Chapter 11: Chapter 11: Just That Much in Love, Love to the Point of Having No Dignity
```
Just as Sienna was about to speak, Bella Woods suddenly pushed away the person in front of her and shouted at Oliver Hughes.
Her shout completely interrupted Sienna's plan to propose, and all eyes in the booth turned to her.
Some were confused, some impatient, and some disdainful.
Bella Woods nervously clenched her hands and walked towards Oliver Hughes.
Oliver Hughes looked at her with a faintly arrogant smile, his eyes carrying a sense of contempt, as if he had anticipated Bella Woods' appearance all along.
As soon as Sienna saw Oliver Hughes' attention on Bella Woods, she angrily threw her flowers and rushed to Bella, pushing her.
"Bella Woods, what are you doing here?"
"It's my birthday today, and I didn't invite you. Why are you here with that hurt expression? What, are you going to run to your fiancé Oliver and complain that I'm bullying you again?"
Sienna spoke harshly.
Mainly because Bella Woods' appearance messed up her plans, making her furious.
Picking up a nearby wine glass filled with liquor, she splashed it on Bella Woods' face: "Get lost."
Bella Woods didn't dodge, wiped the wine off her face: "I'm here to talk to Oliver."
"Talk? Couldn't you pick another time to talk to him instead of deliberately doing it at my birthday party?" Sienna questioned. "How many times has this happened? Whenever I'm in the same place as Oliver, you find an excuse to come over with that shameless face."
"I really can't stand you girls' petty minds. Just because there's an engagement, do you think you're so great? I've said many times Oliver and I are just friends.
Can't there be another woman around your fiancé?"
"Let me clarify something."
Oliver Hughes interrupted Sienna's rant, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and bending down close to Bella Woods.
"She and I have nothing to do with each other anymore."
"You finally broke up, dear master." Sienna cupped Oliver Hughes' face: "So, does that mean I can invite you for... a late-night snack tonight?"
The words "late-night snack" were laced with innuendo, clearly implying more than just food.
Oliver Hughes merely smiled, leaning in to nibble at Sienna's ear: "Then how about I make something for you to eat?"
"Oliver Hughes!" Sienna stomped her foot coquettishly, pushing Oliver onto the sofa.
"Wow, so it's true, our young master Oliver finally got rid of the country girl?"
"I always said she wasn't good enough for Oliver. Her being his fiancée was just a disgrace. It's a joy for everyone; congratulations, our Oliver."
"Without this third wheel, finally, there's no obstruction between Sienna and Oliver. They are truly a perfect couple."
"Oh, don't!"
Sienna quickly stopped her friends from egging her on, saying: "She's still here. If she loses it and pulls a melodramatic 'crying, shouting, hanging' tantrum, our young master Oliver might still feel sorry."
Then she deliberately turned to Oliver Hughes: "Young master Oliver, you better take her away. I know these girls; they're best at crocodile tears to win over men."
Oliver Hughes didn't respond, only offering a dismissive smile at Bella Woods, sitting beside Sienna.
"Bella Woods, what are you waiting for? Get lost quickly."
"Get lost, get lost."
Bella Woods was pushed back several steps.
She bit her lip and finally faced Oliver Hughes: "Oliver, I just came to apologize to you."
"It's really not needed." Oliver Hughes rested his hand lazily on Sienna's shoulder, speaking carelessly.
"I'm sorry, I was immature and stubborn when I broke up with you before. Can you not break up with me?"
As soon as she said this, Oliver Hughes burst out laughing.
He laughed wantonly and proudly, as if everything was under control, saying deliberately to Bella Woods: "You were so determined when breaking up, and now you're saying don't break up? What do you take me for?"
"I acted without thinking; can you give me another chance?"
"Are you begging to get back together with me?" Oliver Hughes tilted his head.
"I'm asking you to reconcile with me."
"Who is begging whom?" Oliver Hughes feigned confusion.
