Game Invasion Era: Rise from Binding the Goblin King!-Chapter 134: Attribute Fusion, Surprising Changes
George quickly grabbed the bottle and looked at it with curiosity.
[Attribute Fusion Elixir: SSS-tier item. When consumed, it fuses two different attribute panels. Only usable once.]
This thing could only be used once?
George felt a little disappointed. He had been hoping to keep fusing attributes over and over again, unlocking new careers forever.
But now it looked like that wasn’t possible.
Still, he wasn’t too worried. Having three careers was already something no one had ever done before.
"Thanks," he said to Eliex.
For the past three days, the guy hadn’t slept at all to make this potion. George had seen it.
Sure, for someone like Eliex, three days without sleep wasn’t a big deal. But making potions required full concentration, and it took a huge mental toll.
"You’re too kind, my lord. It’s what I should do," Eliex said without even asking for credit. His face looked tired, but his eyes were full of excitement. "My lord, do you have any plans lately? I’ve had new thoughts about how to use the Crafted Relic. I think we can mass-produce Artifact gear now."
"Mass-produce Artifact gear?" George couldn’t help but gasp. That was way too big.
"No, not that extreme," Eliex quickly explained. "It just means the success rate of making Artifact gear will increase a lot. But we need a lot of Crafted Relics. At least seven of them are needed to make one piece of Artifact gear."
So many Crafted Relics?
That meant he had to go back into the Black Stone Ruins again, and try to kill all the Obsidian Wraith bosses there.
"Also," Eliex continued, "the amount of materials needed is huge. SSS-tier and SS-tier materials are best. The higher the better. Even the corpses of SS-tier or above monsters can be used."
"I’ll take care of that," George said. He was already eyeing the Obsidian Academy. They had promised to provide as much support as possible.
He wanted to make Artifact gear, and they wouldn’t say no. If needed, he could trade the gear for resources.
The most important thing was the Crafted Relic.
"You should stay here for now, focus on making Artifact gear. Don’t worry about anything else," George said after thinking. The biggest thing lately was the new student exam. Constantine and the others would be enough. No need for Eliex to get involved.
"Yes, thank you, my lord," Eliex said happily. He, like Lily, wasn’t really into fighting. Making potions and forging weapons was what he was good at.
"Okay, don’t work too hard. Take some rest," George added, then went back to the villa and used the Attribute Fusion Elixir.
[You consumed the Attribute Fusion Elixir. Detected your current career panels: S-tier Frost Mage, B-tier Keeper. Fusion starting...]
The message appeared, and then a sharp pain shot through his body.
"Ah!"
George couldn’t help but cry out in pain. It felt like his blood was boiling. His veins were about to burst. Cold sweat immediately poured down his forehead.
"George, what’s wrong?" Lily heard the noise and ran down from upstairs. She saw him in pain and looked panicked.
"Nothing, don’t worry."
George forced himself to stay calm, closed his eyes, and tried to steady his mind.
But the pain didn’t stop. His teeth clenched, and blood started to come out of his mouth.
"George!"
Lily looked worried. At that moment, Lilia came down from upstairs, wearing a loose nightgown. She looked relaxed, still showing her noble beauty.
She noticed George’s change and said, "It’s okay. Your body is merging two completely different strengths. It’s changing and reshaping your flesh."
Lilia knew about the Attribute Fusion Elixir. She already guessed what was happening and wasn’t worried.
And it was a good thing.
Lily heard her and felt a little better, but she still stayed by George’s side, watching him closely. If anything went wrong, she would immediately ask Ares for help.
Luckily, George looked scary, but he wasn’t in any real danger. Black impurities were slowly coming out of his skin.
It was a big change — like washing out your bones and re-growing your body.
The sky was getting darker. Lilia saw that Lily wasn’t going to rest, so she yawned and said, "The master is okay. I’ll go to sleep first. You should rest too."
"Okay." Lily answered absentmindedly.
Lilia didn’t say anything else and walked upstairs.
...
After a while, George felt the pain slowly go away. His mind came back. His whole body felt uncomfortable, and he still smelled bad.
