Standing in front of the huge, ugly-looking boat, Noah had a change of heart and looked towards Lin Dan, who was standing beside him. The man was trying to arrange the seating pattern for them to reach the sect.

Since all the core disciples except three died inside the domain, there was little more space on the already congested boat.

"You don't need to create any space for us; we will be meeting you directly at the sect. We have some things to do on our way. So it would be best if you left first," Noah suddenly interjected.

His words caused the disciples to sigh in relief. They did not want to adjust any more space.

But Lin Dan, on the other hand, thought they might escape taking the chance. Then suddenly he thought if they wanted to escape, they would not have taken the initiative to visit their sect.

"Very well, we will be waiting for you at the sect and prepare our best," Lin Dan earnestly said those words since he was happy that they got time to prepare for their plan.

Noah and Xin Yan watched them taking off in the direction of the sect in a hurry. He could practically read the man's mind and see what was going on inside of it.

After everyone left the area, Noah looked around and checked to see if the forces of the three sects had retreated and if everyone had indeed left the area.

"Are you going to tell me what you planned for them?"

"Nothing much, I just planned a stage for you at the sect; you will have a surprise when we go there to visit them," Noah nonchalantly explained and continued to expand his spirit search until he found elders from three sects far away hiding in the forest, waiting for them to leave this place.

"Let's move from here, or they will think I know something and we are staying here to dig up some treasure," Noah scoffed at the thought and added. Hearing his words, Xin Yan seemed skeptical at first, but she decided to trust him after all; he had given her no reason to doubt him.

She waved her hand and took out a flying artifact from her ring.

"This is the worst kind I have."

"A rank-six flying artifact is the worst you have, huh?" Noah looked at the beautiful Flying artifact floating in front of him. It was a small chariot, without anything to pull it; there were not even any attachments for it to be pulled with.

The chariot was wide enough for four people to sit inside comfortably. Noah could see several formations placed on it, and none of them were worse than the top formation in the flying ship Shi Jie had.

"This was something my parents gave me as a toy to play with," Xin Yan spoke in a meek and reminiscent tone. It was clear that she had some regrets in her life, and Noah did not want her to stay focused on them.

"Now you are just bragging; make sure to keep the speed at a minimum. So at least they can see us moving," Noah faked a scoff, and boarded the chariot, leaving Xin Yan behind.

Xin Yan chuckled lightly and followed after him. Your next journey awaits at m v|l-e'-novelbuddy.net

*Boom!*

With the sound of breaking the barrier of sound, the chariot moved forward in the direction Noah told Xin Yan to move.

Seeing them leaving in the direction of some random city, the elders left to inform the sect leaders. They were just there to see if they stopped in this place or not, but they sure were shocked to see the speed of their flying artifact.

It was no less than that of what the City Lord used to get to this place.

"Now use the full speed," Seeing them leave, Noah instructed Xin Yan to increase the speed.

*Zhiiiinggggg!*

In a breath, Xin Yan stopped the chariot, followed by the sound of them moving.

Xin Yan wanted to see Noah's expression, but the mask was hiding the grin on his face from her. The thrilling feeling of reaching their destination in a second could only be second to none.

"Let's go. We have someone to meet!" Noah jumped out of the artifact as Xin Yan lowered it into the desolate area. She was surprised to see that the place they were stopping was barren lands a few miles away from the edge of the forbidden forest.

After she came out of the forest, she saw Noah walking towards a rocky mountain. She tried to use her soul sense to scan the area and noticed that there was an array formation, placed on the fountain to cover a cave.

Storing the artifact, she strolled behind Noah and entered the cave. Upon entering, a sharp, bloodied smell assaulted her nose. She saw several bodies and piles of corpses lying on the floor. The scars on their bodies suggested the brutal things they were subjected to.

She followed Noah's sight and noticed a man kneeling on the ground looking at the air or the stone wall in front of him with a lost expression.

Noah removed his mask and looked at the man before him with a nonchalant gaze. He did not seem a bit fazed by the bodies lying around in the room and kept looking around until his gaze landed on a small stone. freēwēbηovel.c૦m

"Liu Zhen, I presume." He took the seat on the stone and called out to the man, his words causing ripples to spread through his eyes. With the same eyes devoid of emotions, he turned to meet Noah's eyes.

"Who are you? How did you get here?" Seeing that Noah was only a condensation level brat, he became a little curious about how the boy found him in his desolate place. After all, only one person besides him knew about this place.

"That is not important; what's important is how a person such as yourself, well-versed in arrays and Feng Shui, who made so much name for himself, deflected to the Demonic path and lured so many people inside a domain with a lotus to their deaths."

*BOOM!*

As soon as those words came out, the man released his blood-red aura to the maximum, trying to pressure the boy and crush him in the process.

"I will ask you again, who are you? How did you come here?" This time, the man's voice was laced with killing intent as he tried to scare Noah.

But to his surprise, the scared expression he expected was nowhere to be seen, and instead, a feral grin appeared on Noah's face!
