Global Survival: I Have Endless Skeletons-Chapter 172: Kill Them All.
"Earthbreaker Stomp," Thoren commanded through the mental link.
Without hesitation, the Undead Rend Colossus raised its enormous leg high into the air.
For a brief moment, the battlefield seemed to hold its breath.
Boom!
The massive foot crashed into the ground with overwhelming force.
A devastating shockwave erupted outward from the impact point, spreading across the rocky battlefield like a violent ripple.
The ground trembled violently.
Dust and shattered stones exploded into the air.
Dozens of charging beasts were instantly thrown off balance.
Some were sent tumbling across the ground, while others staggered clumsily as the shockwave disrupted their advance.
For a brief moment, the chaotic battlefield opened up.
Thoren finally had a clearer view of the situation.
Without wasting even a second, he began adjusting his strategy.
Now that nearly all of the Gravemind Devourers’ minions had gathered in one place, the opportunity he had been waiting for had finally arrived.
He would no longer hold back.
"Chain Combo!" he issued through the mental link.
The command reached the Undead Storm Tyrant instantly.
Surrounded by enemies on every side, the Storm Tyrant’s aura surged violently.
A faint crimson glow began to radiate from its massive frame, and the enormous hammer gripped in its skeletal hands trembled with power.
Then the weapon moved.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The hammer blurred through the air at terrifying speed.
The surrounding beasts barely had time to react before they were sent flying through the air like broken dolls.
Skulls caved in.
Ribs shattered.
Blood and fragments of bone exploded across the battlefield.
The Undead Storm Tyrant moved forward like an unstoppable juggernaut, smashing aside every creature that stood in its path.
Whether the attack struck a head, a chest, or a spine, the result was the same.
No beast could survive a direct blow.
One massive creature suddenly burst out from the crowd.
It resembled a gigantic armored boar, its tusks curved like blades and its muscular body covered in thick hide.
With a thunderous roar, the beast charged toward the Storm Tyrant, attempting to ram through the undead Storm Tyrant with sheer momentum.
But it had made a fatal mistake.
The Undead Storm Tyrant was not merely an undead servant.
It was a moving mountain of destruction.
The undead Storm Tyrant stepped forward and met the charge head-on.
Its hammer rose.
Then descended.
Bang!
Crack!
The sound of bones shattering echoed across the battlefield.
A pained grunt escaped from the boar-like beast as the hammer crushed its skull.
Its massive body was launched backward before crashing heavily into the ground, creating a deep crater in the rocky terrain.
The Storm Tyrant did not even pause.
It continued advancing deeper into the tide of beasts, its hammer rising and falling with relentless brutality.
Elsewhere on the battlefield, the Undead Cobra unleashed chaos of its own.
Its enormous tail whipped through the beast’s ranks like a devastating storm.
Bang! Bang!
The impact sent beasts flying in every direction.
Cries of pain and terror echoed through the air.
The thick metallic scent of blood hung heavily across the battlefield.
So much blood had been spilled that small streams began flowing through the rocky terrain, staining the ground crimson.
Thoren observed everything calmly.
His sharp gaze shifted toward the Undead Royalty Stonewall.
And then he noticed something.
The aura surrounding the elite undead had changed.
It had leveled up.
The Royalty Stonewall had broken through to Level 19.
Immediately, its combat strength increased noticeably.
Every strike it delivered now carried far more destructive power than before.
The Black Ember Blade in its hands began revealing its true might.
Whoosh!
The blade sliced through the air like a streak of black lightning.
A Bloodmist Harpy that attempted to attack from above was instantly cut in half.
Its body split into two pieces before falling lifelessly to the ground.
The Royalty Stonewall did not stop moving.
It followed the first strike with a flurry of attacks.
Five sword strikes flashed in rapid succession, leaving behind glowing arcs of blade light in the air.
Howl! Howl!
Every beast within range was cut apart.
Limbs fell.
Bodies collapsed.
The cuts were terrifyingly clean.
For a brief moment, no beast dared approach the undead warrior.
