First Legendary Dragon: Starting With The Limitless System-Chapter 483: Nihility Sword Formation
On the way, he also met up with Fiora and Rina who had just finished training and were heading back home. They chatted for a bit as he told them about his gains in the auction house.
Rina also pestered him to take her out the next time he went out like this, and Fiora also softly followed up behind her in fear of being left out.
After making a few promises to the two of them, he safely entered his room and heaved a long sigh, "Phew, dealing with the two of them is both pleasing and tiring..." He shook his head and went to take his seat at the study table and activated the Silent Hall Cube.
[Hurry up and check that sword formation, master. I want to see what it is made of! (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ]
Orion chuckled and took out the nine swords and the sword manual. He didn’t rush to open the sword manual but stared intently at the swords and the sword manual.
After a while, he softly said, "Don’t you think these two don’t seem to belong together?"
Lumi’s screen materialized upon Orion’s head as she stared intently at the nine swords and the sword manual,
[Hmm, it looks like the swords were created in a different era than the sword manual. Let’s check it up with the Eye of Revelation.]
She activated Eye of Revelation to check up the details of the nine swords.
[Nine Broken Swords detected. Total Cost to view details = 9,000 SP]
Orion looked at the cost and murmured, "9,000 SP huh? So these are all Tier 9 swords?"
[Looks like that, Master. Since there are nine swords, the price is nine times higher.]
He thought for a while before making a conjecture, "I think I know what happened. Before, someone might have found this incomplete sword formation and might have thought that it is a Tier 9 sword formation and made the corresponding Tier 9 swords for it."
Lumi lost her patience and urged him to check the sword formation manual,
[Who cares about that, Master. Hurry up and open the manual. (⊙_☉)]
He took a deep breath and threw aside the nine broken swords and picked up the sword formation manual before gently turning over the cover in fear of accidentally breaking it.
On the first page of the manual, the name of the Sword Formation was written in bold letters: [Nihility Sword Formation]
He raised an eyebrow seeing it, "What a domineering name. Hopefully, it will live up to the name."
Turning to the second page, he saw that it held the requirements necessary to begin learning the sword formation. And just after a quick glance, his forehead filled with black lines.
"Who the hell created this sword formation? How can anyone even begin to comprehend it when the first requirement is having all Nine Core Attributes?"
He felt that whoever had made the sword formation must be playing a joke on the others because the very first requirement was already so absurd.
"Fortunately, you met with an unparalleled prodigy like me, you might really have the hope to see the light of this world..." He muttered to himself while continuing to read the manual.
While Lumi speechlessly looked at his narcissistic face who praised himself without blinking an eye.
"Second requirement is extremely high comprehension ability... hmm, I think I got that covered... third requirement is to forge the Nine Swords with special materials suited for the nine elements... So basically forge Nine Elemental Swords... I can do that..."
He continued to read and saw one requirement after another, but he met most of them. But he saw that the outside was turning dark, so he closed the manual and stood up.
"Well, looks like I can’t keep researching the manual, the night is deepening."
Lumi curiously asked as she had thought he might keep researching the sword formation until he finished learning it.
[Are you going to rest, Master?]
Orion smirked as he closed his eyes for a few seconds before a golden headband appeared upon his head, "No, I will just make better use of my backyard."
The surrounding space shuddered for a few seconds before his body vanished from the room.

Inside the inheritance ground, he made his way over to the lotus platforms while greeting the familiar faces in the second zone where people were idly chatting.
He wasn’t in the mood to chat with them since he wanted to learn more about the formation as soon as possible.
Soon, he reached the lotus platforms and he took one of the foremost platforms without any hesitation. His strength had progressed by leaps and bounds, and by now the pressure from the third zone couldn’t affect his body much.
Sitting down cross-legged on the platform, he took out the sword manual and placed it on his lap before he started reading it seriously.
Time passed day by day. He had already read till where the sword formation was incomplete, but he wanted to see if he could learn anything from the starting parts and maybe try to complete it himself.
So he didn’t stop and continued to devise it while slowly trying to complete it. Anyways, he had enough time and patience here, so he wasn’t worried.
Without him realizing, months passed before a few years passed inside the inheritance ground until one day he stood up and left the inheritance ground and came outside.
His face looked gloomy as he stared at the sword formation manual with a frustrated look. "Fuck! Three years wasted and for what? Nothing! I couldn’t even learn this damn sword formation."
Lumi softly consoled him,
[It’s not your fault that you couldn’t learn it, Master. The conditions to begin learning it are really harsh. And it isn’t like you were without any gains in the past few years. You at least already perfected the Exalted Grade layer of the technique.]
He shook his head, "It isn’t perfected. I just made that with my understanding of Exalted Grade. I need to reach it first and learn the laws of those Nine Core Attributes before I can verify it."
[But this sword formation is really something else, Master. I feel like you can kill hundreds of thousands or even millions of demons with a wave of your hand when you successfully learn this sword formation. (゚ロ゚ノ)ノ]
He took a deep breath to calm down and put away the manual, smiling lightly he replied, "Well, I think spending those years on it was worth it. Now I just need to hurry up and reach the Exalted Grade to test it out."
Just as the two of them were talking, a sharp light flashed outside the window as Orion turned to look. But his eyes widened in shock as he saw a sword flying straight for his head.
He quickly formed barriers from various spells while rapidly moving back. But before he could take three steps back, the sword cut through all spells and hit his forehead.
But instead of injuring him, it went straight to his Sea of Consciousness as a bell-like laughter rang in his mind,
[Hehe~ Did I scare you?]
