Dimensional Streamer: Infinite Views in Another World-Chapter 30: Spending SP
"This little guy shall be named..." Noa paused for the effect, letting the chat hold their breath.
"Megatron!"
Viewer_116: Booo!
Spidey: NOOOO. We believe in Beer supremacy!
BeerLover: Beer. Beer. Beer.
Noa smirked, scratching Megatron’s head while neglecting chat’s complaints. "Guys, this isn’t an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. If you need help, please talk with professionals."
Galio gave no reaction to Noa’s silence.
He had long since noticed his weirdness and, tightening his jaw, he said, "Do as you will," he muttered, already turning away. "But don’t forget, my eyes are open, and if I catch a whiff of your wrongdoings, I will take you both down."
Noa gulped.
He sensed the threat and danger from the man again. Galio wasn’t joking—he was dead serious, and the responsibility for raising Megatron rested solely on his shoulders.
"Do as you wish, but do no harm, huh?" Noa mumbled under his breath.
With that, he adjusted the dragon in his arm and headed past the village gates. The world before him was now open, and with no directions to go, Noa stood still for a moment.
There wasn’t a single person who would teach him where to go.
The old hunched woman was too far from the settlement, and Galio left everything in his hands—not even bidding him farewell.
That’s when chat came into play.
Though neither Noa nor the viewers knew where the nearest village was, Noa figured he might as well make the journey more interactive.
But as he was about to create a poll to select compass points, one particular chat message caught his attention.
Viewer_1: As a navigator, I think you should listen to me and head west. Always west! If this game world is even remotely like Earth, rivers should run down that way. And humans live around rivers.
Noa wasn’t the only one who saw the advice.
Most of the time, chat was spamming quick messages. But when a single long text like this one pops up, it naturally draws the eye.
TomatoSlayer: I think we should trust this man. He knows what he is talking about.
WildGuy3: Agreed.
As always, there was at least one viewer who disagreed, no matter what the situation was. In this case, the idea came from Viewer_1, and as his number one hater, gothlover had something to say about it.
gothlover: Since when has this guy become walking National Geographic? I am voting to go south.
Because people kept replaying these two messages, every viewer was aware of what was happening. Of course, most of them made fun of gothlover.
They all knew how childish he looked.
The guy didn’t even explain why Noa should listen to him.
Despite that, Noa wanted to humor him and perhaps others who might share his hatred towards Viewer_1.
So he created a quick poll with two possible choices.
The result was plain to see within seconds, as not many of the viewers cared whether Viewer_1 was cheap sake or not.
[Poll ended: 89% voted to head west]
Seeing this, Noa snorted. "Any objections?"
Silence fell in the world and in his chat at the same time.
No one seemed to mind what had just happened, including the so-called navigator.
Only gothlover sulked and wanted to have a final say in this.
gothlover: Just don’t say I didn’t warn you.
With his decision already made, Noa stepped past the gate and resumed his journey to the unknown. The horizon in the west stretched long and untamed. "Alright, losers, we are going to find what this world has waiting for your king."
Noa was about to end the stream.
But before that, he summoned [Store] and browsed through the options.

It was a lot—enough to buy almost everything he wanted to.
Because his viewer count kept increasing, he was generating SP even quicker than he expected. Not that he would complain.
There was more to unlock and see, and Noa had a feeling it would only get harder.
With that in mind, he bought everything from [Streamer Store].
Panels unfolded in front of him, and every time the system asked whether he wanted to proceed with the payment, Noa didn’t even bat an eye.
[Purchases Confirmed.]
Suddenly, the streaming icons shone as if they were about to come to life. In real time, his stream overlay changed, and more appealing effects snapped in place.
First came the basic banner.
A semi-transparent crown emerged across the top of the viewers’ interfaces. Noa’s profile now looked more appealing, boosting its visibility.
Chat immediately exploded.
TomatoSlayer: This looks like it was made in MS Paint.
The next one was the emote set.
Six random images of Noa’s goofy and exaggerated face popped into the emote bar. Now the viewers had more meme images to play with, and they were no longer stuck with the GIF TomatoSlayer had made.
The stream overlay layered itself on the chat window. It was arranged like a comic panel around the edge of Noa’s vision.
From the viewers’ perspective, the video feed frame shifted into a sleek, blue border.
It would even glow when someone donated.
The shiny profile badge was subtler. But when Noa checked his viewer list, he was quick to notice the difference between them.
Each one had a different addition based on their personality or username.
For example, for gothlover, the icon gleamed with a golden coin icon with a modest gothic art style.
BeerLover’s name, on the other hand, had a craft beer drawn on it.
Noa looked at the results with a satisfied smile. The only thing he didn’t buy from the shop was the temporary buff, as he was about to end the stream anyway.
"How do you like that? Pretty neat, huh?" he said, rubbing Megatron’s belly with a grin.
Viewer_41: I want my overlay to look cool as well.
[Viewer_41: has subscribed! Revealing username: ShitMaster]
gothlover: Welcome to the family. That’s a privilege not everyone can be part of.
Seeing the guy clearly mocking the first viewer, Noa shook his head. "This is it," he announced. "The stream ends here."
With that, the interface was turned off, and Noa’s vision blurred.
