Harem God- Dimensional Motel System-Chapter 75: Interactions With The Night Part 34
Chapter 75: Interactions With The Night Part 34
’His too ambitious...and dangerous.’
Luck noticed that even after everything he did, the relationship level with Shane hadn’t moved at all.
’Maybe the system gave me that mission on purpose because he’s bad news’
At first, he thought there was time to deal with Shane and Lor.
Now, the truth was clear. A ticking bomb waited in the ranks.
Keeping someone who refused to show any respect or thanks was a risk he couldn’t take. freēnovelkiss.com
’How should I handle this? Kicking him out without a real reason would ruin my reputation.’
’Just catching him cheating with Lor is not enough, since it’s a personal issue.’
As his mind raced, an idea came to him. He could use Shane’s own personality.
Shane was the kind of man who got offended easily.
Right now, he didn’t like Luck, but there was someone else he disliked even more—Rick.
If a situation could be set up where Shane lost his temper and tried something reckless, there would be a good reason to kick him out.
But first, he needed proof of the cheating to finish the mission.
’Alright, I’ll do it tomorrow.’
He turned to Lor and Rick.
"You don’t need to thank me. When you came here, you became part of my community. I’ll make sure to protect everyone, but in return, I expect loyalty."
No one spoke up against it. It was a small price to pay for safety and a chance to keep living.
With everything settled, Luck walked back to the motel.
While he was away, Yuna, Samantha and the rest of the girls stood near the supply crates outside the motel.
They opened a box and started handing out cans of corned beef to the waiting crowd.
"One each. Don’t open it until you get back to your tent"
Samantha passed bottles of water to each person in line.
"Make sure you share if you have kids," she reminded them.
People took the food without complaint. For the first time in days, it felt like things were under control again.

As usual, Luck woke up with Kana by his side.
After everything they shared, he started to feel something for her.
It still wasn’t as strong as what he felt for Neve. Maybe that was because she was his first.
She woke up feeling good and kissed him again. This time, they only cuddled for a few minutes before she spoke.
"What do you plan to do two days from now? During the Death Parade?"
He was confused by the term but didn’t want to look clueless. "What do you think I should do?"
Kana stood up and started putting on her clothes.
Listening to her gave him a better idea of the Death Parade.
It was called that because, during those days, the zombies started moving as early as 12:01 p.m., and they became much more aggressive.
Their numbers could also grow up to five times more than usual.
Even worse, it repeatedly occurs every seven days, and it wasn’t uncommon for large settlements to get wiped out because of this.
’I see, so that’s why so many survivors showed up after I got here,’
He had started to feel too relaxed because the waves seemed easier with his Ki.
But knowing the real challenge was coming snapped him back to focus. It was fortunate he found out in advance so he could prepare.
Getting up, he joined her for a quick bath before heading out.

Stepping onto the platform, he clapped his hands to get the people’s attention.
"Everyone, I have something to discuss."
They gathered in front of him, except for the tower guards.
"As you all know, we’re a community here, and we have to work together. Even though we have enough supplies for now, we still need to find more food and water, materials to strengthen our defenses, and other essentials."
He paused to let his words sink in.
"So, we’ll form four teams to gather more."
No one protested since it was the logical thing to do.
"And before you go, if you see any gold, jewelry, or anything valuable, bring it back to me."
It was a strange request to them, considering that kind of items were worthless now.
"In return, I’ll give you community points you can use to get better food."
He raised his hand, showing a round chocolate cookie container. When he opened it, he handed one cookie to each person so they could have a taste.
Everyone stared at the cookies in surprise. A few people reached out slowly, like they couldn’t believe it was real
The rich, sweet smell spread through the air, and some of the younger ones smiled widely.
This used to be common food before the zombie outbreak, but now it was hard to find because most supplies had already been ransacked or spoiled.
With the promise of a reward in place, the teams came together and set out, feeling more motivated than ever.
"Man, the big boss is the real deal. I’m glad I got to join this group," Dima laughed.
He was leading a team with Geo, Peter, and the long-haired guy who had shot a bolt at Luck before.
Herman stayed quiet, eyes scanning the road ahead. His crossbow was ready in his hands.
Dima nudged his arm. "Hey, what do you think of the boss’s performance yesterday?"
Herman didn’t answer right away. He just kept walking with the same serious look, making Dima feel like he was talking to a wall.
"Come on," Dima pressed, trying to get a reaction. "You can’t tell me that wasn’t the most badass thing you’ve ever seen."
Still no answer.
"You know, you got lucky. Even if it was an accident, you still shot boss. If it were up to me, you’d definitely be dead."
Total silence followed.
"Do you think he’s still angry?" he asked, looking troubled.
Although he looked like the tough type, with that rough, redneck vibe, what he had seen yesterday was enough to put him in place.
Calling Luck a human was an understatement on many levels.
"Don’t worry, the boss isn’t that petty. Look at us—we both fought him, and he still treats us well," Peter chimed in.
This eased some of the worry in his mind, and the group started moving again.
As they walked along the cracked street, Herman lifted his crossbow and pointed toward a building up ahead.
"There. That bank should have gold and jewelries."
Dima squinted at the faded sign over the door. "Worth a look. But remember, zombies can move around inside, so let’s be ready."
Geo changed his grip on his spear. "You want me to go first?"
Peter nodded. "I’ll cover your back. "
Dima stepped closer to the glass door, checking the handle.

It opened without any resistance.
"Stay sharp," Dima ordered. He stepped in first, machete held ready.
The others followed, one by one, into the dark bank lobby.
"The vault is open. Let’s go see what’s inside." Peter pointed.
Just as they reached the counter, a scraping noise echoed behind them—like chains sliding across the tile.