Although the Royalty Stonewall’s attacks were not as overwhelmingly destructive as those of the Rend Colossus or the Storm Tyrant, its lethality was no less terrifying.
Whoosh!
Under Thoren’s command, the Royalty Stonewall vanished from its position.
Its figure blurred forward, heading toward a region where even more beasts were gathering.
It was not the only undead that had grown stronger during the battle.
All of the elite undead servants had gained levels.
Most of them had reached Level 18.
Even now, their experience points continue to increase rapidly.
The Undead War Tide Lion had unfortunately been destroyed during the battle.
However, the Undead King Kong Ape had successfully leveled up, breaking through to become a Level 19 undead creature.
With his army growing stronger in the midst of battle, Thoren no longer needed to constantly resurrect new undead.
The momentum of the fight had already shifted completely in his favor.
His undead army possessed advantages the living beasts could never match.
They did not feel pain.
Fatigue meant nothing to them.
They could continue fighting endlessly as long as their master commanded them.
Even severe injuries failed to slow them down.
Compared to such relentless soldiers, the beast tide gradually began to crumble.
At the beginning of the battle, the beasts had possessed a numerical advantage.
But with every kill, their numbers dwindled further.
Eventually, that advantage disappeared entirely.
Thoren slowly shifted his gaze away from the chaotic battlefield.
His eyes rose toward the rocky peaks where the Gravemind Devourers remained.
The four Gravemind Devourer watched from above.
"Now it’s your turn..." he whispered softly.
Through the mental link, he issued a new command.
"Kill them all."
Amid its killing spree, the Undead Royalty Stonewall suddenly stopped.
Its hollow eyes turned toward the distant Gravemind Devourers.
A dangerous light flickered within them.
Whoosh!
The undead Royalty Stonewall vanished from its position.
Its figure became a blur as it dashed toward the nearest Gravemind Devourer.
The grotesque creature sensed the incoming threat immediately.
It released a shrill, panicked noise.
In response, numerous beasts rushed forward, attempting to intercept the approaching undead warrior.
But it was too late.
The Royalty Stonewall swung its blade.
Sword light exploded outward in multiple directions.
Before the beasts could even reach it, their bodies split apart.
Blood sprayed across the rocks.
Seeing it minions slaughtered so easily, the Gravemind Devourer became frantic.
It emitted a series of chaotic, panicked sounds as its tendrils writhed violently.
But the effort was useless.
No beast could survive more than two strikes from the Royalty Stonewall.
Realizing the danger, the Gravemind Devourer attempted to retreat from its rocky perch.
But it was already too late.
Whoosh!
Bang!
The Royalty Stonewall appeared directly before the creature.
Without hesitation, it drove the Black Ember Blade deep into the creature’s massive brain-like body.
Shriek!
The Gravemind Devourer released a piercing scream.
Its tendrils flailed wildly in a desperate attempt to fight back.
But the struggle only lasted a few seconds.
Then the creature’s body went limp.
It was dead.
The Royalty Stonewall immediately leapt down from the rock formation.
Its next target was already clear.
Before it could even attack again, the remaining three Gravemind Devourers had already begun trying to escape.
They unleashed their psychic ability, Mind Rend repeatedly.
Invisible waves of mental energy surged toward the approaching undead Stonewall.
But such attacks were meaningless against an undead being.
The undead Royalty Stonewall felt nothing.
Plung!
The blade pierced through the second Gravemind Devourer.
Five seconds later, it moved to the third.
Then the fourth.
One after another, the Gravemind Devourer fell.
By the time the final Gravemind Devourer died, the parasite-like control they held over the beasts instantly vanished.
Across the battlefield, the surviving beasts suddenly regained control of their bodies.
Confusion filled their eyes.
Many of them attempted to flee but it was too late.
Under the relentless assault of the Undead Storm Tyrant and the Undead Rend Colossus, the remaining beasts were slaughtered within seconds.
Eventually, the battlefield fell silent.
The ground was covered with a mountain of corpses.
Blood soaked the rocky terrain.
Standing amidst the aftermath of the massacre, Thoren looked across the battlefield and a slow grin spread across his face.
