/Slap!/
Kaguya delivered a fierce slap to the follower of the Tamamo-no-Mae cult.
A second strike wasn't needed.
With a dry sound, the guy collapsed to the ground, completely K.O.
"Tch, what a disappointment. Are they really this weak? And yet, they dare to kidnap people and think of themselves as great villains with their ridiculous 'plans.'"
Her lips curled into a mocking smile as she scanned the others with her gaze.
"They think too highly of themselves, don't they? Or... is there some big boss lurking in the shadows, pulling the strings?"
She had already taken care of most of the minions who had tried to capture the fake "Kunou."
She thought they would at least offer some excitement, but no.
They were so pathetic that a few simple slaps were enough to take them down.
"Hmph, what a shame. They're not even worthy of being touched by the Hurricane Queen."
She snorted in annoyance, crossing her arms as she shot them one last look of contempt.
The followers of the Tamamo-no-Mae cult could only think of three things:
Who am I?
Where am I?
And why the hell is this girl so ridiculously strong?
They weren't just nobodies, okay?
Many of them were high-class beings, warriors hardened in countless battles.
And yet... a single slap had sent them to the land of dreams.
"Damn arrogant brat!" roared a monkey youkai, bending his legs as his [Touki] burst from his body like a raging fire.
With a stomp, the ground beneath him cracked, forming a web-like crater.
"I'm gonna wipe that smile off your face, you insolent brat!"
In the blink of an eye, he vanished.
In the next, he was already behind Kaguya.
But she... didn't even flinch.
She remained standing, arms crossed, with an expression of absolute indifference, as if the attack wasn't even worth her attention.
The youkai's fingers came together, sharp as blades, a white light enveloping them like the edge of a sword.
And then...
/Boom!/
"Hmph! A mere monkey daring to call me 'stinking'? Now that is the pinnacle of arrogance!" Kaguya declared with a disdainful smile.
"Tell me, how could I, the magnificent, unparalleled, and stunningly beautiful Hurricane Queen, possibly be stinking?"
She didn't even bother to move.
With her arms still crossed over her chest, she raised a barrier with her power, as if it were the most trivial thing in the world.
"Kneel!"
She released just a fraction of her Reiryoku, unleashing a dazzling aura, shining like a dancing flame of wind-colored light.
/Boom!/
The impact of her power was immediate.
One after another, the cult followers collapsed like ragdolls, crashing into the ground and leaving small craters where they fell.
"W-what the hell is this!?" exclaimed a random NPC, his voice trembling with disbelief.
He tried to move... but his body wouldn't respond.
It was as if every fiber of his being had gone numb, paralyzed by an overwhelming force.
Among the fallen, a fallen angel desperately struggled to break free.
His wings flapped furiously, but it was useless.
For a moment, as his vision blurred under the crushing pressure, a thought crossed his mind:
...This girl... is she an angel?
Her aura... had an eerily familiar undertone.
"Hmph! See now? You're so insignificant that you can't even withstand a mere fraction of my spiritual power."
Kaguya sighed with feigned pity, her gaze full of condescension.
"You're not even worth my time."
With a small push, she gently jumped and crossed her legs in the air, floating effortlessly as if seated on an invisible throne.
She rested a hand on her cheek, adopting a relaxed posture as she observed them with boredom.
"Well then... just stay there like the insects you are until my sisters finish playing."
She didn't send them to hell for one simple reason: their souls could still be useful to her husband.
Besides, Miku still had to brainwash them for information.
—
Yuzuru, having finished taking down the Tamamo-no-Mae cult followers with precise and calculated strikes, silently turned her gaze to her twin sister.
"...Kaguya. Confirmation: Aren't you tired of acting like this?" she asked in her usual monotone, though with a slight hint of exasperation.
Floating in the air with her arms crossed, Kaguya tilted her head with a look of feigned indignation.
"Oh! Are you implying that there's something questionable about my magnificent performance?" she exclaimed, raising an eyebrow dramatically.
Yuzuru slowly shook her head.
"Conclusion: As long as you're happy, you can keep acting like an idiot. Additionally, relevant information: Aiden finds it cute that you still haven't outgrown your Chuunibyou phase," she stated with absolute calm.
Then, she glanced at the Tamamo-no-Mae cult followers, still embedded in the ground under Kaguya's spiritual power.
Internally, she wondered how much longer it would take for her sister to outgrow the phase where she thought her theatrics made her look cool.
"Wait, wait! Did you just call me an idiot?" Kaguya stared at her, incredulous.
"Confirmation: Aren't you?" Yuzuru replied, tilting her head with feigned surprise.
Kaguya: "(╬ಠ益ಠ)"

— World: Draconic Deus
Earth, Japan, UraKyoto —
Yasaka and the other Youkai observed the approximately 200 followers of the Tamamo-no-Mae cult with cold gazes.
