Shen Yu didn't answer Stone immediately and first dealt with the giant Spiritual Creature.

He first killed it and then cut its body parts while mixing them with many types of items. He was trying to create a Rune Formation just from his knowledge rather than his powers.

Fortunately, it worked because he had once asked Nancy to give him knowledge of all Rune Formations.

With a flip of his hand, he transferred the materials required for the Rune Formation across the ocean and clicked his fingers.

"Release!"

In the next second, a towering barrier that seemed to connect the deep bottom of the ocean to the heavens shimmered into existence.

It had an eerie crimson colour and a repulsive and dangerous aura. The Rune Formation seemed to be a higher version of scarecrows meant to drive away the Oceanic Spiritual Creatures.

Upon looking at it from some distance, one would realise that the barrier actually surrounded the Island from a few hundreds of miles away from the land.

Shen Yu smiled and said,

"This barrier will keep the dangerous Spiritual Creatures away from the Island, as the barrier not only releases a repulsive aura but also works as a defending shield. Only Spiritual Creatures lower than Tier 5 can come and go from the Formation."

Stone was dumbfounded by the sheer scale Shen Yu employed in the Rune Formation.

But then he reminded himself that it was his master who did that so, of course, it would be grand. He was the same man who casually dragged a Tier 7 Spiritual Creature out of its home to make the material for the Rune Formation.

He was simply too Terrifying.

On the other hand, Shen Yu's wives weren't that surprised by his powers as they already knew about them.

Lan Ming put her hand on her chin and said,

"But Master, once the Island is filled with the Free people, the Spiritual Creatures will try to go there and even if they are not successful, their constant attacks on the Barrier would surely send outbursts and shockwaves. Or does the barrier absorb them too?"

Shen Yu stayed silent for a moment, clicked his fingers, and said,

"Well, now it does. Also, I have already considered that situation and added an enchantment in the barrier, preventing them from sensing any life force past the barrier."

He gestured to Ying Yue and said,

"Yue'er, why don't you go that side for a moment?"

Ying Yue silently nodded and went to the other side. Now that she was a Core Formation Realm Cultivator, she could fly as well, after all.

The moment she passed through the thin line of the barrier... nothing seemed to happen as Lan Ming frowned slightly. Then it hit her, and she facepalmed and said,

"Master..."

Shen Yu sighed and cut her off before she could finish.

"I know! You go and take her place."

Stone was slightly confused by their conversation but soon realised the reason when Ying Yue walked out of the barrier.

He couldn't sense her at all...

That was the problem with Ying Yue, as the majority of people couldn't even sense her. It didn't matter on which side she was because they couldn't sense her anywhere.

Stone rubbed his eyes and thought, "It's fine! They are Master's wives so anything is possible. Yes! Don't think too much and just accept it!"

However, he soon noticed one less presence among them and raised his head to look at Lan Ming, who was standing behind the shimmering crimson barrier.

He couldn't sense her at all... just like he couldn't with Ying Yue.

Shen Yu smiled when he saw that the Rune Formation was working and explained,

"The barrier will stop any aura, presence and especially life force from leaking from that side. I did that because the Spiritual Creatures are too hungry for the life force and would surely come to devour the humans on the Island."

As if seeing through Stone's doubt, he added,

"They don't attack the Empire because the humans there are too scattered and there are also other Spiritual Creatures who affect the presence of life force. The beings living in the ocean don't see that life force as worth it to go outside of the ocean."

Stone's eyes lit up as he said,

"I understand! The Island is different from the Qing Empire since the area is very small compared to it, so the density of humans—or should I say the life force—will be huge and attractive to those beings."

He smiled, as if proud for understanding Shen Yu before he completed his words.

"If I have to guess, then master plans to deal with the Spiritual Creatures living on that Island. That will leave the humans as the dominant front and that's very attractive to the beings of the ocean."

Shen Yu gave him a side look and nodded.

"Although I'm going to deal with those Spiritual Creatures, I won't kill them. But overall you're right. The whole point of this Barrier is to keep a Safe Haven for humans inside of it. It'll be there until they're capable enough to defend themselves against the powerful threats."

"That's actually a good idea, Master. I had thought of many things but this,"

Lan Ming complimented with a sweet smile on her face,

"True!"

Ying Yue didn't speak much, but her smile showed everything.

Chuckling at them, Shen Yu asked,

"Is there anything I'm missing here? Say now because we're moving to renovate the Island a little."

The three of them remained silent for a while before shaking their heads simultaneously. They really didn't have anything more to add or change here on the outskirts of the Island.

"Well, that's fine. We can just come back if we need to change something."

Shen Yu shrugged and then teleported them a bit forward to the Island.

In the next second, they were standing in the air above the Island, looking down at its vast greenery and geography that consisted solely of rainforests.

Ying Yue had a thought as she looked at the Island and asked,

"Master, are we going to keep calling it the Island? Or are you going to name it?"

Shen Yu nodded.

"I thought of a few names, but decided to let the free people choose their home name. For now, we can call it..."

A smile formed on his lips as he declared,

"...Heavenspart!"
