Greatest Streamer System-Chapter 375 – Three Ways Battle [2]
The two groups never saw it coming before it was too late.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Sounds resembling explosions rang as large snowballs crashed against trees. Thick snow advanced like an avalanche toward the group that fought inside the forest.
The two groups that got taken off guard began to panic. Some tried to run, but the snow was too deep and they struggled to move. Others still tried to combat their enemies, but they were pushed away by the incoming snow.
Following that…
"Kill them all!"
"I survived! Hahaha, I can kill them all!"
"Damn! I thought I was on a suicide mission, but I survived! Hahaha, prepare yourself! I am coming!
Many people emerged from within the snow. They jumped out and began to kill people who got caught in the snow and were unable to move.
Some lucky people fought back. They didn't notice that the newly arrived group belonged to a new team as there was no indication that made them different. A player could only recognize allies by the names that floated on top of their heads. Anyone who had no name was an enemy!
Max and the others, who had been snowboarding down the mountain, arrived at the scene just as the chaos was unfolding. They quickly took advantage of the situation and began to attack the disorganized fighters.
"Don't forget! Take the archers out first!" Max gave out commands to his team as his axe buried into his enemy's shoulder. "We will kill them all without mercy! Don't spare anyone!"
There was no more safe spot in the forest. Chaos had raged on. Max chased after running enemies. He grabbed a weapon buried in the snow and threw it. It flew and pierced the enemy's back, causing him to stumble down. Then, he jumped and delivered a deadly stomp, ending his enemy's life.
[Team 3 +1 point.]
The battle continued for a few minutes. Two initial groups that clashed earlier noticed the third group's existence once their archers were decimated. But it was too late.
"That's my twelve's point!" Max shouted as he killed another one. "And this is thirteenth!"
There were no more enemies left. Most of them had already run away.
Max put away his weapons and looked around. His body was riddled with small wounds, but overall he was okay. The battle wasn't as hard as he thought because the enemies were all confused by the sudden avalanche.
'Having those fools playing around proves to be more useful than I thought. I would never think of that suicide strategy that involves making yourself a giant snowball by rolling around.' He thought as he looked back at where 48 surviving players from his team stood.
They were grinning excitedly, their bodies and weapons were covered in frozen blood. He offered them a grin and raised his arm.
"We won!"
A second of silence ensued before the area shook by the deafening scream. At that moment, their victory was practically secured. Even now, their point was still increasing because the other group did a good job at killing enemies.
While it was a shame that Max didn't find the event organizer, it was fine. He had gotten good footage for BloodSucker to edit. There was no need to be disappointed.
There were 5 minutes left before the game ended. Max decided to allow these guys to have fun, and they began to sing and dance together in this forest located between the two teams' safe zones fearlessly.
Nothing bothered them. Even when a scout from other teams found them, they didn't even try to get close. The appearance of blood-covered people was enough to intimidate anyone closing in.
Not to mention, 5 minutes was too little time to hold another large-scale battle. All they did was just surrender extra points to this group of madmen.
When the game was nearing the end, the two teams from earlier approached their locations. Everyone was already in a singing mood, so they didn't really care and let them clash. Max's team became a background sound that was drowned by the cry of battle.
It was fun and all, but it had to end eventually.
"I am glad to have you all with me. Let's play together again in the future!"
With Max's last words, the game ended and everyone froze. A screen showing the last score popped up in front of them, along with other notifications.
[Game Ended!]
[Congratulations! Team 3 has won this game!]
[Leadersboard:
Team 3: 342 Points Team 5: 234 Points Team 4: 198 Points Team 1: 169 Points Team 2: 62 Points]
The point diversity from the top 4 teams wasn't that big. But… Team 2 was a little bit pitiful. Max didn't know how they managed to only get 62 points.
His body was covered in blue light and was transported back into the large arena from before. The surrounding was filled with voices. All streamers were gathered based on their team.
Most of them were looking fresh as if they had just respawned. Some had blood on their faces or bodies. Especially the streamers from Team 3. There were none who weren't covered in blood. Even ArcherGirly's body was covered in frozen blood and mud.
Somehow, some of them grinned while raising their middle fingers toward Team 2, who shouted incomprehensible stuff toward them.
'What happened?' Max wondered.
The answer soon came from his chat.
— Your teammates spawn camp Team 2 lol. Once the enemy stepped out, they would kill them immediately
— ArcherGirly took many kills from Team 2 by spawn-camping them. Lolol it was so funny. Team 2 streamers are raging because of unfair play
— One step one kill.
— That was absolute cinema. I laughed when I looked at their stream

[That was my idea. It was fun and we got a lot of kills.]

[It was fun playing with you Breeze! Unfortunately, I followed FreakingNoob spawn-camping enemies, so we can't move together :(]
Max's lips curled into a wry smile. He looked apologetic, but the game was a game. There was no rule for spawn camping.
