Forever Destined to the Silver Shadow-Chapter 261: Land of Venom

The Siren Queen was extremely displeased with our argument. This is not the first time that she has witnessed her girls quarreling. Over the years, this has happened plenty of times. After all, this island is just filled with girls!

Once we both were done arguing, we turned to the Queen to hear her judgment. Well, I already knew what she was going to say. She won’t even point out the mistake made by the one who was wrong.

She would just tell the girls to patch up with each other no matter who is wrong or right. That is one of the things that I find unfair! Every time a fight happens, the Queen will never take anyone’s side.

The one who is wrong must be chastised, or else how could the sinner stop sinning? Now that I think about it, I realize that the Queen is also a reason for the mean attitude of Ivory. She is encouraging her to be even meaner by not trying to correct her.

The Queen flickered her pale blue eyes and said, "Are you both done fighting?"

We both responded to her by nodding our heads.

"Fine! Then I want you both to apologize to each other."

I struggled to understand why I should apologize to her. The Queen herself knows that Ivory is the wrong one. I am not going to obey her! This is unfair, and I should have to stand up against the unfairness.

"I am sorry, Amelia," Ivory apologized to me as soon as the Queen gave us the order.

There was no emotion in her apology. She was just saying that out bluntly for the sake of the Queen. I just grunted at her and didn’t say anything else. Even when the Queen frowned at me, I was silent.

"Amelia! Was my order not clear to you or not?"

"Yes my, Queen! It was clear—but I don’t want to apologize for a mistake that I didn’t make—"

The Queen shook her head slightly in a manner of showing out her disappointment in my words. "Amelia, I always say one thing to my Siren girls. Now tell me what it is?"

"We Sirens girls are supposed to treat each other like sisters—" I replied.

"Exactly," the Queen retorted and joined her hands together. "We Sirens might be creatures of light—but we are always ignored by the Highlanders. The Faes and Mages will never really accept us. So we are always supposed to live alone on this island forever."

I quietly listened to her while staring down at her long fingernails that were painted blue. The Queen had a point! We are supposed to live away from the mainlands of the Celestial realm forever—but the situation will change. Once Theo becomes the King, he will rewrite the current rules of the light realm; yet, I didn’t dare to say this fact to the Queen.

"Now tell me, Amelia, if we sisters keep on fighting with each other, then who else will we have? So it is really important that at least we girls stay united—"

I wasn’t able to argue with the Queen after I heard her out. So I just glanced at Ivory and said, "I am sorry, too—"

The Queen smiled and clapped her hands. "That’s good! Now that our conflict is settled, we can discuss how to change Celestia’s mind."

"I have an idea for that," Ivory squealed. "Let us abduct her from the Highlands—"

"What?!" I shouted out. "How could you even suggest something like that? We can’t force her to come here against her will—"

Ivory placed one hand over her waist and said, "Then do you have a better idea than this?" 𝕗𝕣𝐞𝐞𝘄𝐞𝚋𝚗𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹.𝚌𝕠𝚖

"No, but your idea is not a good one either!"

When we both were about to fight again, a Siren girl appeared in the chamber. The three of us were dazed—as no one is supposed to get in the chamber of the Queen without her permission.

"My Queen," the almond-haired girl said and bowed down. "I am sorry for getting in here, but I have no other choice than this. Master Silver Shadow has woken up, and he says that he is going to burn down some land—"

Oh my! The real problem has begun just now.

Aaron’s POV:

When I woke up, I was in very strange surroundings. My body was covered up with a warm and cozy fur blanket. I was lying down in a room alone, and the wall around me had drawings of various crystals and diamonds.

When I looked out the window to my side, it was still night—and the fire chandelier above me was illuminating the whole room bright. Where the hell am I?

Slowly I got down from the mattress, only to find myself shirtless. At least I have my pants on. Did I get high on grey wine and hook up with some random girl and end up here? But I didn’t feel like I had sex with someone. As I am a creature of lust, I will know it when I sleep with a girl.

It is so unlikely of me to sleep in someone else room without having sex with a girl. I wracked my mind to remember the events that happened to me a while ago—but I couldn’t. My mind was so foggy! What the hell did I even drink before I blacked out?

Whatever! I’m getting out of here now. I went to the door and tried to unlock the knob, but the knob didn’t move at all. I banged the wooden door with my fist; still, the knob did not move. This is absurd! Whoever this girl might be, she must be crazy. She has the nerve to lock up the Prince of Incubus in her room?!

This is why my father would always advise me not to sleep with every girl I met. He had warned me some of them could be crazy too! I should have listened to his advice—instead of listening to my urges. And how could I betray Lilin by sleeping with another girl?! I cursed myself for my actions!

Suddenly the knob of the door automatically creaked open. I instinctively took a step back from the door. Then a beautiful green-haired girl with emerald green eyes and a hot body got in the room.

After staring at her emerald green eyes for a few seconds, all of my memories came flooding back to me. I was banished from my land! My father disowned me. And this green-haired serpent girl had given something to me that made me go unconscious.

"What was in that broth?" I yelled at her. "And you have the nerve to mix something in the broth and abduct me?! Did you forget that I am the Prince of Ashland?"

"And did you forget that you are not a Prince of the Ashland anymore? You are just a nobody now—and I was kind enough to give you some food and a place for you to stay—"

I got confused. "But you made me go unconscious! Why would you do that to me?"

The green-haired beauty sighed. "Fine! Do you want to know the real reason why I abducted you? Because I wanted to help you, silly—"

"I am sorry," I blinked at her. "How exactly can you help me by abducting me here?"

She smirked and whispered in a seductive tone, "I am going to give you what you desire the most exactly—"

I stiffened up a little. The Incubus in me always desires sex more than anything else. So she is offering herself to me?

"No....." I shouted out and moved away from her. "You are hot, but I didn’t want you."

"No, silly," she yelled. "Is sex the only thing you desire?"

"No, I also desire Lilin! And I desire to have sex with her. So it is pretty much that!"

Lyra got even more irritated by my response. "You are really stupid," she sighed for the third time. "Your other desire is to become powerful like Silver Shadow, isn’t it?"

I thought about it for a while. Whenever I see someone who is more powerful than me, I get envious of them. So it means that I desire power too!

"You are right," I beamed at her. "I desire power, but I can’t have that. I am just a creature of lust! The only power I have is—you know what—"

"I can give you the power you desire, silly," she said and confused me even more. "I can make you the most powerful creature in all three realms. You will become even more powerful than Silver Shadow."

I started laughing at the joke she made. "Me more powerful than Silver Shadow?!" I giggled. "That is.... that is impossible...."

"I am not joking here, silly! I am deadly serious, and I am warning you to act serious when you are meeting up with the Serpent King. He doesn’t like silly people like you."

"We are going to see the Serpent King?" I shouted out in horror. "No... I don’t want to see the King of Venom—"

"Disgraced.... Prince.... Aaron...," she addressed me. "You are in the land of Venom now, and you are obligated to visit the Serpent King!"

A chill went down my spine! Am I in the land of Venom now? I am in the midst of the poisonous reptile beings?!