"Whoa, what is this stuff?" He looked at the black, sticky stuff on his skin and jumped back in shock. He looked at it with disgust.
"George, you’re finally awake," Lily said when she saw him. She finally relaxed and said, "Hot water is ready. You should wash it off first."
"Okay." George was also getting tired of it and ran straight into the bathroom.
The dirt on his body washed away with the hot water. He felt much better, light and relaxed.
"Huh, why is my skin so white?" George looked at his arms. His skin was soft and smooth, even softer than a woman’s.
He wasn’t used to it at first.
Not only that, but all the scars from his fights were gone. That was the change from the attribute fusion.
He was curious and opened his attribute panel.
[George]

Gulp!
George looked at his attribute panel and swallowed hard.
This wasn’t just powerful — it was crazy.
The S-tier Frost Mage and B-tier Keeper had fused into an SR-tier Frost Keeper. His attribute stats had broken past 10,000 points. His HP was over 1.3 million.
And his pets — even Melina, who was the weakest, had reached SSR-tier. Constantine had even reached False God tier.
And George had a feeling that Lilia, the Golden Flame Dragon, and Eliex could all break into False God tier if they leveled up once more. If they hit level 60, they would be as strong as a War God in the Adventurer world.
His experience was still too low.
George looked at his experience pool. In the past few days, Eliex and the others hadn’t been idle. Their experience had already reached over 3 billion, but it wasn’t enough.
To bring everyone up to level 60, he would need at least 10 billion experience points.
But he wasn’t worried. There was still the new student exam. He’d go into the Black Stone Ruins again after it was over.
George thought about it, and suddenly, a wave of heat surrounded him. The water on his body was instantly dried up.
He put on his clothes and walked out of the bathroom.
The living room had been cleaned. A nice smell filled the air. Lily had prepared food for him.
He was actually pretty hungry.
"George, eat..." Lily’s voice stopped mid-sentence. Her mouth opened slightly, and she stared straight at him.
"What’s wrong?" George asked, confused. He looked down at himself. His clothes were fine, nothing strange. Did he have a face full of makeup?
"Ah!"
Lily snapped out of it, her face turned red. She swallowed hard and said in a trembling voice, "N-nothing, George. I’m not hungry. You eat by yourself."
She ran back to her room in a panic, slamming the door behind her. She leaned against it, breathing heavily, her face even redder.
"George... why is he so attractive now..."
Lily whispered to herself. After the attribute fusion, George had become more handsome, but his most obvious change was his aura — calm, powerful, and different from before.
One look at him, and she felt like she was about to fall. If she stayed any longer, she was afraid she would throw herself at him.
"Strangely enough," George said, looking at Lily running away. He was confused, but soon his attention was drawn back to the food on the table.
The attribute fusion had taken a lot out of him, and he was really hungry.
George ate like a wolf, not just his strength had increased, but his appetite too. He finished most of the food, and only then did he feel full.
"Tomorrow I’ll go find Ares old man and start my second career. I can ask for some SSS-tier materials while I’m at it," George looked at the time and said to himself.
Starting a second career needed a class change array. The Obsidian Academy definitely had one.
It was already past 11 PM, and he wasn’t in a hurry. He’d deal with it tomorrow.
...
George opened his eyes. The sky was still bright. He felt completely relaxed. He hadn’t slept this well in a long time.
"George, are you awake? Breakfast is ready," Lily said from the door, carefully.
She had become almost like a nursemaid since moving in.
George felt a little guilty. "You eat first. No need to wait for me anymore."
"It’s okay, I’m not in a hurry," Lily said stubbornly.
She had finally gotten a chance to be with George. She didn’t want to miss it.
"Huh, master, why are you so handsome now?" At the table, Lilia picked up a piece of bread, about to put it in her mouth, but froze when she saw George. Her mouth was open in shock.
Lily also glanced at George from the side, her face red. She thought to herself, "George is so handsome. Even Lilia, who is a Blazing Angel, is taken by him. I have to keep an eye on her..."
"Did I change that much?"
George noticed the two girls’ reactions. He slowly touched his face.
He had looked in the mirror. His skin was just a little whiter, nothing else had changed.
