As Noel was looking around for an interesting game to play, a sudden explosion echoed in his ears, and the surrounding lights were abruptly extinguished.

"What happened?" Noel frowned, staring into the pitch-black surroundings.

Before he could make sense of the situation, an astonishing surge of magical power erupted from behind him.

Then, he shifted his gaze to the outside, spotting a burly man with a steel guard on his chin and a headscarf wrapped around his head, alongside another man with sharp, angular facial features, wearing sunglasses.

"What a sturdy barrier." Noel furrowed his brows.

This one, however, was clearly a specially crafted magic meant to contain strong individuals.

"As expected of something provided by Jellal—a barrier spell specifically designed to imprison a Saint-ranked mage," the angular-faced man remarked in admiration.

"Don't waste time," the burly man urged. "Jellal said this barrier can only hold him for ten minutes at most. We need to get out of here before then."

"What is your goal?" Noel continued attacking the barrier while questioning them.

"Our goal?" The angular-faced man pressed down on his hat with a careless smile. "We're here to take Erza back."

"Erza!"

Noel's heart trembled slightly, and his expression instantly turned serious. "Who are you? What do you want with Erza?"

"This has nothing to do with you," the man replied indifferently. "Oh, and by the way, let me tell you something—besides you, Natsu Dragneel and Gray Fullbuster have already been taken down by us as well."

"What?!"

As Noel spoke with the two men, two more figures approached from the shadows.

One was a young man with yellow hair and slightly tanned skin, while the other was a girl with brown hair and cat-like features.

In their hands, they held their target—Erza.

Seeing this scene, Noel's pupils shrank violently. "Let her go!"

Based on Noel's estimation, with Erza's strength, there was no way she would have been captured so easily.

At most, she would have been temporarily restrained like he was.

In the blink of an eye, they disappeared from Noel's sight.

Without wasting any more time, Noel turned back and began searching for Natsu, Gray, and Lucy inside the entertainment center.

"Lucy!"

After searching for a while, Noel spotted Lucy lying on the ground, tied up with ropes.

She was wearing a red evening gown.

"Noel!" Upon seeing him, Lucy's face lit up with joy. "Hurry and untie me! Noel, Erza has been captured!"

Noel summoned a small knife made of light magic in his hand and swiftly cut through Lucy's bindings.

Without hesitation, he grabbed her hand and started running.

"I know. There's no time to waste—we need to find Natsu and Gray first, then chase after them!"

As they ran, Lucy glanced down at her hand, which was tightly held by Noel.

A faint blush spread across her face, and for some reason, her mind momentarily froze, unable to process anything.

By the time Noel found Gray, Lucy had finally snapped back to reality.

"Gray! Gray, wake up! Are you okay? Ah—!"

Just as Lucy reached out to touch him, Gray suddenly shattered like an ice sculpture.

"Please don't worry."

As Lucy stood there, unsure of what to do, a female voice suddenly came from the side.

She and Noel turned toward the sound and saw a figure emerging from the water—a familiar face.

It was Juvia, formerly one of the Element 4 of Phantom Lord, known as the "Rain Woman."

"You... you're one of the Element 4..." Lucy's expression turned serious upon recognizing Juvia.

Her hand instinctively reached toward the pocket on her thigh, where she kept her Celestial Spirit keys.

"Wait, Lucy. Noel."

As the water settled, Gray appeared beneath Juvia.

"Inside her...?"

"That's right, Gray-sama was inside Juvia," Juvia replied, her face showing a victorious expression.

She looked at Lucy and added, "Yes, inside my body—not yours."

Gray, while stripping off his water-soaked clothes, explained, "When the sudden darkness hit, I created a body double to check the situation."

"To prevent the enemy from noticing, Juvia used her water lock to protect Gray-sama," Juvia added.

"That was unnecessary—you let them escape!" Gray grumbled.

While he knew he wasn't as strong as Noel or Erza, he didn't consider himself weak enough to need someone else's protection.

Once he'd finished taking off his wet clothes, he turned to Noel and Lucy.

"Noel, Lucy, what about Natsu?"

Before Lucy could finish speaking, a sudden burst of flames erupted from the side, followed by Natsu's furious voice:

Before Noel could finish speaking, Natsu had already disappeared from sight.

With a sigh, Noel turned to Gray.

"Gray, contact the local military and have them handle things here."

In truth, Noel wasn't too worried about Natsu chasing after the enemy alone.

After all, with Natsu's special condition, the idea of him successfully pursuing someone by boat was far more unbelievable than any potential danger he'd face.