Mukuro had brought them to the Youkai dimension by opening space with the power of [Michael].
"Did you really fall for it that easily...? Were you so desperate to kidnap the princess that you didn't see how obvious the trap was?!" exclaimed a furious guard who had been present at the previous meeting.
The onlookers shared his anger and soon began cursing even the cultists' ancestors.
Of course, none of the captured ones responded... because they were all unconscious.
"Miku-san, please, do your thing," Yasaka said with a serene smile, though her golden eyes reflected a cold determination as she looked at the idol.
"Of course, it shouldn't be too difficult. But you might want to set up a barrier or something similar. You never know—these guys could have some kind of self-destruction mechanism if they try to reveal information they shouldn't," Miku warned calmly.
Kaguya, who was also watching the scene, processed Miku's words and couldn't help but think that it sounded like the methods used by terrorist organizations in anime.
Yasaka nodded gravely and gave orders.
Within minutes, the entire area was completely secured.
"Well then~ I'll begin~"
Wasting no time, she woke up a random cultist and, with a smile that didn't quite reach her cold eyes, sweetly ordered:
"Now, be a good boy and tell me everything about your disgusting cult~"
The random NPC's eyes lost focus within seconds... and he began to speak.
The Youkai watching the process were left stunned as they saw Miku brainwashing the cultist.
They could only think of one word:
Terrifying.
The cultist began to spill information, though nothing particularly valuable.
He didn't seem to be someone of high rank within the cult, so he didn't have much knowledge.
But that didn't matter.
With so many cultists captured, someone had to have useful information.
Then, Miku got straight to the point.
"Tell me your leader's name."
"I... only serve the cause of witnessing the great Tamamo-no-Mae's rebirth..." the cultist murmured, his voice dull and devoid of will.
Miku sighed in frustration.
"Yes, yes, we already know you're an obsessed fanatic. But I didn't ask about your worthless idol—I asked for the name of your disgusting cult's leader."
The cultist fell silent for a moment before responding:
"...Kurotama-sama..."
The moment he uttered that name, his body began to glow from within.
His veins lit up as if they were magical circuits straight out of a certain franchise.
Suddenly, his body convulsed unnaturally, twisting in a grotesque spectacle.
"Are you telling me he's actually going to explode?!" Kotori exclaimed, her eyes widening in disbelief as the scene in front of her brought to mind a certain anime she had seen before.
Without wasting a second, Yasaka reacted immediately, raising a barrier to protect both her people and the cultists who had yet to be interrogated.
But just before the explosion could ignite...
"Tsk."
Kurumi clicked her tongue in annoyance and, with an elegant motion, materialized her gothic pistol, wrapped in a blood-colored shadowy aura.
"[Zafkiel: Dalet]."
/Bang!/
The gunshot echoed in the air, and the fourth bullet traced a perfect arc before embedding itself in the cultist's forehead.
In the blink of an eye, his body—which had already begun to contort like a grotesque flesh bomb—froze.
Then, as if someone were rewinding a film, the distortion reversed, and the consuming light vanished.
The self-destruction process was completely undone, restoring the cultist to his original state, just before he had spoken his leader's name.
Kurumi had simply rewound his body to the moment before he triggered the "switch" for his self-destruction.
—
After that little incident, Mukuro wasted no time and took matters into her own hands.
With the power of [Michael], she sealed any trace of energy or mechanisms in the cultists' bodies, ensuring that none of them would suddenly explode.
Meanwhile, Miku took charge of thoroughly interrogating them, squeezing out every last drop of information.
Once they were done with each one, Mukuro sent them directly to the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, in the Dimensional Gap, confining them within a special barrier.
Later, she would inform Aiden about the number of "souls" available for investigation...
Though, knowing him, he had probably already sensed the presence of so many strangers in his secret base.
As for the information obtained...
The location of the cult's hideout:
They had acquired the exact coordinates.
However, their leader, Kurotama, was surely already aware of his subordinates' capture, so they couldn't be certain he was still there.
The plans behind Kunou's possession:
Tamamo-no-Mae would open a gate to Yomi, releasing the Kegare (Impurities) to sow chaos in Japan and other regions.
Then, they would directly attack the Youkai faction, seeking revenge against those who had sealed Tamamo-no-Mae in the past.
New novel chapt𝒆rs are published on ƒгeewebnovёl.com.
After that, their next target would be the Five Principal Clans, whom they considered the true "cowards" who had finished off Tamamo-no-Mae when she was already weakened in her seal.
And of course, all of this would be with the help of the Chaos Brigade, which also wanted to wreak havoc—just like those lunatic worshippers of Yamata-no-Orochi.
Finally, they would disappear from the scene and begin planning their next moves from the shadows.
Now that they had all this information in their hands, the threat of the Tamamo-no-Mae cult was clearer than ever.
"Damn... what a bunch of bastards."
That thought crossed everyone's mind in unison.
They had to be erased.