Then he scanned the people around him: "You guys watching this, shouldn't you be recording it?"
As soon as the young master Oliver said this, everyone around took out their phones to record the scene, looking at Bella Woods with derisive mockery, as if she were a fool.
Sienna sat next to Oliver Hughes, pointing her phone at Bella Woods' face, then commented: "You girls are truly shameless and disgracefully despicable."
Facing the humiliation, Bella Woods' hand tightened then loosened on her thigh, taking several deep breaths before speaking: "I, Bella Woods, beg Oliver Hughes not to break up with me."
Oliver Hughes didn't respond, deliberately turning to Sienna: "What do you think, someone apologizing to reconcile with no sincerity, yet still wants forgiveness."
"Isn't that because you, young master Oliver, spoiled her." Sienna scoffed.
"Yes, indeed, spoiled that ungrateful traitor stepping on my head."
Oliver Hughes leaned back on the sofa arrogantly, staring at Bella Woods.
Bella Woods' eyelashes trembled violently as she lowered her eyes, her fists clenched tightly.
She took a step back and bowed in front of everyone to Oliver Hughes: "Young master Oliver, I'm sorry!"
She shouted loudly, her voice breaking on the last word.
"It's me, Bella Woods, who didn't appreciate your kindness, thinking I was favored after being cared for by young master Oliver for four years, acting recklessly not knowing my place and daring to break up with you in a fit.
Please forgive me, young master Oliver; I promise to change my unappreciative ways, to amend my boring dull personality, and to learn to please you."
Bella Woods' apologies rang out, trampling her dignity completely.
Yet she had no choice.
Oliver Hughes was arrogant and proud; in his eyes, Bella Woods was merely a dependent Lily Thistle daring to step on him by breaking up, a mark of ungrateful defiance needing punishment.
Only such a degrading apology from Bella could appease Oliver's feelings and let him agree to continue their engagement.
From when she asked Jade Patel for three million and a house, Bella Woods had already planned to pave her future.
Returning the three million to the Hughes Family for what they spent on her over the years, she owed them nothing.
The house near the school was for renting out during college to pay her tuition, while she applied for an overseas exchange program. Once successful, she planned to sell the house and go abroad, where with excellent grades, she could stay.
In her country, no matter where she went, she could never escape the Woods Family.
But abroad, with mountains and roads spanning far away, she could craft a bright future for herself.
With no unattainable family affection or imaginary love, only herself.
The people around had not expected Bella Woods to stoop so low as to abandon her dignity to this extent.
Someone sighed: "Bella Woods, you're truly pathetic."
"What do you know? Her family's rise relied on the Hughes Family, transforming them from a rural business to a top commercial circle. Do you think she, a country bumpkin, could find something better without Oliver Hughes?"
"Don't mislead others; willing to trample one's dignity for money and a man is despicable." Sienna, appearing superior, reminded her friends.
"Don't worry, Sienna; you always guide us not to be weak-minded like Bella Woods, sucking up to young master Oliver without dignity and propriety."
"Bella Woods isn't as pretty, confident, or academically excellent as our Sienna; she can only fawn over young master Oliver without self-respect."
Bella Woods swallowed all their ridicule, quietly wiping away her tears as she stood up.
"When someone throws away their dignity to beg you, it's enough," Sienna reminded him. "Everyone knows I don't like competition between women, but you sitting by me makes me seem like I'm preventing you from reuniting with your fiancée as if I'm the unrighteous one."
"Are you willing for me to reconcile with her?" Oliver Hughes smiled at Sienna.
"We're just friends; do what makes you happy." Sienna said deliberately, receiving praise from many who criticized Bella Woods for being petty and intolerant of Sienna.
Sienna basked in such flattery.
Oliver Hughes faced Bella Woods: "Aren't you going to change your dull personality? Then amuse your Sister Warren well, and I'll agree to get back together with you."
