Sofia’s POV

I watched as Desmond went after Heaven like I don’t even matter at all. My heart ached.

It was only Damon, Dylan and Damian at dinner. Dylan looked like he didn’t even want to be her with me at all.

We went back to dinner as if nothing had happened.

"Sister, you should leave after dinner" I heard Dylan say and Damon nodded agreeing with him.

"No Dylan, I need them here, to always save me from Heaven’s claws," I said.

I don’t know what else Heaven would do next. First, she tore my dress at the Ball when I dis nothing to her, all I did was pour wine on her dress and that was because I was angry. And she has grown wings to be able to slap me in front of the quadruplets.

"I’m too scared to be around her and I need sister Maddie and Elle to protect me here."

"We’re here for you, Sofia. She won’t do anything to you," Damon said amd I couldn’t say anything more.

I look at my father and he fave me a look of death.

Immediately after the dinner, Dylan and Damon gave me a kiss on my cheeks and left.

I’m sure they were going to see that bitch Heaven but I let them go, at least Damian was here and wouldn’t leave me alone.

When it was time for Maddie and Elle to leave, I gave them a really big hug. The kind that you would give to some one that means a lot to you.

"I think you should show your dad to your room and mend things with him. You know that he loves you but he’s just so stubborn," Maddie whispered into my ear as I hugged her.

She let go and I gave her a smile. I hugged Elle too.

My father took Maddie’s hand and stroked it a little as he gave her a soft smile. She blushed. It was a weird sight to behold but they have been friends and it’s understandable.

But I wished that he could smile at me the way he always did to Maddie. I would be so glad.

Maddie and Elle hugged Damian and said, "It’s sad that the boys aren’t here to say goodbye."

She let go of Damian and looked at me then at him.

"Where are they anyways?" Maddie asked.

"Probably with that bitch," I muttered.

Before Maddie could say anything, Damian cut her off.

"You should leave," he said irritated.

"Fine," Maddie said turning around.

Then I remembered something. So I held her hand.

A big smile appeared on my face when he looked at me.

"Sister Maddie, will you be here for the Moon Dance Festival?" I asked.

She looked at me and smiled. "Hmm, I can’t make promises but I’ll try to be her," she said stroking my hair.

The Moon Dance Festival was my favourite of all the Festivals. It happens every once in a full moon and it would be a Full Moon soon so I’m excited.

All the wolves in the pack would come out and dance under the full moon light in our wolf form. Then we would mate with our partners all night long.

It usually involved me and the quadruplets as partners. And now that Heaven is their mate she is supposed to take my place.

Heaven doesn’t have a wolf so it’s not possible. So there wouldn’t be any excuse whatsoever for the quadruplets to not have sex with me.

I looked up at Damian and blushed. It would be a perfect night.

"Alright Sofia. Bye," Maddie said squeezing my cheeks gently.

She gave my father a look and walked out of the mansion to the carriage that was waiting for her. Elle followed her behind

I looked to the side and saw my father was staring in Maddie’s direction with a smile.

I touched his hand and when he turned away from Maddie’s direction, towards me, his smile disappeared.

"What!" He said.

"Oh, em, I want us to go to my room so that we could talk," I said stammering.

I could not even form a complete sentence without stammering in front of my father, that was how scared I am of him. It was that bad.

I didn’t expect a replay from him though cause I was already used to his snubbing.

I turned to Damian.

"Go on, I have a meeting to attend to," Damian said.

He gave me a kiss on my cheek and left. I watched him as he entered into the carriage. I knew he didn’t have any meeting to attend.

I took my father to my room.

I was so glad to finally see him after two years. I was really happy.

The last time I saw him, we had a whole lot of argument so now was the best chance to resolve it.

"This is where my chamber is, father. The quadruplets love me a lot," I said gesturing proudly to my very large and well decorated room.

The quadruplets had it well decorated just for me. They used my favourite color.

The next thing I saw was my father waking today’s me in hurried steps. Then he raised his hands to the air and he slapped me so hard across my face that I gasped and my head turned to the other side.

It happened really fast and I couldn’t even brace myself for it

Heaven had slapped me and now my father was doing the same thing. What is going on today?

I knew my father was angry that I didn’t get the Luna position but we haven’t seen each other for two years. Shouldn’t he be happy to see me at least?

He didn’t even ask if I was doing okay. I’m sure he had heard about what happened to me at the Ball cause the news had traveled far and wide so why wasn’t he asking me about it.

"Father..." I said looking up at him almost in tears.

"Don’t call me that you useless child" he yelled.

I was in shock. I sighed as I touched my face. What have I done to have received a slap as a greeting. I don’t remember doing anything.
