Dragon System: Red Dragon Legacy-Chapter 52: Massive Power Boost
After reaching the house, Orion devoured a massive dinner and went to bed as soon as possible.
He woke up early the next morning. Peering outside his window, he saw that it was still dark. Instead of getting up, Orion decided to check his progress.
"Status, open."

Orion was satisfied seeing the massive boost in his stats. Although he had expected it, he hadn’t checked his status for quite some time.
"System, open my Dragonborn class description."

Orion was so happy he could dance. Finally, some clear and massive progress.
’Hell yeah, baby... two of my class skills are S-Rank now. Hell yeah,’ he thought, his lips curling into a smirk. ’Finally, some clear and massive progress.’
Orion was so happy he could dance.
Then he remembered the mission compilation notification.
"Okay, System, show me the mission panel and let me see what rewards I got," he said, barely containing his excitement.

Orion jumped out of bed.
"Are you kidding me? System, you’re spoiling me too much. Not that I’m complaining."
"Oh ho ho!" he laughed maniacally. "20 SC means 20,000 A-Rank magic stones!"
He almost fainted.
’Does this world even have that many A-Rank monsters? I’m beyond rich.’ He thought, although he would later find out just how poor he really is.
"Okay, calm down... don’t wake anyone up," he muttered.
"System, open the shop."

Orion’s eyes lit up as he saw the S-Rank skill-upgradation quill. If he could get this quill, he could upgrade his Flash Movement skill to S-Rank, and he couldn’t wait to see what his favorite skill would be like when it reaches S-Rank.
But when he saw the price, he got disheartened.
"Tch." He clicked his tongue. "Even with the discount, that’s still 30 SC. If only I could sell my other quill..."
Just as he muttered that, the system chimed.
[Host can sell items directly to the system.]
"What?!" Orion exploded. He was strangely happy and angry at the same time. "Why didn’t you tell me earlier, you damn bastard?! What else don’t I know?!"
[Host is now fully up to date.]
"You’d better hope so. If not, then God help me—" Orion quickly restrained himself, took a deep breath, and said, "How much for the A-Rank quill?"
[Skill Upgradation Quill (A-Rank)
Sell Price: 15 SC]
"What? Only fifteen?" he whined. "But it’s still good, I guess. Okay, sell it."
The SC from selling the quill was added to the shop balance.
"Okay, System, buy the S-Rank quill."
The system chimed again.
[Purchase Successful: S-Rank Skill Upgradation Quill]
[The quill has been added to your inventory]
"LET’S GOOOO!" Orion shouted in excitement.
"Oops..." he muttered, worried someone had heard, but quickly refocused on the quill. " Anyway, I should save this to upgrade later..." he said.
"...Nah. Screw it. Let’s just do it now." He couldn’t possibly wait any longer.
"System, how do I use the quill?"
[Hold the quill in your hands and channel mana into it.]
As Orion poured mana into the quill, a strange energy surged through him.
[Flash Movement has evolved.]
[Flash Movement (A) → Teleportation (S)
Teleportation (S):
Allows the user to teleport to any previously visited location.

Orion sat on the bed, stunned. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
’Teleportation... actual teleportation?’
He sat there, mouth hanging open, reading the skill description again and again, pinching himself to make sure he wasn’t dreaming.
After a moment, he muttered, "Teleportation," thinking about his bathroom.
Zooommm
A portal similar to the one he had seen at the academy appeared. He approached it with shaky hands, and the moment he touched it, he was whisked away and appeared inside his bathroom.
"No way... no way."
A bright smile spread across his face.
"Yes! Yes! That’s it—that’s what I’m fucking talking about!"
He jumped and screamed, forgetting that others could hear him.
He jumped and screamed, forgetting that others could hear him.
"Orion!" Lilian’s voice rang out. "Are you okay?! Why are you screaming?"
"I’m more than okay!" Orion said, wiping tears of happiness from his face. Then he looked out the window and saw that the sun was already bright—he had clearly lost track of time.
"...Alright." Lilian didn’t understand what Orion was so excited about. "If you’re done, come to the dining hall for breakfast."
"Okay!"
He quickly freshened up, and just as he was about to go down to the dining room, a thought flashed through his mind.
"No way," he muttered.
"Orion!" Lilian shouted again.
"I’ll think about it later," he said and went to have breakfast.
In the dining room, he was eating together with Lilian.
"So, what are your plans for today?" Lilian asked.
"Not much. I might go to the Merchant Guild to visit Cindy and check how my business is doing. What about you?" Orion asked.
"I have to go to the academy. Classes start next week, and I have a lot of preparations to do with the teachers."
"Oof... that sounds rough."
"It really is. Anyway, I heard that you encountered a B-Rank monster. Is that true?" Lilian asked with a serious expression.
"Yes," he said."Do you have any idea how that happened? I heard it was very unnatural," he added.
"You’re right. In the entire history of the academy, this has never happened. Nobles and commoners are asking questions, and the hierarchy is under heavy scrutiny. That’s why the workload has increased."
"Sorry," Orion said in a low voice.
"It’s okay... but how did you manage to defeat a B-Rank monster? Even for you, that’s still a tall order."
"Well... I’ll tell you some other time. I need to go to the Merchant Guild right about now," Orion said, finishing his breakfast quickly and hurriedly leaving.
Lilian sat silently in the dining room.
There was a lot she didn’t know about Orion, and the mysteries were only piling up.
And to her, Orion was becoming more and more interesting.
