend it properly” Alex responded with a calm look on his face.

“Then go ahead. Try and take it” the cosmic spirit of sun responded coldly as he raised both hands and locked his fingers together.

His palm descended from above like a hammer, smashing into everything below with divine might and fury. The strength of a being of his caliber was not something to joke about. Especially since in a world of mages, he followed the path of a fighter!

A powerful force erupted from Alex shattering everything in its path but the Cosmic spirit of sun planted his legs deep into the ground and slammed his fists into the invisible wall. His eyes were wide open like that of a crazed man as immense steam exploded from his armor while lava could be seen surging within the gaps.

Alex was confused as to why he was unable to move this man but he soon realized something he hasn’t noticed since he arrived here. Day and night keep shifting spontaneously if one is alert they won’t notice.

Right now where he stood, he was under the moonlight but in front where the cosmic spirit of sun stood a bright light like the one from the sun could be seen.

Alex looked up and saw a massive sun at the other end of the world while the moon was at another end.

It felt like their ray and light were being directed at specific people.

Right now he could feel the cosmic spirit of sun’s power rising at an alarming rate while his body size kept expanding.

If Damon was here he would be stunned to see this power again and it will definitely bring back crazy memories.

Alex felt his legs shiver under the pressure as his foot was forced into the ground but he tried his best to remain standing. He looked up to see the cosmic spirit sun close to eight feet tall with his armor almost shattering due to his muscles.

He clasped his hands once again and raised them as if it was the scythe of the angel of death meant to steal the life of unruly souls.

Alex snorted disdainfully as his eyes released an invisible ripple as he cast the same ability again but this time his palm was placed on the cosmic spirit of sun’s exposed chest

Instead of releasing the repulsive force randomly, Alex focused all that power in one direction, and just like that the enemy was sent hurling back like a cannonball.

“Fucking minions trying to play god!” Alex fumed.
