Divorce, Please: The Young Master Does Not Love Me-Chapter 118: Live Show
"Amelia, you won!"
...The room filled with the surprised cries of the three women.
In their eyes, there was no way Amelia Avery could have won, but the outcome had left them dumbfounded.
Amelia slumped into a chair as if all the strength had been drained from her body. She slowly lifted her gaze to the handsome, sullen-faced man across from her and said faintly, "Leo Joyce, don’t forget what you promised."
Hearing Amelia’s words, Leo Joyce’s expression darkened even further. He shot up angrily and kicked a nearby chair. "It’s just sleeping with Gia Miller, isn’t it? Fine, I’ll go sleep with her right now." With that, Leo Joyce stormed toward the door.
Watching his retreating figure, a flicker of gloom crossed Amelia’s eyes. Then, with a wicked smile, she called out coolly, "Wait a second..."
Leo Joyce’s heart skipped a beat, and his expression softened slightly. He turned back, raising an eyebrow at Amelia, his tone returning to its usual roguish drawl. "What’s this? Having second thoughts about letting me sleep with another woman?"
Amelia’s beautiful eyes crinkled as she raised an eyebrow in return. She stood up and slowly walked toward Leo Joyce.
With every step she took, Leo’s heart hammered in his chest. Just as she was about to reach him, he shot out a hand, pulling her into his arms. "My dear girl, it’s not too late to regret this. I, Leo Joyce..."
Before he could finish, Amelia suddenly raised a finger to her red lips, making a shushing gesture. "Shhh..."
Seeing this, Leo’s heart tightened. He frowned in confusion and fell silent.
Amelia pushed him away, turned to the other three women in the room, and gave them a mischievous wink. She smiled and said, "Everyone, if Young Master Joyce leaves just like that, wouldn’t that spoil our fun?"
"That’s right! Young Master Joyce, if you leave, the party’s over for us."
"How could that old hag Gia Miller possibly be worthy of Young Master Joyce? Young Master Joyce, we can just call off the bet if it comes down to it."
"Yeah, that’s right. A woman like Gia Miller really isn’t worthy of our Young Master Joyce. Amelia, let’s just forget about the bet. Just have Young Master Joyce take three penalty shots." ...The three women in the room began to speak up for Young Master Joyce one after another.
But only Leo Joyce knew that Amelia wasn’t saying this to help him. She was setting an even bigger, more thrilling trap for all of them to fall into.
His hands, hidden from view, had already clenched into tight fists, but his face still held that same playful, wicked smile. "So, what better game has our little schemer come up with?"
Amelia had been waiting for him to ask that very question. Now that she’d heard what she wanted, she happily continued, "Young Master Joyce, I feel that if we’re going to play a more exciting game, just having you sleep with some woman is too boring. Why not give everyone here a treat and put on a live show?"
"A live show?" the three women echoed in confusion.
"That’s right. A live show... starring our very own Young Master Joyce and Gia Miller."
The moment Amelia’s words landed, the room erupted in gasps once more. "Oh my god, Amelia, that’s way too intense!"
"We’re actually going to watch Young Master Joyce’s live show!"
Leo Joyce’s face was as dark as a thundercloud. His icy gaze swept over the three women, who were instantly frightened into silence, not daring to utter another word.
In all of Tridell, only Amelia Avery had the gall to mess with Young Master Joyce like this.
