Evolution Online: Building a Kingdom with 100\% drop rate-Chapter 27: Ch-: Sliver City and Purchase
As soon as the contract disappeared into light particles, a new notification popped up on Victor’s retina.
[Ding Dong]
[You have initiated a Dungeon Conquering Quest]
[Dungeon Conquering Quest]
[Monster: Mutated Buffalo Lord]
[Required kills: 1/1]
[Ding Dong]
[You have conquered a Dungeon]
[You have obtained the Dungeon Token of Forest of Darkness]
"Huh, just once?" Victor’s eyes widened in surprise and he could not help but feel speechless at his absurd luck. "Well, lucky me."
Victor then saw a small white token appear in the palm of his hands. He grasped it and could feel a subtle connection to the dungeon, and he could open and close it at any designated place.
[Ding Dong]
[You are the first person to conquer a dungeon]
[You have been rewarded with one ton of common-ranked Obsidian Ore]
Victor was first startled, and then a look of excitement appeared on his face as he saw the reward and clenched his fist.
"I did not expect I would get obsidian as a reward. I thought I would have to go to the dungeon mentioned in the fate information to get obsidian," Victor mumbled. Obsidian was the rarest and most valuable metal ore not only on the planet but in the entire universe, as it was the main ingredient needed to create magisteel used for Magitech like mechs.
"Young Master Victor, how many times do we have to kill that monster?" Edward asked, frowning as no monster had yet appeared.
"Oh, about that... it seems my modest luck is showing its charm again. We only had to kill it once, and the task has been completed, and I got the token," Victor said with a smile as he showed the token to Edward, whose eyes nearly bulged out in disbelief and then his lips twitched. "Modest luck, my foot... I would say your luck is the highest I have seen in my life."
Rumble.
The ground started to shake, and the towering trees began to shrink back into the ground, and within minutes all the trees vanished, and the darkness caused by the intense mana also disappeared.
"What just happened?"
"Where did all the trees go?"
The knights were dumbfounded by the sudden change and started whispering among themselves.
"Oh right, the terrain changed after this place turned into a dungeon," Victor mumbled as he looked around, and the entire place was covered in nothing but dirt and soil.
Edward had a look of excitement on his face as he looked at Victor and congratulated him, "Your parents would be proud, Lord Victor. Your father and even your grandfather wanted to incorporate the Forest of Darkness into their lands, but both failed to find the certificate—but you have fulfilled their dream."
"I guess they will be proud indeed," Victor said with a smile as another notification appeared.
[Ding Dong]
[Congratulations! Your land size has increased enough to be considered a city]
[Please give it a new name; it will become the capital if your lands increase again in the future]
"Oh," Victor raised an eyebrow and thought for some time, then mumbled, "Hmm, it should be named something close to the surname—how about Silver City?"
[Ding Dong]
[The Silvernum territory has been upgraded to the size of a city]
[Silvernum Territory name has been set to Silver City]
[Territory Panel has been upgraded]
Victor saw the notification and opened the Territory Panel.
----------

---------
The first thing he saw was that the name of the territory had changed to Silver City.
"Not bad at all, I got a major population limit boost," Victor nodded his head in satisfaction, and honestly, he did not expect the Forest of Darkness to be this large
.
"What, the territory changed into a city?"
"Heavens, we are the earliest residents, so we will get many benefits."
"Silver City, a nice name."
Not only Victor, but Edward and the other residents of the territory also got the message that it had evolved into a city and received the new name.
"All right, everyone, let’s go back," Victor instructed.
Several hours later
Victor arrived back at where the manor was. The first thing he did was find a secluded place. He looked at Edward and asked, "You sure this is the best place?"
"Absolutely, Young Master, this is the best place," Edward said as he patted his chest with confidence. Victor nodded his head and brought out the token from his inventory.
Shing.
A shimmering portal appeared in front of them.
"It really is a dungeon," Edward said with awe in his voice.
Victor did not say anything and stepped forward. "Sure enough, it’s the Forest of Darkness."
Victor said as he looked at the towering trees and even saw a few mutated buffalos. One of them saw Victor and lunged towards him. He had no intention of fighting any of them and exited the portal.
"Edward, arrange some men, and tell them to start farming the monsters in the dungeon. This should solve our food problem," Victor instructed.
"I will get on it immediately, Young Master," Edward said in a respectful tone, as Victor nodded and went towards the mansion.
After he went back to his room, he opened the Mech Shop.

Victor again felt he was extremely lucky that he had the exact experience points needed to buy the knowledge of the items he desired.
[Would you like to buy Low Grade Magi Steel Smelter and Long Sword Knight Mech Blueprint for 75,000 experience points? Yes/No]
"Yes," without hesitation he replied, and saw that all his accumulated experience points were depleted, and two blueprints appeared in his hand along with a rush of information in his head.
"I see, the smelter needs obsidian to make," Victor mumbled.
