Extra: Yandere Milfs Obsessed with me!-Chapter 143: Humiliating a Rac*st
The entire class followed Raymond as he led the way to the training hall. The corridor echoed with hurried footsteps and low voices. Everywhere, students were whispering, analyzing, already predicting the outcome of the fight.
"Do you really think that girl has any chance of winning?" one of them asked his classmate, casting a quick glance toward Kara.
"Are you out of your mind?" the other replied without hesitation. "I don’t know the exact extent of her power, but I have serious doubts. Eugène is already a third-circle mage. That alone makes a huge difference."
A third one joined the conversation, full of confidence.
"I’m ready to bet my entire fortune that she won’t even last five full minutes. And that’s me being generous. Three minutes would already be an exploit."
He spoke with such certainty that you would have thought he possessed some kind of prediction skill. To the point of being willing to wager his whole fortune. The future of that family was definitely in bad hands.
"And what makes you so sure?" a female student asked, intrigued, slowing her pace to hear the answer.
"I was in the training hall the other day," he began, only to be interrupted.
"Wait... you’re talking about the fight against Kaiser?"
Another one burst out laughing. "Seriously? You’re comparing Kaiser to Eugène now? Of course she got dominated under those conditions."
Several nodded, finding the argument logical.
"Let me finish, damn it," the first one continued, visibly annoyed. "I know Kaiser is monstrous. But during that fight, he didn’t even use his aura. He fought without his swords."
Silence fell.
"You mean... just with his fists?" someone asked, shocked.
"Yeah. And she didn’t even manage to touch him once."
He paused.
"I know Kaiser is strong. But getting humiliated to that extent... doesn’t that just mean she’s weak?"
Seen from that angle, several nodded. Failing to land a single hit on an opponent fighting bare-handed, especially for someone supposed to have superior physicality, seemed unforgivable.
The discussion continued until they reached the training hall.
The place was already partially occupied, but several rings were free. And in any case, a teacher was present. If necessary, Raymond wouldn’t hesitate to demand that space be cleared. A bastard once, a bastard always, as they say.
The excitement rose another notch.
The students quickly formed a circle around a central ring. Eugène was already on it, head held high, a proud smile plastered across his face. Today he was going to show the full extent of his talent. And above all, impress Viscount Raymond.
That’s what he hoped.
"So, is madam afraid now that we’re actually on the field?" he called out, looking down at Kara.
Laughter erupted from the crowd.
Kara, for her part, was clenching her teeth. Her aura was unstable, ready to explode.
"Just try to leave him alive," Kaiser said calmly, patting her head.
She turned her head slightly toward him.
"Count on me."
Her claws slowly extended, gleaming, dangerous. An almost unsettling smile stretched her lips.
She climbed onto the ring while Eugène looked her up and down, dripping with arrogance. Normally she would have jumped on him right away, but she had to be patient. She calmed herself.
Before the fight began, Raymond recited some safety rules in a mechanical voice. He only did it because the academy required it. He couldn’t care less about what might happen to Kara.
"... Very well. You may begin." He finally gave the signal to start.
< Elemental Magic : Fire >
Without wasting a second, Eugène began his incantation. That was one of the weaknesses of low-level mages. The time required to cast a spell. The more complex the spell, the longer it took.
But Kara had no intention of giving him the slightest respite.
She leaped.
Her claws sliced through the air, her speed closing the distance between them in an instant. A horizontal slash aimed straight for Eugène’s throat.
< Shield >
A transparent surface appeared just in time. Kara’s claws crashed into it, sending a shower of sparks.
"Look at that savagery!" Raymond spat from the edge of the ring. "I have dogs better disciplined than that."
A few students nearby started snickering and turning their heads to look at Kaiser. They all knew that remark was clearly aimed at him.
But Kaiser simply smiled, not even bothering to glance at Raymond or those around him.
< Flaming Arrow >
Eugène went on the offensive. Several flaming arrows materialized and shot toward Kara.
She dodged them one by one, her movements fluid, precise. She advanced at the same time, gradually closing the distance.
"Is this ridiculous level what you think you can face me with?" Eugène taunted as he created even more arrows.
Kara didn’t answer.
She remembered the fight against Kaiser. Every mistake, every opening she had missed because of her impulsiveness.
Instead, she took a deep breath, then her muscles tensed. She lunged, aiming for his side.
The shield absorbed the impact, but Eugène hadn’t even seen the attack coming.
"You surprised me," he sneered. "But all of this is useless. Give up, at least you won’t get hurt."
"You talk too much..." Kara murmured, charging again.
"What? Lost your tongue?"
He fired an arrow straight at her eye. "Are you so scared you can’t even speak?"
Kara tilted her head slightly. The arrow passed a few centimeters from her face, the heat stinging her cheek.
"You talk too much. The smell of your mouth is preventing me from thinking."
She vanished.
In her place, an arrow pierced an afterimage.
’She can still accelerate?’ Eugène thought, surprised.
Kara appeared on his right side and attacked. His shield blocked the blow and he launched a volley of arrows to create distance, but she vanished again, reappearing behind him. Then on the side. Then at his back.
The same pattern repeated, but faster and faster. At a certain point, Eugène couldn’t keep up. He couldn’t see anymore. Only the sound of claws indicated where his opponent had passed.
The crowd was silent.
Five minutes had already passed in a fight some had thought would last only three.
Eugène was starting to panic. His shield was weakening. He could feel the claws getting dangerously close to his flesh.
"Fuc... Shit!"
< Ring of Fire >
A circle of flames exploded around him. It was his third and most powerful spell. Kara immediately retreated.
The moment she touched the ground, three arrows shot toward her. 𝐟𝗿𝐞𝚎𝚠𝐞𝚋𝕟𝐨𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝕔𝕠𝚖
"Tss..."
She avoided them with a backflip.
"How about we end this farce?" she said calmly. "You’ve got nothing left to show me."
"Arrogant little bitch!" Eugène shouted, losing his initial composure and arrogance. "I’ll make you crawl and beg for my forgiveness!"
But suddenly his hairs stood on end, his instincts screaming at him to run. Instinctively he looked up at Kara.
< Lightning Coating >
Kara’s body began to glow with lightning.
The next instant, a searing pain tore through Eugène’s abdomen. The air violently left his lungs.
"After... afterimage..." he stammered.
He couldn’t understand anything anymore. Just a moment ago the girl had been standing at the other end of the arena. What the hell had just happened?
His shield couldn’t keep up; the attack was far too fast. Kara had appeared in front of him, and at that moment Eugène had a flash of realization: today, he was going to hurt. Badly. Maybe for the first time he was going to taste real pain.
A blow to the face, then another to his solar plexus. It was so fast he couldn’t even see her move.
His body flew and crashed against the ring floor.
She didn’t stop. A knee to the stomach. Another punch to the face, then a brutal stomp on his chest.
Watching it, it reminded Kaiser of the MMA fights from his previous life. Though not quite as fast, the brutality was close.
"Mercy..." Eugène finally spat, face covered in blood. "Stop... I beg you..."
Kara raised her claw, not even paying attention to the boy begging for his life.
’Eugène really is an idiot. He thought he could beat a B-rank warrior with just three shitty fire incantations?’ Kaiser sneered inwardly.
Raymond clenched his teeth, humiliated because of this moron who was supposed to represent him.
"ENOUGH!" he shouted. "The fight is over!"
