God-Level All-rounder Expert-Chapter 706 - 776: Devil Reversal 7th Transformation
Chapter 706: Chapter 776: Devil Reversal 7th Transformation
True Qi within Fang Yi’s body moved wildly, surging through the limbs and bones, in addition to the sinister True Qi Zhou Hai had left in his body.
However, that sinister True Qi had gradually weakened. Earlier, when Fang Yi had unblocked two acupoints, he had done so with the help of this sinister True Qi. Otherwise, it wouldn’t have been so easy to clear them.
And now, only the last two acupoints remained, and Fang Yi was racing against time.
Yet Fang Yi understood in his heart that, no matter how much he raced against time, it would take at least half a day. By then, the battle outside would have long since ended.
Although Fang Yi was in a state of "internal sight", he still had some awareness of the outside world. He knew that if the battle continued this way, his side was bound to lose.
Those monsters were simply too numerous. Their own numbers were insufficient; the enemy could simply pile up their bodies and win. Therefore, he must quickly unblock the last two acupoints and breakthrough to Heavenly Level to turn the tide.
As for why reaching Heavenly Level would reverse the situation, Fang Yi naturally had his confidence. If he didn’t even have that, he would have long fled with everybody.
One had to avenge a kneeled grievance, save Shen Xiaoxiao, and of course... kill Su Ling!
These were the reasons Fang Yi stayed. After this village, there would be no such shop.
The last two acupoints: one was the Foot Base Acupoint; the other was the Heavenly Gate Acupoint. From the foot to the head, forming a line—if this line were connected, then it would be Heavenly Level.
"Break through for me! Break through quickly!" Fang Yi shouted in his heart, as he heard Song Wuliang let out screams next to him.
At this moment, Song Wuliang was fighting against four humanoid monsters, already wounded all over his body. He knew that if it weren’t for his resilience, he would have been unable to hold on by now.
Still, even being so resilient, Song, the fatty, seeing the bloodied gashes on his body, wanted to simply tilt his head and crash to death. But the shameless and utterly disgraceful fatty still didn’t make that move.
This time, Song Wuliang decided to stick to his inner choices.
"Bring it on, you three ugly freaks. If I don’t slaughter you today, you can’t call me Grandpa Song." With his blood boiling, Song Wuliang didn’t care about the disparity between allies and enemies. In any case, he decided to protect Fang Yi till the end.
At the same time, the situation on the battlefield also gradually became clear. The pace was fast because the power and the strength of both sides were simply too massive. From the beginning until now, it had been dozens of minutes already; holding on for this long was already the limit.
The demonic man, Su Ling, arrived at the battlefield with Shen Xiaoxiao. When Shen Xiaoxiao saw the blood flowing everywhere, the severed heads and limbs, she ran to the side and vomited. No matter how lively the girl was on ordinary days, she couldn’t help but be frightened into retching.
Su Ling had his hands clasped behind his back, quietly watching the battle, his gaze sweeping past the fighters to land on the seated Fang Yi. His eyes suddenly became deep and sharp.
"Mutt, come here!" Su Ling commanded softly.
The Werewolf leaped to Su Ling’s side.
"My Lord, what are your orders?" the Werewolf asked respectfully.
"Don’t waste time here, strike at the target directly," Su Ling stated indifferently.
"Yes!"
The Werewolf complied, then howled at the monstrous army, issuing a command.
After vomiting, Shen Xiaoxiao slowly moved behind Su Ling and suddenly spoke, "Can’t you let him go?"
A faint smile appeared on Su Ling’s beautiful and demonic face, "For those who do not submit to me, I enjoy destruction, never leaving future threats to myself."
"So, you’re using all this effort just to kill him? Don’t you think that’s overdoing it?" Shen Xiaoxiao slowly approached Su Ling from behind.
"Overdoing it?" Su Ling laughed and shook his head, "I don’t think so. I just feel that nipping such a danger in the bud is the wisest choice."
"Really? Then you may as well go die too!" Shen Xiaoxiao pulled out a dagger from her sleeve and stabbed at Su Ling, but just as she was about to strike him, Su Ling turned around abruptly.
Su Ling caught Shen Xiaoxiao’s wrist, twisted gently, and she immediately showed a pained expression. Smiling, Su Ling took the dagger from her hand, saying, "I’m curious, Miss Shen Xiaoxiao. I gave you freedom these days, and you only found such a weapon? This could never kill me."
Shen Xiaoxiao gritted her teeth, "Bastard! I wish I could bite you to death."
Su Ling asked, "Aren’t you afraid to die?"
"Scared!" said Shen Xiaoxiao, "But even if I’m scared, I still want to kill you."
"Why?"
"I won’t let you bully my brother-in-law!" Shen Xiaoxiao said without hesitation, her clear eyes shining with indescribable determination.
Su Ling appeared taken aback, then smiled and said, "Your wish will be granted. I’ll let you go see King Yan together with him."
In the next moment, Su Ling twisted again, sending Shen Xiaoxiao falling to the ground in pain, tears streaming from her eyes.
...
"Huff, huff..." Song Wuliang gasped, "I can’t do it any longer... really can’t..."
Around Song Wuliang, a few humanoid monster corpses had fallen, heads separated from the bodies. But looking at Song Wuliang now, his whole body was covered in bloody wounds; he was virtually a blood man. This was the most painful experience of Song Wuliang’s life.
Song Wuliang sat down on the ground to catch his breath. He looked at the battlefield; most of their people had fallen, the casualties were heavy, but looking back at Fang Yi, still calm as water, he couldn’t help but cry out in a broken voice, "My dear Yi, I really can’t hold on anymore. When will you be ready?"
"..." But there was no response.
This really annoyed Song Wuliang.
What Song Wuliang didn’t know was that Fang Yi was also in a hurry.
"Break! Break for me!" Fang Yi roared inside, concentrating all his True Qi on the Foot Base Acupoint, finally unblocking this point.
Yet, there was one last acupoint remaining.
The Heavenly Gate Acupoint!
However, Fang Yi internally estimated that to unblock this final Heavenly Gate Acupoint, he would need at least two hours. He didn’t have that much time.
"Since there aren’t two hours, then I’ll have to resort to ’Inverse Demon Seven Turns’." Fang Yi made this decision.
Inverse Demon Seven Turns was a Cultivation Technique passed down to him by an old man who had always emphasized that Fang Yi must not use it unless it was a matter of life and death. Otherwise, it would leave side effects and affect his lifespan because this technique required burning Essence Blood and lifespan.
Initially, Fang Yi thought the old man’s words were overly mysterious. But as the enemies he met were always manageable, he never resorted to using this technique. Now, driven to a life-or-death situation, he had no choice but to use it to breakthrough to Heavenly Level.
