Divine-level Base-Chapter 46: Camilla

"Found them! Let me take a look."

With a thought, Shu Feng activated Dominator Mode. His body fell into a slumber as his consciousness attached itself to a Black Dog Void Demon, peering out from behind a patch of tall grass.

Several hundred meters away, he saw seven Dark Elves—tall, sexy figures with long ears and dark skin—fighting for their lives against more than two hundred goblins, using a large tree as cover.

Among the seven Dark Elves were four Swordsmen and three archers. One of the Swordsmen had already been struck by four arrows and was bleeding profusely, while the other three were also wounded.

Among the three archers, one stood out. She was tall, around 1.82 meters, with long brown hair, slightly dark skin, and exceptionally exquisite features that gave off a heroic air. Her bust was ample and proud. One by one, arrows flew from her bow, felling a goblin with every shot.

The other two Dark Elf archers were also quite beautiful, but in terms of both appearance and archery, they were a far cry from the stunning beauty leading them.

Several goblins instantly pounced, dragging the Dark Elf into the thick of their horde.

Amidst a series of horrific screams, the goblins broke the Dark Elf’s limbs and dragged her off the battlefield.

Goblins kill their male enemies on the spot. Female enemies, however, have their limbs broken before being dragged back to their nests to be kept as breeding stock.

With one of their own dragged away, the defensive line of the remaining six Dark Elves became dangerously unstable.

"Sally! Go ask them if they need my help. Tell them I’m a human."

Shu Feng’s eyes snapped open, and he gave the order to the Dark Elf at his side.

"Yes, Master!"

Sally’s figure flickered as she moved swiftly toward the battle.

"I am Sally. My human master sent me to ask if you need his help. He can help you defeat these damn goblins."

Sally leaped out from the forest, calling out to the six Dark Elves in the Elven Language.

The stunningly beautiful Dark Elf, the one with the heroic and captivating presence, called back, "I am Camilla! Please, help us slaughter these damn goblins and save our companion!"

"Attack!"

At Shu Feng’s command, forty Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demons shot out from the grass like lightning, pouncing on the goblins.

More than twenty goblin archers raised their shortbows and fired at the forty Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demons.

The forty Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demons swiftly scattered, effortlessly dodging the arrows. They crossed the hundred-meter distance in an instant and charged into the goblin horde.

One Black Dog Void Demon pounced, knocking a goblin to the ground. It opened its massive jaws and snapped down, tearing out the goblin’s throat.

Another goblin seized the opportunity to rush forward, slashing its knife at the Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demon, but the blade failed to even cut through the creature’s hide.

The Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demon retaliated with a pounce and a bite of its own, ripping out the second goblin’s windpipe.

Watching the Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demons, Camilla felt a chill run down her spine. ’What a powerful pack of Demon Wolves! Their master must be terrifying!’

Once the forty Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demons charged into the midst of the two-hundred-plus goblins, it was like tigers let loose in a flock of sheep. They slaughtered the goblins with impunity.

In the initial clash, over eighty of the two-hundred-plus goblins were killed. The morale of the survivors shattered, and they fled in disarray.

Ten of the Black Dog Void Demons gave chase, easily tackling the fleeing goblins one by one and ripping out their throats.

Once he saw it was safe, Shu Feng emerged from the tall grass, flanked by an escort of twenty Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demons. Sally was at his side.

"Honorable Lord Beast Master, I am Camilla, captain of the Qingsen Village guard. Thank you so much for intervening and saving us."

Camilla walked gracefully before Shu Feng, placed her right hand over her ample left breast, and gave him a slight bow, speaking in the Elven Language.

Ordinarily, Shu Feng wouldn’t have understood the Elven Language at all. But Sally, his Synthetic Warrior, was standing right beside him. Any language she knew was automatically relayed through the base and translated into one he could comprehend.

Shu Feng replied in a deep voice, "I am Shu Feng. I’d like to ask, where are we?"

Camilla replied, "This is the Nirundu Great Forest."

Shu Feng pondered for a moment before slowly asking, "Do you know the way to the nearest human settlement from here?"

A serious look flickered in Camilla’s beautiful eyes. "The closest human settlement to the Nirundu Great Forest is Grey Rabbit Town. I know how to get there. However, a few days ago, it was overrun by some bizarre Demons. Eight of our sisters were abducted by them."

Shu Feng said, "Can you take me there to have a look?"

Camilla said, "I can. But before that, I hope you can do me a favor, Lord Shu Feng! Four members of our village were captured by the same Goblin Tribe that just attacked us. I hope you can help us rescue our people. Naturally, our village will give you a satisfactory reward."

"Alright."

Shu Feng agreed after a moment’s thought.

’The goblin nest was something I planned to wipe out anyway,’ he thought. ’Their corpses and souls can be used as material for the base’s Synthetic Warriors.’

Camilla quickly gave her orders, "Bona, you take Vera back. The rest of you, with me!"

"Yes!"

One of the Dark Elves acknowledged the order, hoisted the heavily injured one onto her back, and headed off into the distance.

Camilla herself led the other four Dark Elves and quickly set off.

Shu Feng followed leisurely behind with his Black Dog Void Demon Corps.
