Evolving My Mythic Legion With A Legendary Skill-Chapter 106: The Field

The carceral citadel was full of activity as thousands of wild creatures all ran in the same direction.

Their minds were filled with bloodlust, as they all madly dashed in the same direction.

Both the cold and hot places were filled with screams, Frost Bears, the centipedes, scorpions and more, all attacking at once.

Neil stood near the upgraded walls of his Domain, gazing outside, sensing hundreds of presences around them.

But it was strange, aside from the two beast kings there was no one at the 3rd Origin, maybe except that scorpion leader.

’For now, we will have to move away, can’t confront the beast kings head on.’ Neil thought, but looking at the beasts charging fearlessly.

He decided to fulfil their wishes and give them a proper fight.

The Domain began to move towards the sea, even the beast kings don’t go too close.

But within a few minutes, hundreds of beasts had caught up with the Domain, and were about to bombard the shield.

"Lord, should we start?" Leon asked, all the archers were already in position.

All of them being at the 2nd Origin Mythic Class, it would be very easy to kill these beasts now.

"Wait." Neil said, waiting as over two hundred beasts got dangerously close to the Domain.

Leon and the others were starting to feel a little nervous now, as the majority of these beasts were at the 2nd Origin.

After a few seconds, just as the beasts were about to attack the walls...

[Aquamorph Activated!]

Raising his right hand, Neil made a grabbing motion with his fingers and pulled back.

Suddenly, the screams and screeches of the beasts came to an abrupt halt.

All the blood was instantly pulled away, as it ripped their bodies to pieces and began to flow in the sky.

Over two hundred beasts were killed in an instant, the sight shocking all the subjects who witnessed it.

[You have killed a 2nd Origin Silver Class Frost Bear!]

[You have killed a 2nd Origin Gold Class Ten Tailed Scorpion!]

[You have killed a 2nd Origin Silver Class Scoria Centipede!]

The blood then transformed into long spears, floating magically around the Domain, appearing ethereal.

As more beasts got closer, the long arrows rained down, nailing their bodies to the ground and butchering them all.

"Whoa, our lord has grown so much!" Bob who was standing there, had his mouth open wide.

"R- Right, this is... just awesome!" All of them were very happy.

Neil stared at the bloodshed he had caused, for a moment madness flashed through his eyes.

Until a soft hand landed over his shoulder.

"Hubby, are you okay?" Ileana asked, as always she was completely focused on him.

"Yeah... I am fine." He nodded, pulling his hand back and smiling at the healer.

"Kill any creature that gets in range." Neil said, done with testing his skill out.

It was just as great as he expected, though there is so much more he could do with it.

"Yes Lord!" all the Elven Archers replied in unison.

’I wonder what that Phantom’s imprint means, do Phantoms have special soul space skills?’ Neil pondered.

He wanted to try but decided not to in his Domain, he wouldn’t want to accidentally harm anyone.

While observing the surroundings, he glanced into his storage space and was shocked.

’Wait, where did all the gene potions go? I had thousands of them stored away?!!’ he looked throughout the sorted space but only found empty broken vials.

"Master, could it be that all that energy was absorbed by you during your evolution?

Your evolution was too overwhelming even for 3rd Origin, so along with the energy from the core, you absorbed that probably." Nemo shared her thoughts.

"Hmm probably, no wonder the changes feel so... unbelievable."

The Elven Archers were shooting at the beast tide, each arrow killing one beast. 𝑓𝓇𝘦ℯ𝘸𝘦𝑏𝓃𝑜𝘷ℯ𝑙.𝑐𝑜𝓂

While the Domain was moving towards safety.

"Let’s see how the Domain has upgraded." He gazed around excitedly, the colours and structures of all buildings were slightly different.

Walking to the Barracks, he looked inside and saw all 50 of the Siege Golems were ready and all troops had been upgraded.

Then looking to the side, he saw the Healing Hut, which also seemed better.

He stepped inside and noticed the changes, everything was upgraded up a notch.

Even Ileana had undergone evolution, her strength growing further, and her healing capability got much better.

Then the Workshop, which now possessed all sorts of new and better equipment, the range even bigger.

The Prison seemed even more eerie now, with more dreadful punishment options available and security had increased.

No one below the 3rd Origin would be able to escape, though not even 3rd Origin Classless, Bronze would have a high chance.

Then he saw the golden door that was attached to the back of the main building, inside there was a very very large white hall.

It wasn’t infinite but still big enough to fit anything.

After seeing all this, Neil walked towards the upgraded Kitchen which too had changed.

Ray and Fay were both standing outside with small smiles, both of them had evolved as well.

After looking inside and seeing the upgraded furniture and stuff, he asked:

"So, about the Kitchen, what has changed after the evolution?"

Fay was the one to speak, the cute girl appearing completely calm: "For that, please follow us lord."

Neil glanced around and seeing that Leon and others were holding pretty well, decided to go and check.

His current senses could observe a vast area, and he would know if the beast kings were nearby.

As he followed Fay and Ray, the two siblings opened a door that wasn’t inside the Kitchen previously.

Upon entering, the three of them were standing in a large field, with a clear sky and a normal earth like sun.

"Lord, aside from the increase in our strength and food quality, this is the biggest change.

’The Field’ which we can use to grow all sorts of magical plants with various effects." Ray explained.

"Oh, what about the seeds? What sort of effects?" Neil questioned.

"Some can reduce mental and physical fatigue, some that help momentarily increase heat or cold resistances, never spoiling food, attacking vines, explosive fruits and much more.

The seeds can be bought just like the food." Ray added.

"But it would be impossible for just us two to maintain it all." Fay added, even if they were to give all their free time to it, it still wouldn’t be enough.

Neil nodded, this was a good upgrade indeed.

It would be great to have those sorts of treasures with them.

"Let’s discuss this in detail later, as for helpers, I can arrange a lot for you." Neil said with a smile, then extended his hand.

[Slimemorph Activated!]

With a link close by, the skill activated instantly.

Then slimes made from various materials began to take shape rapidly, the big and cute slimes jumped up and down, circling around him.

Neil created exactly fifty of them, putting enough energy to make them last for a couple of months at least.

"You can command these guys around, I will create more later, with them around farming will be far easier." Neil said.

Looking at the slimes jumping around, they really seemed to possess some level of intelligence.

"Thank you, lord!" both the siblings bowed and thanked.
