Forsaken Starfall-Chapter 172 training
The night sky above them stretched out, adorned by pink and blue Auroras dancing slowly. Giant trees with twisting trunks surrounded the training area. Vines with leaves emitting neon green and electric blue light grew lushly between the roots, providing dim natural lighting. Small particles of light drifted through the air, flickering dimly before vanishing.
Cyhas sat casually on a low tree branch. Her legs swung slowly in the air. She bit into the bread in her hand until her cheeks bulged as she chewed. Her eyes remained fixed ahead, watching the training with curiosity.
Hasya stood beside Fyar with his arms folded across his chest. His eyes moved, following every movement of the students in front of him.
It had been three days since they sparred with Hasya. Their training had been postponed for one day due to their severe physical condition and the bruises covering their bodies from that brutal session.
Fyar opened his legs shoulder-width apart. His knees bent slightly to maintain balance. His right hand pressed tight near his chin, while his left hand was positioned slightly further forward in front of his face.
"Position your hands like this," Fyar said firmly.
"Feet like this."
Fyar lowered his center of gravity. His left shoulder dropped slightly.
"Your hands like this," Fyar said. He prepared to launch a punch. "Then."
Sst!
Fyar snapped his hips. His left hand shot vertically upward, forming a sharp arc. The wind whistled softly, following the direction of his punch. His face was focused, staring at an imaginary point in the air.
Fyar then lowered his hands and looked at Rasie and Zaefal. "Try it."
Rasie tried to mimic Fyar's position. She opened her legs too wide. Her hands were stiff beside her body. When she tried to execute the upward movement, her body looked shaky and powerless instead.
Beside her, Zaefal performed the same movement. His foot position was correct, but his hip rotation was less sharp, making the punch look stiff and restrained.
"You are wrong, Rasie." Fyar shook his head slowly. He then looked at Zaefal. "And you, Zaefal, almost correct."
Hasya walked casually toward Rasie. "Try again in the starting position, *yaaa* baby."
"Hah? What is wrong?" Rasie asked in confusion. She lowered her hands.
"Try again," Hasya said briefly.
Rasie got back into her stance. Hasya held Rasie's shoulders and lowered them slightly to make her more relaxed.
"Don't be too tense, honey, relax, chill chill."
He then gently kicked Rasie's back heel so her position was tighter. His hands shifted to correct Rasie's elbows, bringing them closer to protect her ribs. "Hmm, okay, it should be done."
"Ah, missing one thing."
"What?" Rasie stared in confusion.
Hasya leaned his face in.
Cup.
Hasya kissed Rasie's forehead quickly.
Rasie's face instantly turned bright red up to her ears. Her eyes widened in shock. "S-Stupid! We are training!"
However, she maintained her stance and position. She did not dare to move, afraid her position would be wrong again.
Hasya laughed lightly. "Sorry, sorry."
He then practiced it himself beside Rasie. "Now, after this position, then..."
Hasya lowered his shoulder. His waist rotated smoothly.
*Sst!*
His hand shot out, executing an uppercut with precise technique. The path of the punch was clean and powerful.
Fyar watched with raised eyebrows.
He really mastered it in just one or two looks. He can even teach it. This person's talent... Agh. If only he followed boxing on Earth, he might have won titles. indeed terrifying,* Fyar muttered in his heart.
"Try," said Hasya to Rasie.
Rasie took a long breath to calm her heartbeat. She rotated her waist and launched her hand upward. This time, the movement was much more stable and directed.
"Hahah, good, like that, like that!" said Hasya proudly while patting Rasie's shoulder.
"Hahaha, turns out it's easy." Rasie then performed the uppercut repeatedly.
"Ish!"
"Ish!"
"Ish!"
"Yes, good like that," Fyar nodded in agreement.
Meanwhile, Zaefal repeated his movements. He corrected his own hip rotation repeatedly until the movement approached perfection. Sweat began to drip from his temples.
"Fyar, I want to try." Illya, who had been watching from the side, now stepped forward.
"Of course, Illya."
Illya then tried to assume the same stance. Her face looked very serious. She tried to perform an uppercut, but her hand moved slowly and the power was very weak. Her body even staggered forward slightly due to a loss of balance.
Fyar chuckled softly seeing the girl's spirit. "Try like this."
Fyar demonstrated it again in slow motion. "Follow my foot and hand movements."
Illya stared at Fyar's feet, then shifted to his shoulders and hands. She nodded in understanding. She shifted her feet little by little, adjusting her position to match exactly the instructor in front of her.
"There, good like that."
*Sst!*
Fyar performed a slow uppercut as a final example.
"Try."
Illya nodded. She bit her lower lip, fully focused. She bent her knees, rotated her small waist, and launched her hand upward.
*Sst!*
Her movement this time was much sharper and more powerful than before. A small breeze was created from the swing of her hand.
*Clap Clap Clap!*
Fyar clapped his hands proudly. A wide smile was carved on his face. "Good, good, good."
"Do that for, hmm, fifty times!" shouted Fyar.
"Fifty?!" Rasie was slightly startled. Her eyes widened and her mouth opened slightly in shock.
"Why, Rasie? You can't handle it?!" said Fyar with a mocking tone.
"Ha?" Rasie then returned to her stance. Her face turned annoyed but full of determination. She performed the uppercut repeatedly at a fast tempo.
"Like this?!"
"Ha?! Or this?!"
Illya and Zaefal did the same without saying much. Zaefal's face was flat, but his breathing began to sound heavy. Illya furrowed her brow, holding back the soreness in her shoulders, but her hands kept moving.
After finishing the uppercut session, Fyar then told them to stop for a moment. He began teaching them shadow boxing.
"Alright, I am sure for this Rasie has done it before, just by watching me."
Rasie nodded proudly while wiping the sweat from her forehead. "I even used that in the tournament."
"Why didn't you use it when fighting me?" asked Hasya while tilting his head. His face looked innocent, but his eyes implied mockery.
"Because I used a sword!" snapped Rasie. Her face turned red again out of annoyance.
"Alright, look here," said Fyar. He stepped to the center, asking for full attention from them all.
