Chapter 467 - This Trainee Fatui Harbinger is Too Unreliable [467]
To sleep together with all his wives under one blanket—that was the ultimate dream of any man with a harem.

Luo Qing never imagined that Makoto would not only acknowledge this dream but actually make it a reality.
The revelation left him deeply shaken, unsure of what to say. He felt that enduring thousands of years of hardship had been worth it for this moment alone.
Just as his thoughts began to settle, a soft voice broke through the atmosphere.
"What... are you all talking about?"
Furina raised her hand hesitantly, her expression puzzled. "I don't understand... What is this 'room' you're all talking about? I've never heard of it before."
"That's no surprise," Theresa said smugly, crossing her arms with an air of superiority.
"After all, except for you and Rosalyne, everyone here has already shared a much deeper bond with Lord Luo Qing."
"Theresa..."
Makoto interrupted in a low voice. "Nahida is still here."
"Ah! I'm sorry, Sister Makoto..."
Theresa quickly apologized and fell silent, but the damage was already done. Furina had caught the meaning behind her words.
She glanced around the room, and every sister who met her eyes quickly averted their gaze, blushing furiously.
Except for Theresa, who puffed out her chest proudly, even if it was... somewhat lacking.
In that instant, a strange sense of alienation rose within Furina.
She had always thought the women in the household were shy and reserved. Ganyu, for instance, would blush at the sight of even slightly risqué illustrations. Kamisato Ayaka was so modest that she would cover herself even when accidentally walked in on while bathing.
Even Shenhe and Ei, both seemingly mature, avoided discussing intimate matters altogether.
It turned out, the only one truly untouched by such experiences... was her!
Her status in the household felt precarious, as if she were now closer in rank to Rosalyne.
"Furina..."
Makoto's gentle smile broke through her spiraling thoughts. She teased lightly,
"Are you opting out?"
"I..." Furina faltered.
As the women turned their attention to her, a surge of competitiveness welled up. She straightened up and stammered,
"I-in that case, I'll join too! It's not like I've never shared a bed before!"
"Great. Then it's settled."
Makoto clapped her hands lightly and turned to address the group.
"Tonight, we'll all rest together. No one is allowed to leave."
"But..."
Makoto's tone softened as she fixed her gaze on Luo Qing.
"No one is allowed to do anything inappropriate, understand?"
Luo Qing nodded quickly. "Understood."
"Good."
Makoto smiled again. "Let's head back, then."
The thirteen-person bed Makoto referred to was located in their luxurious Mondstadt estate. Over the past six months, Makoto had repurposed the teleportation toilets to establish secure bases in each of the seven nations, with Mondstadt as the central hub.
The so-called "thirteen-person bed" was a testament to Makoto's thoughtfulness. Though Luo Qing wouldn't achieve his ideal of a fully intimate night just yet, he couldn't deny how close they were to that dream.
He didn't mind waiting; there would be plenty of opportunities in the future.
Returning home with his wives, Luo Qing marveled at the design of the enormous circular bed. Clearly, Makoto had tailored it to his preferences, complete with every amenity and piece of furniture one could imagine.
The massive bed in the center could comfortably accommodate all thirteen of them and still have room to spare. It seemed like it could fit twenty people if needed.
Luo Qing wasn't in a rush. After washing up, he lay down in the center of the bed, watching as his wives took turns freshening up. Each returned wrapped in fluffy white towels, fragrant and glowing, before settling beside him.
Closing his eyes, surrounded by his wives, Luo Qing felt a wave of peace wash over him.
No battles, no Gnosis to chase.
This isn't so bad, he thought.
The lights went out, and the women chatted softly in the dark.
Occasionally, Luo Qing felt a hand sneak under his shirt, exploring mischievously. He didn't need to guess—it was definitely Theresa.
Gradually, the sound of even breathing filled the room as his wives drifted off to sleep.
The fatigue of millennia began to fade under the comforting rhythm of their presence.
Luo Qing glanced at Bu'er, her peaceful face illuminated faintly by the moonlight. He gently traced a finger along her cheek, his heart finally at ease.
He closed his eyes and allowed sleep to take him.
However, it wasn't long before he was stirred awake by a chilling sensation spreading through his chest.
Opening his eyes, he saw a faint glow emanating from the Pure Ice Core embedded in his chest.
The light coalesced into a stream that flowed into his body, carrying with it a biting cold.
Realizing something was amiss, Luo Qing carefully slipped out of bed, mindful not to wake the others.
As he stepped into the corridor, a voice called out from behind him.
"Master, where are you going?"
Turning around, he found Rosalyne standing at the door, still dressed in her maid uniform.
"I need to step out for a bit," Luo Qing replied calmly. "I'll be back soon."
"Then..."
Rosalyne hesitated for a moment before asking softly,
"May I accompany you?"
"Hmm?" Luo Qing raised an eyebrow, puzzled.
Rosalyne explained, "Lady Makoto instructed me to stand guard in case you attempted to leave without notice. If you intend to go out, I must follow."
"Leave without notice...?" Luo Qing frowned.
Does this mean that in Makoto's vision of the future, I was supposed to leave without saying anything tonight?
He sighed and said, "It's fine. I'm just meeting someone for a quick chat. Go back to rest, alright?"
"I'm afraid I can't do that..."
Rosalyne shook her head, her gaze resolute.
"If Master insists on going alone, I'll have no choice but to wake Lady Makoto. Please don't put me in that position."
"..."
Luo Qing was taken aback.
Rosalyne was willing to defy his orders to obey Makoto's? How had Makoto managed to instill such loyalty?
"Fine," Luo Qing relented with a shake of his head. "Come along, then."
"Yes, Master."
With Rosalyne following closely, Luo Qing stepped out into the night.
On a cliff overlooking Falcon Coast, Luo Qing gently touched the Pure Ice Core in his chest and murmured,
"You can come out now, Your Majesty."
As the words left his lips, the core radiated a brilliant light. Ice elemental energy surged outward, coalescing into a towering figure before him.
"Brighella..."
The Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya stood before him, her gaze shifting from Luo Qing to Rosalyne in her black maid's outfit.
She had long known Rosalyne was alive, serving as Luo Qing's devoted maid.
Seeing her now stirred complicated emotions, but she said nothing.
As the Tsaritsa opened her mouth to speak, her expression shifted suddenly.
Her eyes locked onto Luo Qing, whose body exuded an aura she recognized all too well.
"This is... the power of authority..."

Huh. You really stuck it out all the way to the end.
Didn't think you had the patience. Guess I was wrong.
WiseTL's the one who actually made all this come together. I'm just here putting a bow on it... or, well, shoving it in a backpack and calling it a day. Same thing.
