Liora did not have much time to think about what was happening.

The three distinct powers affected her, too, showing the results of the great benefits the three received.

The advancement of her Demon Weapon was by far the least significant among them.

Although the improvement of the Demon Weapon gave her feedback and brought her closer to becoming a Demon Saint, it ultimately didn’t affect her combat power by much.

She was a True Devil after all and possessed combat power beyond her stage. This extra power was now the cherry on top.

On the other hand, the two other powers were far more influential.

The result of the World Devourer Method’s operation was apparent.

This Devil technique was related to whether Liora could become a Greater Devil.

Liora had never stopped practicing it since she first obtained it.

Coupled with the World Origin she had devoured in the Demon World and during her stay in this world, she was only a sliver away from reaching its third level, thus completing the condition restraining her advancement.

Now, her connection with the Land of Nothingness was growing increasingly closer, bridging the final gap between the second and third levels of the technique.

The above were all expected.

Liora had long known that she was only an opportunity away from advancing in both power systems.

What stunned her instead was the situation of her Manifestation.

The moment the Indestructible Matter covered her soul completely, it seemed to have nowhere else to go.

Unwilling, it began rushing to the rest of her body, using it as an outlet. With the golden armor being dissolved and pouring into the saber, part of her body lit up with a golden color.

Surprisingly, after her soul, her body also started to integrate with Indestructible Matter.

This signified a massive change.

The Greater Devil stage was divided into three sub-stages, with the first two among them requiring the Devil to integrate Indestructible Matter into their body and soul, respectively.

In fact, Liora had actually skipped over the first stage and jumped straight to strengthening her soul instead.

Originally, she believed that she would focus on integrating the Indestructible Matter with her body once she advanced to a Greater Devil.

Yet now, Liora discovered that there was no need to wait until then.

As long as she let her Manifestation devour enough Divine Race members, she could make up for this shortcoming while still at the True Devil stage.

Of course, Liora had no time to think about all of the above.

At the moment, she was occupied with regulating the three powers entangled in her own body, afraid that the rapid improvement would have unintended negative effects.

Fortunately, her consciousness was very strong and suppressed the impact of the three powers for long enough.

A few seconds later, the black umbrella glinted with a sharp light as its advancement was finally completed.

A thunderous, ferocious roar echoed in the hall as the black serpents came to life and flew around the umbrella.

After opening their maws wide and letting out a shout, the serpents quickly returned to their positions.

An advanced Demon Weapon should "bite back" at its wielder at times like these.

Taking advantage of the opportunity where it had broken through, it could counterattack its wielder and suppress them, turning them into its puppets or slaves.

However, although the umbrella wished to do the same, it did not dare to.

The crimson saber was still in the distance, devouring the golden armor, while the undisguised aura emanating from Liora caused it to shiver in fear.

Regardless, Liora was quite satisfied.

"Indestructible Matter is the reason why Greater Devils are nearly impossible to kill. Before, integrating it with my soul had made it pretty much immortal and indestructible."

"Now that part of it has integrated into my body, my physical body is also able to recover on its own."

This ability overlapped with Blood Rebirth, but Liora understood that it was many times more powerful.

In the past, a Greater Devil might have been able to invalidate her Blood Rebirth, but now, they needed to be far more powerful than her to achieve this.

As Liora was observing the changes, the saber finally finished devouring the armor.

In the meantime, the golden light spread even further, albeit barely. As the Manifestation returned, the light representing the Indestructible Matter retreated.

Now, the only thing that had not been digested from the Ruin was the World Origin.

However, it didn’t take long for that to be accomplished, too.

Only a few moments later, Liora heard a loud crashing sound in her ears.

The space above her head was torn apart, and the image of a faraway land could be seen inside, a continent covered in gray substances that was slowly expanding, swallowing its surroundings like a black hole.

It was the Land of Nothingness.

As expected, the World Devourer Method had reached the third level.

When it advanced, Liora felt that the shackles restraining her had been shattered.

As long as she wished to, she could choose to become a Greater Devil.

Liora did not hesitate. She understood that there was no reason to hold herself back.

An advancement would bring forth a further transformation to her combat power and let her have a bigger say in the future of the Demon Weapon World.

However, just when Liora’s aura flared up and her blood began to boil like scorching magma, an intense sense of threat suddenly assaulted her senses.

A cold shiver rushed down her spine as an ability that had not been used in a long time, Void Whisper, activated on its own once again.

Countless overlapping murmurs echoed in her ears, urging her to interrupt her advancement as that would mean certain death.

If that was all, Liora might not have stopped.

However, besides all the other warnings, even her own natural instincts warned her of the danger.

Although Liora did not know why, she was certain that advancing at this point in time would result in her death.
