His actions were so sudden that Ruan Chanchan was almost knocked back down. She looked at the mer with a shocked expression on her face while clutching her bosom in shock. "You...what are you doing?" Why did this mer suddenly get into her face like that? He scared her.

"Chanchan. You cannot give this job to someone else; Su Mo is the perfect candidate for it. I am telling you."

The way he spoke was so desperate that Ruan Chanchan was worried that if she said no, then this mer would start shedding tears. So she had no other choice but to nod her head, and only then did the mer smile and back off.
