GLOBAL AWAKENING: My 10,000x Exp Multiplier-Chapter 65: []The First Galactic Breach, The Vultun Anomaly
The aftermath of the Syndicate’s failed siege left the perimeter of the White City incredibly quiet.
A thousand elite mercenaries remained encased in solid concrete up to their necks. They served as a terrifying reminder of the System Administrator’s absolute power. Not a single one of them dared to make even the slightest noise.
Inside the glowing hexagonal dome of the Chronos Hourglass, the civilian refugees went about their day with a complete sense of security. The apocalypse was raging outside, but their God King had literally swallowed an army with a snap of his fingers.
Vahn Ryker sat on the edge of the Sovereign Bank’s grand fountain, allowing the cool mist of the water to wash over his face. He looked exhausted. The brilliant azure glow in his eyes had dimmed to a dull tired purple.
"You are going to burn," Aria scolded. Her voice was laced with a fierce protective anxiety she could never quite suppress.
She stood directly in front of him, her soft hands glowing with warm pink magic as she pressed them against his chest.
"You just spent five million experience points in a single move, Vahn ,You cannot keep throwing that kind of power around without consequences"
"I am perfectly stable, Aria." Vahn murmured, though he didn’t make the slightest effort to pull away from her touch.
He found the sweet scent of cherry blossoms trailing her healing aura to be incredibly grounding. He looked up at her, a faint teasing smirk touching his lips.
"Though I do appreciate your dedication to my physical well being. Are you sure this much direct contact is medically necessary?"
Aria’s face instantly flooded with a deep shade of red!
She yanked her hands back, clutching her wooden staff as if it were a physical shield. "I am performing optimal party maintenance! Do not confuse my professional triage protocols with whatever you are implying!
From the bank steps, Hana burst into a fit of giggles. Her dark hair bounced as she leaned against a marble pillar.
"Oh, he knows exactly what he’s implying, Sister in Law. He just likes watching you short circuit."
Before Aria could launch into a flustered defense, the ambient mana in the plaza violently shuddered.
The air didn’t just grow heavy. It felt like all the oxygen had been instantly sucked out of the atmosphere.
Vahn’s teasing smile vanished, replaced by the cold calculating focus of the Architect. He pushed himself off the fountain, his Verdant Chronos Sight violently engaging without his permission.
High above the protective dome of the White City, the corrupted bleeding red clouds of the Spire’s rendering engine were being forcefully pushed aside.
But it wasn’t the dark abyssal matter of the Demon Duke this time.
A massive perfectly geometric tear ripped open in the sky. The edges of the rift didn’t bleed digital code. They glowed with a sleek silver light that completely ignored the magical rules of Aetheria.
It looked like a perfect cut into the fabric of reality itself.
A blaring high frequency alarm echoed directly into the minds of every living being in Sovereign City.
[Warning: Extraterrestrial Integration Detected]
↳ Hostile Breach: Starmark System, Sector 4. Planet Vultun.
↳ Entity Classification: Foreign Protagonist.
"Commander!" Sia Vance shouted, sprinting across the plaza. She unslung her massive obsidian kite shield, her heavy boots cracking the marble.
"The ambient radar is completely scrambled! I am not reading a monster signature. The data stream is entirely unrecognized by the Spire’s engine!"
"Because it doesn’t belong to the Spire," Vahn said, his voice dropping into a deadly tone.
He watched as a sleek metallic drop pod shot out of the silver rift. It possessed no thrusters and made no sound, guided by an anti gravity propulsion system that screamed of a Tier 2 civilization.
The pod bypassed the Hourglass dome as if the Mythic tier barrier didn’t even exist. It crashed into the ruined asphalt just a hundred meters outside the White City, sending a massive plume of gray ash into the air.
"Aria. Sia. Vanguard formation," Vahn ordered, walking toward the edge of the dome.
He didn’t draw the Soul Bound Shadow Blade, but the air around his fists began to visibly warp.
"We are no longer dealing with corrupted game mechanics. The Galactic Arena just sent a player."
The three of them stepped through the glowing barrier, leaving the panicked civilians behind. The ash settled around the impact crater, revealing the drop pod. The metallic petals of the craft hissed open, releasing a cloud of freezing pressurized coolant.
A figure stepped out of the smoke.
It wasn’t a demon. It wasn’t a monstrous beast. It was humanoid, standing roughly six feet tall, draped in a sleek form fitting suit of advanced nano armor that pulsed with a cold electric blue energy.
The entity’s face was obscured by a smooth featureless silver visor, and a pair of massive floating metallic gauntlets hovered just above its shoulders, entirely detached from its physical body.
"Alien," Aria breathed, her knuckles turning white as she gripped her staff. "Vahn, the Spire’s magic system isn’t registering his class."
"That is because he doesn’t use magic," Vahn analyzed, his glowing green irises breaking down the entity’s physical structure. "That is raw technological supremacy. He is relying on an entirely different physics engine."
The Vultun Protagonist turned its featureless visor toward them. A mechanical highly synthesized voice echoed in the air, translating directly into their neural links.
"Scanning local sector. Planet: Earth. Starmark Classification: Rank F," the alien stated, its tone dripping with a cold arrogance that made Pierce Valerius look humble.
"Indigenous population detected. Combat capability: Primitive. Magical reliance: High. Threat level: Zero."
The alien took a step forward, the floating metallic gauntlets humming with a dangerous vibration.
"I am Zarek of Vultun," the alien announced. "By the laws of the Galactic Arena, this unrefined resource node is hereby claimed by the Vultun Empire. Surrender your foundational data, primitives, and your assimilation will be painless."
Sia didn’t hesitate. She slammed her sword against her shield, radiating a terrifying wave of thermal heat.
"This territory belongs to the Ryker Faction. Take one more step, hostile, and I will reduce your advanced armor to molten slag."
The alien tilted its head, a digital sequence of mocking laughter echoing from its suit.
"A kinetic barrier relying on thermal redirection. How quaint. You attempt to block a tidal wave with a wooden plank."
Vahn placed a hand on Sia’s shoulder, gently pulling the loyal Vanguard back a half step. He looked at the extraterrestrial invader, his expression entirely devoid of fear.
He didn’t see an unstoppable alien conqueror. He saw a walking pile of high tier data that had foolishly wandered into his server.
"You possess advanced toys, Zarek of Vultun," Vahn said softly, his deep purple eyes locking onto the silver visor. "You view us as primitives. You think your technology exempts you from our rules. But you made a fundamental miscalculation when you dropped into this city."
The alien paused, its floating gauntlets aiming directly at Vahn’s chest. "And what miscalculation is that, primitive?"
Vahn smiled, a cold terrifying expression that promised complete destruction.
"You forgot to ask who owns the administrative rights."
