Global Era of Star trekking-Chapter 602 - 318: Sustainable Development - Ten Red Curios
The battle at Phantom Spirit Continent concluded quickly, but that didn’t mean things were going as smoothly for the other fleets of the Song Family.
Let’s not forget that beyond Phantom Spirit Continent, there were still two Fifth-Rank Phantom Spirit Warships in existence.
One of them was being dealt with by another Fifth-Rank Battleship from the Song Family, with limited impact on the battle situation, but the second one was much more troublesome. Explore more adventures at novelbuddy
Five thousand light-years away from Phantom Spirit Continent, three Zhulu Warships of the Song Family were doing their utmost to deal with a Phantom Spirit Warship that was ten thousand meters long.
This chapt𝓮r is updat𝒆d by ƒreeωebnovel.ƈom.
After more than ten minutes of battle, the energy shields on the exterior of the three Zhulu Warships had dimmed significantly, with one of them completely overloaded and now using the "Dragon Whale State" secret technique as a makeshift, weakened version of the energy shield.
All three Zhulu Warships were engaged in their warship forms, with no one transforming into Mythical Mecha Form.
With tens of thousands of years of accumulated experience, Torch Human Civilization had long since developed a comprehensive combat system.
One of the most basic rules concerning Torch Warships, starting from the Zhulu Warship level, was:
When fighting within Floating Land, give priority to engaging the enemy in Mythical Mech form.
And when fighting in the infinite Starry Sea, prioritize fighting in warship form.
This rule corresponds to the advantages inherent in each of the Torch Warship’s two forms.
Suddenly, the Fifth-Rank Phantom Spirit Warship used some unknown means to fully charge its Super Railgun at the bow, which normally required a minute to charge, in just six seconds. The result was that the Zhulu Warship with its energy shield already completely overloaded had no time to react.
In the next second, as the Super Railgun fired, it was obviously too late to try to dodge.
Helplessly, the Clan Elder, who was the captain of the Zhulu Warship, could only boost the Power of Laws with all his might, making the ethereal Dragon Whale projection on the ship’s surface more solid.
His flagship’s Warship Armor had activated its active defence feature earlier, and the energy shield was overloaded long ago, so all he could do now was to enhance the defence of the phantom Dragon Whale.
Yet, even so, he had no sense of security. His mastery was of the Law of Light, and the Dragon Whale formed by the "Dragon Whale State" secret technique was not adept at defence, whereas the incoming strike was a terrifying Fifth-Rank Level attack.
One could imagine that once this strike landed, the flagship guarded only by a phantom Dragon Whale faced a high risk of being sunk.
At the critical moment, the other two Zhulu Warships nearby almost simultaneously sprang into action.
One of them manifested spatial fluctuations around its hull and, in the next instant, bypassed the distance of over one hundred thousand meters to position itself directly in front of the Zhulu Warship with the overloaded energy shield. At the same time, its Orange Quality Warship Armor, enhanced to Fifth Rank, immediately activated its defence feature, a hefty layer of armor now hugging the ship, tightly encasing the warship within.
Boom!
The kilometer-wide annihilation light wave of the railgun struck first against its already dim energy shield of Red Quality, which only held up for a second before being completely overloaded.
With no energy shield left to hinder it, the light wave then crashed onto the armor layer, inside the Zhulu Warship, alarming buzzers sounded urgently.
While it was bearing the brunt of the railgun’s frontal attack, the other Zhulu Warship did not delay either.
While the Fifth-Rank Phantom Spirit Warship’s attention was mainly on the opposite side, its Red Super Main Cannon rapidly charged, and a series of metallic grinding noises were heard from below the warship as an Orange Quality External Launcher, also enhanced to Fifth Rank, was activated.
Just before the two Fifth-Rank attack components launched their assault, the warship fired a pale arrow-shaped mark.
This arrow-shaped mark was triggered by an Orange Feature Component; once it marked a designated unit, it would immediately reduce the enemy’s Defence Attributes by thirty percent.
The next second, the Red Super Main Cannon and the External Launcher both erupted simultaneously.
But that wasn’t all; to maximize the effect of this round of attacks, the Zhulu Warship rapidly transformed, quickly becoming a three-thousand-meter Mech Giant.
In the Mech Giant’s hands was an Orange Long Halberd, where massive amounts of Space Law rapidly converged at the tip, finally condensing into a several-hundred-meters-long Void Halberd Light. As the Mech Giant swung the Long Halberd horizontally, the Void Halberd Light formed by Space Law shot out, leaving tiny cracks in the fabric of the Starry Sea Void wherever it passed.
Three attacks landed one after another on the rear section of the Fifth-Rank Phantom Spirit Warship, causing a succession of booming echoes.
All of this happened in the blink of an eye.
It was in this split second that the tide of battle in the silent stellar space underwent a massive shift, the initiative that had been controlled by the Fifth-Rank Phantom Spirit Warship now quietly passed to the three Zhulu Warships of the Song Family.
The annihilation light wave of the railgun ultimately failed to completely destroy the defence layer condensed by the Fifth-Rank Orange Warship Armor, meaning that all three of the Song Family’s warships retained their combat power. Looking at the Fifth-Rank Phantom Spirit Warship itself, after having its Defence Attributes passively weakened by thirty percent, the subsequent three strikes caused significant damage to the warship’s thrusters at the rear.
Having lost the boost from its thrusters, its speed was greatly weakened, which, in front of the three Zhulu Warships, was a significant vulnerability.
Without the boost to its mobility, the Fifth-Rank Phantom Spirit Warship was like a massive target. No matter how resilient it was, under the relentless bombardment by the three Zhulu Warships, it could only be sunk over time.

Back on Phantom Spirit Continent, receiving victorious reports from the various fleets of the clan, the three Clan Elders could finally rest easy and carry out the ultimate goal of this war in the Alien Star Domain.
