Chapter 851 Facing The Blood Demon Again 2

"Come on out, Cuban! I know its you. I could smell your stink from a mile away."

The atmosphere within the facility turned thick with tension as Lenny's challenge reverberated through the empty spaces.

For a moment, silence reigned, as if the very walls were holding their breath in anticipation. Then, cutting through the stillness, a low chuckle began to spread, its brazen tone filled with confidence and malice. It was a sound that seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere, enveloping Lenny and the others in an auditory shroud of impending doom.

As the chuckle faded, an eerie transformation overtook the environment. The ground beneath Lenny's feet began to dampen, not with water, but with blood. This sanguine fluid seeped from the crevices in the walls and dribbled from the ceiling, a macabre downpour that defied the natural order. The blood, rich and dark, pooled on the floor, gathering strength and volume until it converged a few meters away from Lenny, coalescing into a form both familiar and feared.

Before Lenny stood Cuban, the great demon, his emergence from the blood a testament to his dominion over it. Towering and imposing, Cuban's physical form was a grotesque masterpiece of demonic might. His head, that of an ox, bore a menacing countenance, with a silver ring piercing his nose, a barbaric ornament that accentuated his savage nature. His torso, reminiscent of a seasoned bodybuilder's, was a mass of rippling muscles, each curve and contour a declaration of his physical prowess. The demon's skin, a vivid red that seemed almost to pulse with the lifeblood of countless victims, stretched taut over his formidable frame.

Cuban's lower body was adorned with a skirt crafted from blood, a flowing garment that moved with a life of its own, swirling around him in a perpetual dance of death. This was Cuban, the Blood Demon, a being whose very presence exuded an aura of threat and danger. His eyes, gleaming with malevolent intent, fixed on Lenny, promising a confrontation of epic proportions.

The air around them thickened with the scent of iron and anticipation, the blood that had birthed Cuban now serving as a grim arena for their showdown. Each breath Lenny took was laden with the taste of impending violence, the humidity of the room clinging to his skin like a premonition of the battle to come. "I had only finished my meal, absorbing Mr. Augustus and you are already back. It seems like you missed your old man too much. why don't you come and take a bow, prodigal son!" Cuban stated with incredible confidence. However, Lenny raised his brow at him. He could not help but chuckle a bit, "just at the second rank of the Great Demon realm and you want this daddy to bow to you. Did you smoke the Baroness's shit immediately you broke out of your Cocoon?" lenny questioned back in an authoritative tone.

Meanwhile, Coco concentrated on the Bloodline geometry while Morgana and the others watched Lenny's confrontation with Cuban, in absolute astonishment. This was most especially true for Morgana. She had been born in the Arena, and for most of her life, she had revered Cuban as god. This was a deep seated scar in her heart. The very fact that she was met with his presence now, made her knees feel weak, and subconsciously, she almost lost her footing, falling to the ground.

However, Minnie had turned in her direction nearly immediately, "Do not insult Master Lenny with your cowardice." Morgana recoiled a bit at those words. And then Minnie looked once more at the confrontation, "this battle is going to be a short one. Watch as Master Lenny sends him back to the pit of Hell."

Morgana heard those words loud and clear, but what really took her by surprise was not the fact that this faceless witch was scolding her, but that Minnie had an unnatural faith in Lenny, that was almost Zealous.

"The chaos in the Eighth Earth. I heard that is your doing. Using MY chimera ants to do your bidding." Cuban spoke up. Lenny raised a brow in realization, "Oh, I see. you went down there, didn't you? But i am sure that you found that you could not control them."

Cuban frowned. Lenny knew that he had hit the nail on the head. After all, The Chimera ants were at one time Cuban's pets. However, just to be sure that the Blood Demon did not have a hold on them, Lenny had removed the Blood Mirror spider from Insect-B. He had also instructed her to disperse at the slightest sign of danger. Lenny could already picture what had happened in his head. After all, there was a saying that if the ants are plenty enough, they could even bring down a mountain lion. Any time Cuban would appear, Insect-B would swarm Cuban with the Chimera ants under her while she ran to safety. After all, as long as she was alive, she could continue to do as Lenny willed. After the second time, Cuban soon understood that he was chasing after air. Besides, Even though he claimed that he had finished absorbing Mr Augustus, this was obviously a lie. The Cuban that Lenny met in the future was at the peak rank of the realm and the only reason lenny had been able to stand up to him then was because of the rules of the sub plane, heavily depending on blood for battle. Also, lenny was an abnormal freak that could not be measured with common sense. But right now, Cuban was just at the second rank of the Great Demon realm. Obviously, he had to leave in the middle of his meal to make this battle.

Lenny suddenly gave a side smile, "You know, you could have stayed and enjoyed your Dragon meal in peace. Coming out is the declaration of your death. Or haven't you noticed, you can't sense my power rank. This only happens on two occasions. The first is that I am by some means hiding it. But remember that I am in no way afraid of you. Which means its the second thing..."
